I had a great experience. The food was fresh, and served quickly. Really appreciated the exceptional customer service all of them were nice especially the cashier jade . She was very friendly, I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends. Good job jade

I decided to try this establishment after acupuncture and shopping at Trader Joe's.I ended up choosing the longhorn plate - grilled steak , grilled veggies and opted for crispy fries rather than brown rice with a fountain drink.Food is is very flavorful. Dipped my fries in their garlic yogurt. Steak kebab tender and veggies yummy.When I got here only 2 patrons by the time I got my meal place they had a line for ordering.Tasty food and great customer service. Outdoor and indoor seating. Same parking lot as Trader Joe's.

My wife and I enjoy Mediterranean crusine like Persian ,Greek,Armenian and other middle eastern crusine. I was in the city of Cypress for job interview after the interview I was really hungry,but there's many good restaurants in Cypress and Los Alamitos . I decided to look up at my Yelp what restaurants are close by then I saw the Kebab shop the review are good then I decided to try it out. I arrive at the restaurant then I look at the menu display then I decided to a plate meal it comes with one protein and two sides. I pick the Rotisserie chicken and my two sides were grill vegetables and saffron rice and a drink it's separate. I waited for my meal they make everything fresh made to order they also have sauce station they two sauce one is Jalapeño garlic and the other one is Original garlic. They brought my meal where I was seating at. I tasted the Rotisserie chicken it was season well with spices and cook perfect and the grill vegetables cook well and season and the vegetables were crunchy and the saffron rice was really good add the sauce in the rice it add it more flavor in the rice.The restaurant is very cozy and relaxing place to have lunch and also they a patio next time I need to bring my wife.

Consistently good! The service is always good, the food is beyond expectation, and the place is always clean. I enjoy the gyro options, but I picked this up on a whim as they're always doing good fundraisers for the community - smart move as I'm a sucker for helping our PTA. ;)

I'll keep it short....Customer service was great, but my beef kofta was 80% salad. They should not include the lettuce core in their items. It just makes the meal bitter, and that was my first bite, so it was a bad start. The wrap was a big lettuce holder. The cilantro/ jalapeño sauce was very good.

I finally got to try this place. It's been on my list for a while. The inside was nice and clean. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was really good. I tried the shaved chicken and beef. They were packed with flavor and the beef was so juicy. It was all so good. I will be going back.

