Updated Review: The food is still amazing as always! Food is always made fresh upon ordering. My favorite items are the: Tempura Chicken Nuggets and the Grilled Chicken Sandwich.Service: Always Friendly and Attentive! Ambiance: Spacious and clean in a plaza with plenty of parking.Prices: You get bang for your buck. You can't beat the 3 for $10 chicken sandwich deal, especially in this economy.

While many fellow Yelpers have given Wallace Chicken a 5-star review, I must provide my honest assessment. It is important to consider various perspectives when forming your own opinion. Personally, I found the fried chicken wrap combo to be quite ordinary and lacking any standout qualities. The chicken appeared to be dark meat and was not fully cooked, as some areas were still red. The flavor was average, lacking the bold and explosive taste that I was hoping for. Moving on to the grilled chicken club sandwich, I found it to be overly laden with mayonnaise and lacking in fresh, crispy lettuce. The chicken was marinated in a sweet sauce, and the ratio of bun to chicken seemed skewed, with an excess of bun compared to meat. Their signature sauce bears a resemblance to that of Chick-fil-A.The customer service was excellent overall; however, there was an incident where an employee struggled to fulfill a simple request for a side of cheese in a paper bag. This employee proceeded to ridicule the customer request verbally and through hand gestures, which I found to be unprofessional and inappropriate. It is important for businesses to maintain professionalism and respect towards their customers at all times.In conclusion, while Wallace Chicken may offer affordable options, there are certainly superior choices available when it comes to quality chicken establishments.

I was in the area and have been wanting to try this place. I got meal 2 ($10.72) which is a deluxe fried chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese, sweet pickles, a thick tomato slice, lettuce with mayo. It comes with a side of fries and a drink. The wait time was not long and the place is clean and bright. The chicken was still very hot; it was juicy and cooked thoroughly. The batter was not thick and the chicken portion was a good size. The french fries were seasoned and crispy. It would be a good burger to eat in the restaurant, it seems to get soggy if you wait.The staff is nice and they have a good parking lot size. Located next to 24 Hour Fitness.

This is a new chicken fast food place that I have been wanting to try. Finally took the opportunity to go on my lunch break. I ordered 2 chicken wraps -one grilled and one crispy and some tempura green beans. I wanted to try the house sauce with the green beans and yeah, good duo. I am not sure why I ordered 2 wraps as one wrap did the job! I was so full and couldn't get to the second wrap! I went for the crispy wrap first and I loved it! The chicken was flavorful and the wrap included sauce and lettuce as well. Wallace did not hold out on the size as some places can do that. The prices are pretty fair and I feel I got good food for what I paid for. This place is new and clean and the staff here are very friendly.

So I use to come here for years when it was XLB dumpling and introduced it to my co-workers. Some of the best Dan Dan Noodles ever!But on to the new. The restaurant got an utter face-lift. Same owners, but different vibe. It is now a delicious, affordable chicken spot.They finally reopened and my co workers and I all went as a group and enjoyed our experience. They updated the seating area. There are more total seats, with bar seating in the middle and some table/chair seating for groups. There is updated burger/chicken decor and they were putting up Chinese New Year decor as a seasonal touch.Our first impression with the menu was literally the price. I was just commenting on how I could spend $25-30 (for 2 ppl) at a fast food place for the same ole fast food. The Meal #1 with tax is under $10. Their Grand Opening special of 3 for $10 chicken sandwiches are a steal!And 45 piece chicken nuggets for $18! Meal #1Chicken sandwich, fries and a drinkTheir drink vendor is pepsi, so I got a dr. pepper.Fries are great. I like the light crunch on the outside, fries were a good size and seasoned well. Chicken sandwich. The sandwich itself reminds me of the KFC chicken littles from back in the day, but for adults. It has a dark meat fried chicken piece, mayo and a pickle. There was a lot of mayo, but me and my co worker like it that way. I normally don't like pickles in my sandwiches or burgers, but this pickle complimented the whole sandwich. I realized that it's actually a sweeter pickle. Delicious! I feel like these are house-made, need to ask next time.The meal itself was a perfect size and I had extra fries... didn't want to waste them but I was so full!We are definitely going back and taking advantage of the 3 sandwich special before it goes away. So worth it. Also want to try the other sides.

Noticed this place as I was walking out of the gym. Didn't realize it was no longer a dumpling place. Anyways, decided to give it a try and honestly it was pretty good. The prices are very reasonable and my son loves the chicken nuggets there. The deluxe chicken sandwich is what I got and it was really good, especially at that price point. Definitely give this place a try if you haven't already.

They have a cool 3 for $10 chicken sando deal which isn't bad at all! Came in just before closing, ordered the fried chicken sandos, small fries and dipping sauce. The fries were well flavored, reminiscent of jack in the box curly fries. Dipping sauce tasted like chick fil a's signature sauce! Chicken was crunchy tasty, but a tad underwhelming. Not as juicy as I wanted. The white sauce isn't quite mayo I think, but a sweet‐ish dressing? And the pickles tasted more cucumber-y lol. My order took about 15 mins I think...so had to wait. But cute place and simple packaging! Prices are decent! Will be back i think! Also, the sauce costs like 30 cents.

Everything tastes really fresh here. Nuggets, fries, chicken sandwich; all were great. The seasoning on the chicken sandwich is pretty light but I liked it. Everything was crispy and overall tasted great and seasoned well.The only thing I would say is it took a little bit of time to get our food but I can understand since it seemed pretty fresh.

Just folded, found my new go-to favorite fried chicken and chicken sandwich place! It's giving high quality, great portions and in this economy ...affordable! Drove 30 mins in LA traffic and the chicken did not disappoint. MOIST-yes, so crispy, and spicy level on point. Even their signature sauce...chikfila can never! Service was amazing and the ambiance was a vibe. Will definitely be back soon to get my weekly fried chicken fixing.

First time going to Wallace chicken and got a chicken sandwich with waffle fries and it was delicious. Also customer service was fantastic and really clean area to eat. I would recommend this to friends and family forsure
