My family and I love urban plates. Francisco is always very attentive, courteous, and kind. He is always working hard when we see him! We are thankful for hard workers like him. Also, James is very kind and cares about his customers. He replaced our mac n cheese that was very dry for a fresh batch and acknowledged us when we were leaving. We love Urban Plates!

I ordered my food through Uber Eats. I got the steak plate with mashed potatoes w/gravy and garlic parmesan mushrooms. The steak plate came with a rustic bread. The meal was about $20. The mashed potatoes with gravy cost $1 extra.The meal was good overall. The steak was tender and juicy, but only came with 4 pieces of meat. The bread wasn't toasted, misleading picture on the website. The mashed potatoes were okay, a little creamy but needed more flavor. The gravy was disgusting, watery and tasteless! I shouldn't have poured the gravy on the mashed potatoes, ruined the creamy taste. The mushrooms were good, a little too salty but worked well with the steak. I would try the restaurant in person, perhaps it would be better portioned and tasting.

Wow this urban plates went so downhill. Service was ass and the food was just decent. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. It's still okay but Mendocino Farms and Sweetgreen are way better.Haven't had Tender Greens in a while and might try it to see how it compares.

So I don't take any photos, but happy to report that the food showed up via GrubHub exactly as advertised in their photos on menu via the app. Fabulous! My first time eating here too, and can guarantee it won't be the last! So fresh and full of flavor! I had the barramundi fillet with basmati rice and brussels sprouts, every single thing I ate today was delicious, and plentiful. My husband got the steak fillet, basmati rice, and asparagus. And my daughter enjoyed the chicken strips mac & cheese, and french fries. We loved all of it!!

Came here for my birthday I ordered the Lamb Ossobuco and a side of Hummus and pita chips. Camila took out orders. She was extremely friendly and has fantastic customer service. She even told me I get a dessert for free for my birthday and I got the Banana Cream Pie. Everything was delicious!

Went here after a workout with my fiance cause we wanted to continue our healthy streak. Both got the Chimichurri Grass Fed Steak. For my sides I got the brussels sprouts & a side salad. My fiance got an order of roasted mushroom and mashed potatoes. My steak was cooked more on the medium-well side and the cut was perfect. My fiance on the other hand had a few very chewy pieces he had to through out. Aside from that we enjoyed the Chimichurri flavor and our sides paired perfectly with the steak. The only service you'll get is when you order at the front and when they deliver the food to you. It kind of gives me fast food vibes but pricier. Ambiance was warm, inviting with a modern rustic design, natural wood accents, and a casual yet upscale atmosphere. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will visit again

Got their Wild Ahi Niçoise Salad which comes with organic artisan lettuce, tamari marinated and seared wild ahi tuna, green beans, organic egg, organic tomatoes, potatoes, capers, marinated olives, and my favorite is their light and tangy mustard-champagne vinaigrette which gives everything a touch of acid and compliments the ahi perfectly My husband enjoyed his salmon plate which came with two sides and he got the Roasted Brussels Sprouts which come in a light Balsamic Glaze and the Herb Roasted Marble Potatoes which come in garlic, basil, dill & chives which gives an otherwise starchy veg a nice fresh flavor. I also got their lemonade which was really refreshing although a little too sweet for my palate.Despite the proteins being made fresh to order, the wait was reasonable. It's a little loud inside, but they also have two outdoor seating areas, one in front of the restaurant and one out back. We took our order to go today but we have also dined in inside as well as outside and enjoyed both experiences. Thanks for offering such a healthy fresh menu and great service :)

Finally trying this place out! I ordered the Seared Ahi sandwich which was incredible. It was so fresh and delightfully tasty. We also ordered the Grilled Steak Salad. It was refreshing and surprisingly large portion. The lemonade was perfectly tart to go along with our meals.To top it off, James was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful for my first experience. I cannot wait to come again to try all this place has to offer!
