Came here during happy hour and the beer and cocktails were $7 with wells. They also have some appetizers on happy hour too. The bartenders were really nice and personable, making the cocktail very beautiful with added flowers. The bar is inside the the hotel with parking right outside of the hotel. It's 2hr validation from the front desk, you could ask for their complimentary double tree cookies too!

Such a bad experience. The only good thing, were the drinks. We made reservations 3 hours in advance and were traveling from LA with a tourist from Nevada. We waited 10 mins for them to set a table of 6, when we asked about our reservations they said it just secures your spot not your table. There was a table, which we wanted, a booth, they said it's taken. We were there for an hour and that table was still empty it wasn't taken by anyone. Half the tables food came and there was hair in one of our orders. The most simple things we ordered, a side of fries and fried cauliflower took over 10 additional mins to arrive after everyone else's food. Then they said we will remove the order with hair from your order as if we were going to pay for HAIR IN OUR FOOD?Update: they brought bill, and did not deduct the food with hair. And said we didn't communicate to have it be minuses.Update: we went to in n out after.

REALLY wanted to live this place. Service was brutal. Bartender was our server. Unapologetically Rude and Cold, pretentious. I'm asking about different cocktails. Apparently he only heard the first half because he did not hear when I asked for the second cocktail we talked about. Didn't want to be rude, but wasn't going to pay $18 for a cocktail I didn't want. Asked him for the one I asked for. He Questioned me- telling me that I ordered it. I was talking Mid sentence when he walked away. He didn't apologize for the situation. Food came out. Sliders. I asked for well done. My friend asked for medium rare. He said the kitchen got it wrong and both were well done. He didn't apologize or attempt to correct it. I didn't want a comp. I wanted to send it back and get what my friend asked for and was paying for. Nope. Nothing. He just left the food and walked away. I had asked for another cocktail but canceled the order. Can't add to a bill when everything is off. ESPECIALLY the service. Really wanted to like this place. I usually don't complain. I understand and support the industry. But this-honestly was not ok.

So I went to a convention at the hotel. I didn't have breakfast at my apartment before I headed out there because I didn't want to run into LA traffic, so I wanted to have a decent breakfast at The Peel. There was a family of 4 or 5 waiting in front of me for a HALF HOUR and I was turning back and forth and they were still not being acknowledged until the last minute. FINALLY even with FOUR open tables already being there, they were being seated.Another guy at the convention offered to share a table since I'd just met him and we were waiting way too long. He said "Okay, I'm just going to leave in 5 minutes if we can't get service. It's been around a half-hour and so far 3 waiters have just ignored us." I said, "I hope they don't charge us for all the tasty oxygen we just had."Nothing is better than a restaurant that treats its customers really passive-aggressively and has an attitude like "Stfu and make your own meal yourself."

The restaurant is inside the hotel, that caught me off guard. Even though they said they opened at 2pm it was a limited menu so I was pretty hungry and to only be able to order appetizers was an upset. But the fish tacos were good and tasty and fresh. The saving Grace for me was the bartender she was very attentive which I appreciated. Now I would give this a 4 or 5 star but I was a bit aggravated by not being able to leave the parking lot. I got trapped in because all the stalls were closed which was stupid, but then I walk back to the hotel and inform them about the issue so he send valet to let me out. The valet attendant was just extremely rude he said you need to push the button to be able to get out! Like I'm not stupid I've been to a few parking lots before. So I responded with I pushed it a few times and got no response. So if it wasn't for those issues I would probably be back but the overall experience was just not ok. Probably won't be back

We went to the Peel for lunch. They have an awesome patio with a pond and koi fish. It's also in the shade, so not super hot either. For food, we ordered the ceviche, charcuterie board and poke bowl. The charcuterie board was great, especially for the price point. The ceviche was standard, I just wish the chips were different rather than just the basic tortilla chips. The poke bowl was also great, the fish was fresh. I also had a few cocktails and they were standard. Overall, we enjoyed this restaurant, especially the ambiance outdoors.

Nicely revamped restaurant at the new fera hotel. Impressed of the ambiance considering for a hotel restaurant. Nice bar right at the entrance. Great happy hour here. Went to celebrate with girlfriends. Had some shareables. Liked the ceviche, wings but. Flatbread was ok. The peach salad presentation was promising but the actual peach was tangy. Sliders and fish tacos were delishOverall had a great dinner here.

We booked our stay at Hotel Farah via Groupon, which included a $40 food credit to use at The Perl. The restaurant has a lot of food selections. I ordered the shrimp and scallop ceviche. It was very fresh and beautifully plated; however, it was kind of bland. I added a touch of salt, which helped, I just expected it to be a little bit more flavorful. The service was very good. Our waiter was super sweet and the overall ambience was very relaxing and scenic. There fire pits outside and plenty of seating. The bar inside is also very beautiful.

Ordered room service form this place and it was pretty good. We opted to spilt the pepperoni flatbread and one coke.Service was quick. We had asked for a Dr. Pepper and they called our room to let us know they were out.The flatbread was hot, flavorful, and was enough for two to share.

Great little spot. I went on a Thursday and the food was great. Bartender was friendly. It was a bit quite which was perfect since I was studying. Would definitely go back!