Over the past year, The Kebab Shop implemented a policy on points expiration for its rewards program that I do not find customer centric: Points expire six months after they are earned. You get one point for every dollar you spend, and you only have three choices for reward redemption:30 points for a free Fountain Drink50 points for free Crave Fries100 points for $10 off your next purchaseA Fountain Drink is $2.95 while Crave Fries are over $5. Can you tell which of the above options is mathematically the best reward to get for their respective price point? Not to mention I also have never seen a promotion like 3x points if you purchase an entree with steak or 20 bonus points if you make any purchase next week, so in essence, if you want $10 off an order, the only way is to spend over $100 within a half year.Or if you want to be like me, you can wait for an email coupon code that can save you $5 off your next order. I've gotten them a few times over a one year rolling period, so at least there is some value in being a part of TKS Rewards.The $5 off coupon code could work at any Kebab Shop location, but this one in Cypress was a little delayed since the cashier, Marco, hadn't seen something like this before. He had to call his co-worker, who was preparing the orders, for help in redeeming the $5 off.Actually, I was also hoping to redeem the Yelp check-in offer of 50% off Crave Fries on top of the $5 off. Mathematically, it would have made sense as long as I made another purchase, but when I asked Marco, he confirmed with his co-worker that only one reward could be redeemed at a time. I chose to defer the half off Crave Fries for a later visit, though I can't guarantee there will even be one, at least at this location.After some thought, I decided to go with the BYO wrap with carved chicken, the only meat option that would not incur an upcharge. After placing my order, I asked Marco how long it would take to make. He literally mentioned that the carved chicken was already ready, so it wouldn't take more than 5 minutes. I appreciate the shorter than usual wait, but the first half of the previous sentence should have raised a red flag about how much I would have enjoyed my wrap, which was less than $9 after the $5 off.While waiting for my order, I got a cup of Fire Chili Sauce, Cilantro Jalapeno Sauce, and OG Yogurt Sauce. Their sauce pumps are designed so that one pump can mostly fill up a small cup. They are located in the back of the shop next to the drink dispenser and utensils. They have four pumps, but the two on the right are for the white sauce. That plus the green sauce are the best ones imo if you don't like a spicy kick. The red one isn't too spicy, but may be for some others. They also have packets of ketchup if you don't like any of those three sauces.There is a fair amount of seating inside, but I wanted to go home after spending the morning volunteering and exploring a part of town I hadn't seen before. I don't live that far, but given how dry everything was inside, one would have guessed I lived an hour away lol. Yes, even the carved chicken was dried out, but given Marco's statement about the chicken already being ready, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.Perhaps another reason why the wrap was so dry was because the juices had spilled out of the opening while in transit. Luckily, the wrapper on the wrap preserved any additional messes in my takeout bag, but that was a little disheartening. Maybe if they had closed the wrap like a burrito, it could have been a different story.In spite of the wrap being dry and not as fresh, it still tasted good as a whole, but would have been quite unbearable to eat without the three sauces I mentioned. I find that getting one of each sauce will suffice for a wrap, which is about as long as my two hands placed one right after the other. I'm certain I would have enjoyed the wrap better had I chosen a premium protein, which would have incurred a $1.90 upcharge or $2.80 for steak. However, I'm trying to cut down on red meat in general, so I don't know what other options I would have besides falafel if I didn't like their chicken.For the rewards program, I believe that any subtotal ending in cents would floor down to the lower integer, meaning that if your subtotal was, say, $15.75, you'd only get 15 points rather than 16.This Cypress location is located on the north side of Katella, just steps away from the Los Alamitos Race Course. Same plaza as Trader Joe's and Board & Brew, which bookend that strip mall, but the Mediterranean shop is closer to the grocery store.Overall, I wasn't too impressed with my chicken wrap, and I'm a little puzzled as to why they think they deserve 5 stars as evidenced by some decal on their tables that borderline boast that. They also mentioned that if my experience is not 5 stars, they'd hook me up. If they mean that literally, I really better watch out then! lol

We love this restaurant. Quick, healthy and loved by the whole family. Gaby is always so kind and quick with her service. Today she was the only one taking orders AND cooking and preparing our food. She can seriously multitask with a smile on her face. Grateful for people like her that make your dining experience five stars- I'm sure it is not easy doing it all on your own. Thanks Gaby!

I have already dined here a few times for lunch. The staff is kind while taking orders, and they prepare meals quickly. The dining area is clean, and there are indoor and patio options. I like that you can see the kitchen as well!I've been a fan of The Kebob Shop for some time (at other locations), and now I can enjoy one closer to work! My usual orders consist of the wrap or a bowl. I also noticed new additions to the menu. All the ingredients are prepared fresh, and everything I've tried so far is delicious. If you have an appetite, the wrap alone is massive, and it's a good deal for the price. I tried the new San Diego wrap, and it was delicious and very filling. My favorite proteins are the carved lamb beef doner and grilled chicken. I appreciate the self-serve sauces so I can try them all at no extra cost! My favorite sauces are the garlic yogurt and cilantro jalapeño!There is plenty of parking, and TKS is located next to BlkDot Coffee in the Trader Joe's plaza. I can't wait to grab a meal again soon!

Gaby is exceptional! She was so welcoming and understanding when it came to me ordering for the first time. I had never ate at TKS before, and she guided me through options that has now turned me on to one of my new favorite places to eat. And not just because of the great food, also unforgettable service!
