任何形式的紀錄都是為了以後有機可循，未來你想看看青春時，翻著照片是最好回憶當時的心情，也許照片是業餘的，但紀錄生活是認真的，每一張照片都有它的意義，留住了當下所有的美好, 所有的曾經～上島，羅蘭崗新開的飲茶餐廳，洛杉磯的港式飲茶，我想大家心中各有所愛，我個人最喜歡的是新港，這次跟廣東朋友來，我�發現上島的東西也很有特色， 點了幾盤都很好吃呢，從蘿蔔糕，到椰香堡，腸粉，甜點， 都有水準，非常好吃，象拔蚌，我在很多餐廳吃過，他家湯煮的最好，象拔蚌頭處理的很嫩，肉也煮的嫩，朋友也一直誇獎， 可圈可點，總之，可能是新的師傅真的有差，唯一要說的是， 看著帳單每盤都是6.39，5.99 的， 想到以前吃飲茶，一盤2.99 ，3.99的日子似乎永遠離我們而去了，唉，人蔘呀！

I was very excited about the opening and happily went to try. However, I was extremely disappointed by the terrible service and attitude by the staff. They were very impatient, dismissive, and condescending. This was not only to our table, but also to others around us. Even something as simple as asking for the menu, it was thrown down at the table with contempt. Putting that aside, the food itself was unfortunately not great either. I would give 2 stars for food and 0 (negative points if I could)...so it averages out to a 1. I will never go back there again.

This place opened recently. Came here for a birthday dinner. Parking lot and takes CC.It's really good banquet style food. We had Alaskan King Crab 3 ways:1. Friend crab body with salted egg yolk2. Steam carb legs with vermicelli noodles3. Steamed eggs on crab shellvery yummyLobster fruit salad - the salad has too much sauce for my taste but the ingredients are very fresh.Fried tofu and shrimp - very smooth tofu and savoryAsparagus sauteed with Chinese bbq - very savoryWalnut Dessert with Sesame balls - very good. not too sweet. The restaurant space has reopened as Top Island. We frequented the previous establishment. The restaurant and parking were packed, we had lunch for eight and ordered several dim sum dishes. The room is big and there were a lot of families gathering for Sunday lunch. I got my staples, porridge, BBQ pork buns, gailan. I thought the food was good but my Chinese wife said the food was too salty and greasy. I liked the food here and the service was pretty good too!

I haven't try the restaurant yet but the next door of their food to go/deli service was horrible. The man working at the bbq counter was nice but the ladies work behind the dim sum and cashier area are so unfriendly. You couldn't ask a question what so ever what's available!! If you don't speak Cantonese then forget it, they'll ignore you. I had to ask several ladies to get some attention and none of them speaks English or mandarin well and just very impatient when you ask them questions. No thank you even after I paid. The dim sum I got is good but their service needs to improve. Those ladies make you feel like you're bothering them. I think ppl would go only bc the food is decent. To Top Island, please hire more kind and helpful workers at your deli to go dept.

This is a legit Cantonese restaurant. Reasonable prices and good food.The service is ok only. I think if you only come for the food you won't be disappointed.
