Should've read the reviews before coming here. Right off the rip the host was disrespectful and our server Isabel was okay but she served the plates and vanished they gave me the wrong order but I'm not the person to send back food. Through the entire meal she came by once and that was to drop off the check. Not to mention the food was disappointing no idea how they managed to make an omelette not taste like an omelette lol and the sausage for the omelette tasted like one of those cheap hot dogs that you cut it up and toss it in

Holy crap! This is NOT healthy at all! A chicken bowl has 2,455 mg of sodium!! That's more than the recommended daily intake in just one meal! The chicken plate: almost 3,000 milligrams of sodium!! How can they call themselves "healthy" when the sodium content is through the roof? Waba salt grill more like it. Enjoy your hypertension.PS: check the nutrition guide.

Although this is not a high end restaurant the food was very tasty which means they have good cooks. Fast service, food was prepared fairly quickly considering they have a lot to go orders. I was hungry and this was a great lunch option it's in a hidden business area but I would gladly return here again.

Ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice and avocado, no veggies. Came all the way to Irvine for work. Opened my bowl and it has white rice. Customers that work depend on your employees to get it right the first time. I suggest an order check before handing over the bag. Maybe that would avoid complaints. Not everyone has time to drive back. I pretty much paid 14 dollars for a chicken bowl I can't eat. I don't work to give away money.

I am such a huge fan of Waba Grill! It's so healthy and fresh and flavorful! I always get the steak plate with either all veggies or half brown rice and half veggies. The steak is marinated super well and it's super soft! Just writing this review makes me want to eat it NOW :)I also love the sauces they offer - both the waba sauce and the house waba hot sauce. It makes the food so much better! I'm giving this WaBa Grill a 3 stars because of the location and the employees. I typically call in my order ahead of time so I don't have to wait. Both the ladies I have spoken to so far (maybe they were the same, not sure) have been rude. And like, passively rude which makes it even worse! Thankfully they have never gotten my order wrong, but why be rude for no reason? This location is also located in a small corner strip mall. I have never had trouble finding parking but I can see it being a problem during peak hours. The inside is also very tiny! Thankfully I take my food to go but it's not the cleanest environment either so it doesn't entice me to eat there.Despite the negativity of this particular location, it is super close to my current work and I love me some WaBa from time to time :)

I normally go here for lunch for the past few years. Loved the customer service. Today was the first time I have experience such rude customer service from employee. She must be new because I have never seen her there had an attitude could berly understand her. Never again coming back here. I also asked her for an extra sauce which there has never been an issue in the past years I have been coming here. She said after two sauces there is an extra charge again I have never been charged extra for an extra sauce.
