The Honey Baked Ham Company

I always grab Honeybaked Ham for each holiday. I'm a huge fan of their ham and potato salad. I also find other great sides when I'm here. The service at this location is wonderful as well. While the ham is good, the potato salad is addictive. It's almost (the keyword is "almost") as good as my mom's, and my mom's potato salad is delicious. The cheesy potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and mashed potatoes with gravy are great too. I even liked their tiny Bundt cakes on our last visit here. Although they're a bit pricey and the wait can be long, I think the food and service are worth it. The food is wonderful and the service is always really good. I even liked ordering sandwiches and desserts on our last visit here!

This was my first time ordering a family meal for Thanksgiving. The store faces Tustin Avenue in Orange with easy access parking around the back. I ordered online and the process was easy to customize. When picking it up there were clearly marked areas with well versed employees who helped move the process along. They double checked my order in front of me and the checkout was seamless. The sides come frozen in individual boxes with instructions for heating. All sides came out perfect with the directions. We had the stuffing, cheesy potatoes and maple sweet potatoes. Full of flavor and great texture. We also had the ham and turkey breast. These come already cooked and sliced and merely needed a simple microwave heat up for a minute - it was recommended to just heat up a few slices at a time. Both were outstanding! I would order again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

today my wife and I went in had two sandwiches made turkey and tavern, both were gret we bought two bean soup bags and got a free hambone and got some really good dill pickle flavored potato chips. The staff was very friendly. We are in and out in about five minutes sandwiches with full flavor wonderful taste combination good multigrain bread super great lunch. we will go back for sure

I have ordered ham and the prime rib through their website and it's always been easy. I have never had any issues. This past Thanksgiving, I placed my order a few days prior for the prime rib 3lbs $46 plus tax and set the time for picking up a day before at 1pm. It was in and out within 5 minutes for me. Yes, it's precooked and so you refrigerated it until it's ready to be reheated in the oven. It's not that hard, the prime rib was delicious and my family was happy with it. I will continue to come to this location which is in Orange. Plenty of parking in the back area. Just make sure to bring cell phone so you have you online receipt to show them. Quick and easy, staff is always friendly and helpful.

Service is poor, older lady that works here, has attitude all the time. Always rude and even when you read off the menu she stills has a hard time understanding. Even if you give it hindsight, the fact that the attitude comes in heavy with that combo is wild. The younger lady is super nice from last time, but not the older lady. Unpleasant person.

I went on line and ordered a ham for Christmas dinner and marked the box on the reservation that I would pay when picking up on the date and time listed on the reservation (Order #: 306130812, Order Date: 12/18/2024, Pickup Date: Dec 24, 2024, Transaction #: 2235658878796). The information on line said when I pick up the ham my reserved weight (5 lbs) could be up to 2 lbs more. When I went to pick up the ham at the designated time all they had was 10 lbs and more. That would mean my $59.00 reserved weight ham was now going to be over $100. I told the server at the counter that this was a scam. She agreed with me and said this happens a lot and wished the company would correct this so they didn't have to put up with irate customers. Looking at Honey Baked Ham's information on the internet, the CEO, Jim Dinkins, says he wants to double revenue by 2029. This method to help double revenue sucks...

Came in here to order a ham sandwich, I was able to build my sandwich and given choices to choose from. I ordered a ham sandwich, with sour dough bread, and everything but tomato. When I received my sandwich, I thought there was a mistake because the bread looked and tasted like white bread. Brought my sandwich back in, and I was told that it was sour dough bread. They said it was what they used. Sadly, it was a disappointment for a store like honey baked to use cheap bread for their sandwiches. There's health reason why I chose to eat sour dough bread. Service was overall great, but the quality of the sandwich wasn't there. The ham was delicious.

HONEYBAKED HAS DESTROYED THEIR HOLIDAY MENU !!!I've been buying whole turkeys, ham & all the sides & desserts for YEARS since I stumbled upon this place one year when I couldn't use my arms due to an injury & discovered their Holiday meals. My family & guests look forward to it every year & it's NOT CHEAP but this year the 3 of us are on our own so thankfully we're the only ones who had to eat this. All of the sides are FROZEN & BOXED now & the main dishes have totally changed. TURKEY: Instead of a whole turkey, I got a turkey breast & they only had glazed breast which is covered in that thick crackled sugar mess that people like with their Ham. NOT with their TURKEY. I hated it. It was grossly sweet & overcooked to begin with. Why would you want turkey to taste like a dessert? MASHED POTATOES: Their original mashed potatoes were wonderfully garlicky & creamy & NOW ... they are frozen boxed FAKE potatoes with bacon & cheddar & dead green onion or chive that's only on the plastic film layer & they are GUMMY & STICKY!GRAVY: Nowhere even close to their normal Holiday gravy with the bits of turkey in it. Just a GELATINOUS MESS of salty water.STUFFING: Okay now I'm mad! I wait all year to get their stuffing which was beautifully made with stock & crunchy pieces of celery & nuts & NOW ... It's frozen boxed cubed stuffing that is nothing even remotely like the original & it smelled like DIRTY FEET & SWISS when I was heating it. WHY did they do this? THE LINE IS DOWN THE STREET & AROUND THE BLOCK EVERY YEAR FOR A REASON! My job & the Holidays are stressful & this was my ONE favorite Holiday timesaver. AND we spent $160 for the 3 of us anyway so what's the point? I could've done better with a $3 frozen TV dinner.ALSO ... I normally use my Buffet server to warm up all of the FRESH sides but you have to cook everything from frozen. How many microwaves does a person have? You have to microwave each frozen thing for 15 mins, then the other frozen thing for 15 mins & so on & by the time you're done, the dishes are cold anyway & you have to reheat them. Just LAME.I would have been SO EMBARRASSED if I had company over & served this to them. Perfect timing though for them to kill this meal when I didn't have guests for the 1st time due to a health/travel issue in my family. Whatever idiot corporate money grabbing dude made this descision needs to be fired. I will NEVER go back to HoneyBaked again!

I went tyear. HoneyBaked Ham store in Upland. Herbert was very helpful in getting my order. I have to say that HoneyBake has a very efficient process in place for picking up your pre-ordered ham. I'm always impressed with how efficient they are. Everyone working at the store was very friendly. Even during this busy time of yesr. Great job!

For Christmas ordered bone in ham, smoked turkey breast, augratin potatoes and a pecan pie. Truly disappointed, the ham was terribly fatty, had to serve about 4 to 5 slices to have a serving of ham once fat was removed, smoked turkey breast taste and texture was of processed lunch meat, nothing like a smoked turkey breast. The potatoes were only okay, small amount for price. The pecan pie was really good. First and final time to use Honey Baked Ham for my holiday dinner.
