Soooo fire!I couldn't wait to get them potato tacos again! The tacos de papa is great! My husband and I love them! We couldn't wait even a week for them again lol The shrimp tacos are cheesy and delicious. My husband got the street tacos this time and loved those. So far, everything has been a 10/10 at this taco shop. Service is always good. The food is fresh and hot. Ambiance is a small taco shop, but man can they make some tacos!!!

This restaurant is cute and clean. There are three tables and a little bar seating area with a couple seats. The woman taking our order was sweet. We ordered two asada tortas, two orders of potato tacos and five asada tacos. Our food was brought out and it was fresh. Everything tasted amazing! We were waiting for our second order of potato tacos and decided to check the receipt and it wasn't charged lol. It ended up being fine because we got full from our food anyways, so it worked out in our favor. The portions are a fair size so I'd say it's well worth the prices here. The agua frescas were made nice too :)We'd definitely come back if we're in OC and craving tacos!

My wife came upon this lil spot on her way home from work, and after I had a major craving for nachos, we divided to give it a go. Immediately I was glad there was no overwhelming menu nor crazy amounts of variables. I got the Asada Nachos w/ an Horchata, while she got the Taquitos and a Diet Coke. Taquitos came with fresh sliced avacado, guacamole drizzle and lettuce. Nachos came with pico de gallo, guacamole drizzle, beans, melted cheese, & asada. From my point of view the Nachos were....Top Tier! Chips, not 1 stale piece. Cheese...let's talk about the cheeeeese! Omg, you know those places that will sprinkle cheese on top, and it's not even melted.Or you get the other side of cheese where it's melted but to the point of hardness!? Yea, not here...these ACTUALLY had cheese pull... ugh already talking to my heart. Then the Asada...ooohh the Asada... well seasoned and not salty! There were crisp pieces that were oh so good and sprinkled throughout... could I finish the Nachos, sadly no.. so they could be a 2 person shareable lolAfter we finished, we saw the flan, decided to keep going big and ordered 1 for $4.85 with the Cafe de Olla flavor. It was kinda thick, but not heavy... creamy & not overly sweet..overall great consistency and perfect ending. I congratulated my wife on a VERY good find AND for satisfying my craving. You got a hungry partner whose on the verge of hAngry... go here. You'll be in the green once again

The food was mouth watering. Tacos Gobernador came with bell peppers and onions on the side. I ate it so quickly that I forgot to take pictures. Service is great. Made my food HOT off the stove. SO delicious!! I had to try two things because everything looked so good. I had a shrimp quesadilla. The food smelled good, looked amazing, and was made to ordere. Hot and fresh. I'm in trouble now that I know about this place!

Came here for a lil taco Tuesday & they have $2 deals on certain meats! But I was really craving birria tacos which I thought were okay maybe would have been better if I added cheese but the shrimp tacos were so good! The whole place felt very clean and even their self serving area was spotless and after we used it someone cleaned it and that made me feel like they really care about the cleanliness! Service was pretty fast also!

Wanted to add an update. I ordered from Taco Boss again last night and this time went for the Asada Fries (but asked to have Al Pastor instead) and the Birria Ramen. Both were verrry meaty and delicious. Definitely worth the price. Another great choice for dinner!

Wow! The portions are huge. Definitely worth the price and there is value. We ordered a California burrito and the loaded fries. Also the drinks are a good deal because it's a 50 cent difference between the medium and large and they're pretty big as well. The service was fast. About less than 10 minutes from ordering to getting my food.

Just came here after the gym in the morning with no line. The cashier was very friendly . Ordered the breakfast burrito and it was huge ! Tons of meat inside with fluffy egg and hash browns and gooey cheese. The taste was great. They had the mom cooking in the back so i knew it was gonna be good. Definitely a place to check out

This might be my new favorite taco spot in OC! I was hungry after the gym and it was pretty late, this place looked super promising. I got there about 20 minutes before closing time, and was so kindly treated. The lady taking order spoke little English, but was so nice and tried to communicate clearly to me the entire time. She made sure I got everything I needed with my food and was very friendly throughout the interaction.For the food, I got 2 vampiros, one with tripas and one with al pastor. For the price, I thought the portion was very filling. The meat tasted high quality, as well as huge compliments to the chefs, the meat here are so damn well cooked, they were perfectly charred outside, and the inside retains some texture but not tough. It's gotta be one of the most flavorful carnes I've had at any local taquerias. The salsas were a bit too spicy that I struggled a bit, but it was a struggle I chose to endure for the sake of good flavor. I paired the meal with a giant, delicious cup of horchata for $5 as a cherry on top of this meal.Overall, highly recommended, 6/5 stars if I could!

Oh my god. I stopped by since I was in the area and, on the way to the freeway, I saw another taco spot and thought dang... what if that one's better?Well, I'm here to tell you I don't care what it tastes like because I think this place is darn good, the prices are good and neither me nor my picky eater family have a single complaint! Thank you so much for the excellent food. I haven't gone to a place that can do both pastor AND asada right, and not just one but not the other. The gobernador were good too!! Thank you so much I will absolutely be back.
