Tipsy Teacups

Unfortunately they're closing. Monday Sept 23 she'll be loading it all in a truck. Sorry we didn't get there in time for tea. We did buy lots of tea and decor today though.

Great food service and ambience would recommend 10 times out of 10 looks like a brand new spot never seen it before

Tipsy Teacups was such a nice place!!! I made reservations for 5, it was my mother's 86th birthday. The tea was wonderful!!! The food was fresh, the sandwiches were great. They had this cucumber sandwich that was awesome. There scones were very good, they had a strawberry spread and another cream spread ( I can't remember the name of it right now) but they were both delicious. The fruit was fresh and sweet. The lady by the name Selena was the nicest and very attentive waitress. She kept refilling our teapots. The restaurant was decorated so cute and quaint. My mother absolutely loved it!! I recommend Tipsy Teacups to anyone who wants to enjoy a tea party setting. They have only been open since March 2024.

I have contemplated on giving a review because the business is so new. My co workers and I went there for lunch, place was a hot mess, there are things scattered everywhere, Including stacks of paperwork left out on the tables. We ordered a sandwich and some type of bowel dish. When we received our food, my coworkers food had moldy cheese in it and my sandwich had old stale cheese and was somewhat soggy. We immediately went over to get a refund which was not an issue and the lady was pretty nice about it. I will say their customer service is decent. The lady tried to tell us it was blue cheese but their menu does not have any mention of the use of blue cheese nor did that dish. A complaint to the health department shows they did have moldy cheese on premise. What scares me is that people can be become very ill with expired food items. I was really hoping this place was going to be something special and it's unfortunate that I will never be returning.

My daughter had her Sweet 16 Bridgerton themed birthday party at Tipsy Teacups in Upland and our experience was amazing from beginning to end. Selina was an excellent hostess and I would recommend her establishment ten times over. Job well done.

My family and friends gave me a birthday luncheon here and i loved it ! The lunch was English style with tiny delicious sandwiches with scones and thick cream and jam. We selected various flavors of teas which were served in beautiful tea pots and saucers. We were also served a delicious lemon cake/pie that was so fresh we could taste the lemon in it. The place is unique and quaint, and no noise, we could each other talk. They have a lot of interesting gifts that can be shopped for. The owner Selena was our server and she made sure we were all served well. I highly recommend this place. It recommended that you place reservations first. I will definitely return again.

The shop is lovely, with tons of vintage tea paraphernalia. Tables are invitingly set for tea in all patterns and colors. I made a reservation for a birthday tea for a special friend the following week on a Tuesday, (Tipsy Teacups was the only tea shop open during the week and I was extremely grateful.) I discussed the menu options and placed the order, payment arrangements and instructions to prepay by Friday.When we arrived, we were greeted by some very friendly ladies on the patio and I thought they were our hosts. Upon going inside no one came to greet us, so we looked around and wandered to the back. In the kitchen area, we encountered Selena our host and server. She had no idea why we were there and asked if we had prepaid. I explained the arrangements I had made, payment using a link per my instructions, and offered to provide my email receipt. Selena then quickly seated us and went about preparing our tea. Already embarrassed and disappointed I'm sure clouded my impression going forward. Our salads were delicious, the sandwiches were barely acceptable, and the dessert was soggy. Selena found her receipt and proceeded to present it to me letting me know there was additional money owed right in front of our birthday guest. Now I am really upset! No apology, no free coffee, nothing!! Far too expensive to be treated so poorly!

The place looks like a mad tea cup house with stuff everywhere. The food tastes like they were prepared the day before would not recommend this place.

Lovely Tea place. The service was excellent and the tea sandwiches and soup& salad were so yummy!! The brownie dessert was chocolaty goodnedd! Great ambiance and lots of neat items in the shoppe. The owner is lovely and aimed to please. We loved our tea and will definitely return.
