We had not been to a Tony Romas in couple of decades. My partner wanted to try it for his birthday; I was skeptical after reading some reviews, and hate to deal with disney traffic. So we went. Valet parking was easy on this black friday around 6pm.Waiter was efficient. Blooming onion came within minutes.Ribs and everything was above expectations....cole slaw sorta bland.I get really tired of the crowds at Lucille's, so very glad we tried this restaurant and we will return.

I recently dined at Tony Roma's and was looking forward to their famous baby back ribs, but unfortunately, they fell short of expectations. The ribs were dry, which really took away from the experience. I was hoping for tender, juicy meat that would fall off the bone, but instead, they lacked the moisture and flavor I anticipated. While the sides and overall service were decent, the ribs are supposed to be the highlight, and they didn't deliver this time. I've had better experiences at Tony Roma's in the past, so I'm hoping this was just an off day. If they can improve the quality of their ribs, it would make a big difference.

Absolutely horrible service. Our waitress clearly hated her job, or people in general. She didn't greet nor introduce herself and had no eye contact. Very cold and dismissive personality. After being rushed to order she forgot one if our drinks and after the 2nd time reminding her she rudely walked away to get it. One of our meals was also forgotten. Once the meals arrived, same cold vibe. They threw the plates down and just walked away. Not even, "is there anything else I can get you", or follow up. Food: your paying for Disneyland proximity. The food itself was bland and mediocre. We were a party of 9, and not a single person enjoyed their meal, let alone raved about flavor. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and fries. What I got? Tasteless plain chicken patty, no sauce, no Nashville. It was less flavorful than a mcChicken sandwich. The salmon pilaf one of our parties choices was ok. Overall, the food was meh, overpriced and lacked flavor. The service and ambiance, NO THANK YOU. Skip this option in our opinion.

we decided to stop here after a long day around disneyland. we were excited to try the steaks, since we saw reviews about staying away from the ribs. side note : table behind us returned her ribs for being dry, then said her new ones were just as dry. the steaks were nothing to ridehome about. The baked potatoes were delicious but the veggies lacked. service was okay.

On my last night in Anahiem, I wanted to dine close to my hotel, without having to walk far. Luckily, Tony Roma's was less than a block away, a brand name that I don't get to experience anymore since the last Hawai'i location in Waikiki closed in October 2020. Plus, I barely had a chance to dine there prior since the island of O'ahu is a 50 minute flight away from the island I reside on. The dining room wasn't busy yet at 6pm and, without reservations, we were seated immediately in a comfortable booth. Service was extremely prompt and attentive from the start which was appreciated since we were slightly tired and hungry. The pride that our server had about his job really showcased through how he presented himself along with the way he delivered service to all in his section, including us. It was a beautiful thing to observe. Extremely professional as well. Oh my, how I missed their famous Onion Loaf. To be honest, I'm not a fan of onions in general. But, if it's deep fried or hidden like in meatloaf or stews, I'll eat it. Their Onion Loaf was light and crispy, an experience in itself, paired with their yummy BBQ sauce. I had to stop myself from from finishing the whole thing. The spicy cream sauce that our deep fried shrimp appetizer was tossed in was absolutely delicious. The next item we shared since everything was done "family style" was their BBQ Chicken Cobb Salad which was tasty and refreshing with crisp greens and corn kernels. And of course, their World-Famous Baby Back Ribs brushed with their original BBQ sauce. I ordered the full rack and requested red-skin mashed potatoes instead of french fries, served with a side of creamy coleslaw. Yum, need I say more. It was a delicious meal to end the vacation, a needed break from "park" food. The experience was delightful in a comfortable setting, with personable service even as we departed the restaurant. I feel this Anahiem location definitely makes the Tony Roma's brand proud, delivering deliciousness and warm hospitality.

This is the worst Tony Romas I have eaten at. It's nice they have the manager help serve food bit food quality is down. Service pretty much is not there, the manager does more than the waiter which it might be he is the bartender to. Ambiance kinda dark and might be where we sat, but you can smell a musty smell.

A nice escape from Disneyland...I used to have a Tony Roma's growing up and loved it. To my delight there is one across the street from Disneyland's walk up entrance on Harbor blvd. Don't get me wrong, Disneyland is great but sometimes you want something different after a couple days at Billionaire Mouse Land.It was everything I remembered. There was tasty food and the prices were reasonable considering that everything is overpriced in Mouse land.I ordered the original baby back ribs which was delicious, my son the loaded potato skins (one of my all time favorites), the wifey got the chicken salad and the youngest jedi got the kids marinara pasta because kids love pasta. It was great! all the flavors were what you wanted them to be and it was more than enough food. What really shined was the service. Our server was friendly and attentive. He was supported by a busser that was equally attentive and fast! The nice thing about this location was that they had a fully stocked bar that was big. After putting in 25K steps at Mouse land, a nice bar is great lol.At any rate, I'm glad that this chain is still around and if your in the area give it a shot, I think you'll like it!

This is a great location with excellent service and I'm so glad I stopped in here for a late lunch at 3pm. My dad and I got the baby back ribs with bake potatoes, fries, and coleslaw. The margaritas here are enough for 2 people to share. Everything tasted good and the service is wonderful. I wish we had a closer location in ventura county but being in the area for the day, I definitely had to check out this childhood resturant I used to go to with the fam.
