I come here very often and this location never disappoints. I had amazing customer service from Liz today. The food is always so good & fresh and I always receive my order in a timely manner!

Meh. Wasn't happy with this location. I normally love WaBa Grill, but was so let down here. I'll give you the breakdown of what I ordered and why the 3 stars.1x Tofu Veggie BowlAvocado * Signature WaBa Way * Utensils$15.58The tofu was raw. One slab was not cooked at all. And the other slabs were overcooked on one side and the other side raw tofu. Raw tofu is pretty nasty, I couldn't even eat the tofu. I ate some of the rice and veggies and tossed the tofu in the trash. I also didn't receive the avocado that I paid extra for. Disappointed. 2/10 1x Miso Soup$2.59It was just broth. Nothing in the miso soup. Where's the tofu? The veggies? Anything? The blandest miso soup I've ever seen. 1/10 1x Side Salad$4.49The salad itself seemed fresh. Good portion size. But came with zero dressing. Okay, thanks for the vegetables with no dressing or seasoning. A bowl of veggies. 3/10 1x Aloe Vera Premium Drink$3.39This was good. It was recoiled though, so you can't mess that up. Total$26

Very Great Service! Excellent timing on the food as well. This is a great example of a top tier fast food joint. I just want to give a huge thank you to Liz & Kenia for the great experience and wonderful service! Very positive work place

Stopped in tonight on my lunch break and Liz & Kenia took my order they were very friendly and made my lunch break very pleasant and was quick with my order.

Waba grill has a variety of teriyaki bowls, plates and associated sides like gyoza dumplings. The counter service restaurant is very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. We ordered the Kalbi ribs plate and teriyaki chicken plate. Both came with rice and salad. There are also a variety of teriyaki sauces from mild to spicy. We loved the spicy sauces. The kalbi ribs were a bit too fatty but tasted great. This place a great healthier option to fast food. We will be back.

Ordered a rib eye steak bowl with veggies and no rice. The staff gave me a carrot bowl and few pieces rib eye steak. I also ordered a rib eye steak bowl most of it rice and few pieces of meat. The Thai tea was good but the food felt like a total waste of money. I usually love the WaBa grill portions in the Santa Ana cities they are generous with the food but this one is not. I'm disappointed with today's meal since I had it for gym later. I didn't even finish the food since the veggies weren't cooked properly. Hope they do better and don't continue doing this to their customers ugh

This was my first time having waba grill. Food was great and Liz took my order she was super nice and welcoming. Will definitely be ordering again

Disappointing experience. The staff was rude, especially when it came to explaining the menu to first-time customers like myself. The lady taking my order had an attitude and seemed annoyed.I decided to try other branches because I enjoy the food.The portion of chicken at this location is noticeably smaller than what I received at the other Waba Grill locations. Would not recommend this location to others. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to my house.

Honestly best service I've had at wanna grill. The lady at the front I believe her name was Liz was so nice and I had never been offered the waba sauce before until now ! thank you girl!

Hadn't had waba in a few years and was super excited to eat again. Unfortunately I moved the avocado and veggies to the side to look at the meat in my bowl only to see this being the portion size.... This is actually insane how little of protein they put in this bowl. Looks to be half a chicken thigh and a few bites of beef. Unfortunately I will go back to not eating waba because I cannot justify this portion size. I used to be able to make two meals out of this bowl.
