Okay, I finally have the time to write a more thorough review. I absolutely love the Classic Cafe. Service/Ambiance: The staff here is always friendly and welcoming. Their drinks are fantastic and they come out quick. I love the vibe of the classic cafe. The space must've been a house before because the main area is like a living room. I love that the tables and chairs are all different. Everything from the art to the wallpaper to the furniture emulates the coziness of someone's home. I love the outdoor area as well because it reminds me of a garden. Plenty of seating and fresh air! Drink Consensus: The lattes are divine here. The iced pistachio latte is my favorite. I'm not the biggest coffee fan but I'm making my way there. The pistachio latte uses house made pistachio syrup and pistachio cream and it is perfection. There's also roasted crushed pistachios in the drink, yum!!! Salty toffy latte and hot latte are great as well. The quality of the expresso is excellent and the drinks are tasty. 10/10. I'd highly recommend trying the Classic Cafe. It's the perfect place to catch up with a friend, do some reading, or to study.

This is a classic and cozy find that is different from other coffee shop locations. A renovated house turned coffee shop with food, customers would be pleased to spend an afternoon or evening with friends at this location.Exterior: With both a front and back entrance, there is a lot of outside seating. The greenery makes it more intimate and quiet for those wanting to spend time outside. There are a handful of spaces at the back of the building and if it's full, you can rely on street parking on the main road/neighborhood parking (e.g. 2 hours from 8AM - 4PM)Interior: It has a variety of seating with different wooden and antique tables with plush chairs. They do have outlets with WiFi!Food and Drinks: My party and I ordered a handful of drinks. The Yuju Cha is similar to lemonade (5/5), whereas the other drinks we ordered are pretty reminiscent of what you can order at other places. They are also pretty good to try. Personally, I would consider the food prices reasonable for what it is (example: the mild ramen is $9, whereas other places are twice the amount). You can expect to be satisfied with the food.Overall, the service is friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. If you're tired of the overhyped places in the area, give this location a try.

Ordered 2 spicy pork cupbaps and was so pleased and full by the end! A definite must try item if you don't know what to order. Their pistachio latte is really smooth and has actual pistachio bits sprinkled in too. A little pricy at $7.5 but would recommend. Service is great as you are greeted at the register and given a buzzer when your order is ready for pick up. You have to try and eat/drink your items on site because this cafe is literally someone's home transformed into a cute earthy cafe. Soft background music like Louis capaldi is playing outside on the patio so it adds to the comfy vibes.

I would have never guessed there would be such a charming cafe here! The vibe is very casual. You order at the cashier, and they'll give you a buzzer for your order. Seating is available inside, but I recommend sitting outside in the garden area. The drinks are really good. I got the Banana Latte Einspanner. It's creamy and light from the whipped cream, and the banana flavor is perfect. Not too sweet either. The Choco Tiramisu latte is also really good. The bulgogi panini was ok, but the ham and cheese panini was really good. I think they should switch the bread on the bulgogi panini to the one they use for the ham and cheese. Overall, it's a good place for a casual brunch or to study. I would definitely come back here.

#147 in my Coffeeshop Chronicles. The Classic Cafe is a Korean coffeeshop and cafe. How can you tell? It might be the local ajummas chatting away while enjoying breakfast out back (fun!), or maybe it's the fact that they offer some of my favorite Korean street food and snacks on the menu, like tteokbokki, ramen, and cupbap. The Classic Cafe is a one-of-a-kind coffeeshop. I've never seen a cafe quite like this, not even in Ktown (and that's including The Yellow House Cafe that sadly closed). Like the yellow house, The Classic Cafe is located inside a converted historic home, creating a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. My favorite aspect though was their beautiful and spacious patio, filled with eclectic and antique decor. Every piece of furniture and decor was different and mismatched, but it somehow all tied together to create a cozy ambiance with vintage charm, like visiting grandma for a home cooked meal. I also love how they have a stack of thick blankets to use while out on the patio, which I definitely took advantage of in the cold morning weather. They're also super pet friendly! The owner was soooo nice to my fur babies. He came out to say hi and pet them, and he brought them a bowl of water and treats. My fur babies were thrilled. As for the coffee, to be honest I wasn't a fan of the salty toffee latte. The toffee syrup tasted a little too artificial to me. But I did love my sweet dreams latte and finished it in seconds! Next time I plan to try the food as well. Overall, The Classic Cafe is a first-rate coffee and snack bar, so go check it out!******************My Ratings:1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry.2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return.3 Stars: Meh. Average. Might return if others drag me.4 Stars: Yum! Likely to return.5 Stars: Amazing! Would plan my day around it.

I've had this spot on my list for a while now and finally had the chance to check it out. I was worried about parking on a Sunday but we got lucky finding one spot in the back alley. The place blends in with its surroundings since it's literally a house shrouded with landscape. There's plenty of seating outside but since it was too cold we sat inside which was limited. It was a bit confusing at first but you order first, and then you take your seats. I don't know how the crowds are other days but Sunday was crowded inside and it could remove you from the ambiance. The pagers they give for your order beep really loud and ruin the vibe each time someone's order is ready to pick up. I wish they had a system that texts our phones instead of using those obnoxious pagers. Besides that, I really like this place and it'll be perfect to sit outside during the summer. I ordered the Bulgogi Panini and the Chocolate tiramisu latte and both were delicious. I was still hungry after eating my sandwich but I was content.

I got the hojicha latte and it was good, not too bitter. The best thing about this place is they have a TON of seating inside and outside! They have a very homey aesthetic.

Wowow. This cafe is so cute!! It looks like it may have been a house before. The floor creaks when you enter, and the outside area in the back looks like it could have been a backyard. They decorated the interior so nicely. They have like vintage chairs and tables. After you order, they give you a buzzer. After you finish your food, you can take the tray back to the counter. The menu is nice. They serve hot food, one of which is the cupbap $15. I got the kimchi tuna, which was pretty good. I ate it all in one sitting. I was glad to see they have einspanner on the menu! I got the regular 12 oz einspanner $5.50. It was really good! Parking is odd. There's a few street spots, or maybe you can sneak your car at the library parking lot and walk over..

What a gem! I was meeting up with my dealer (coffee beans) and he suggested this place since he would be in the area. I'm less than a mile away and didn't know this place existed! They are just north of downtown Fullerton off Harbor and in an old house. It's super cute and Americana on the outside and inside they serve great coffee and Korean and American food. I ordered the salted caramel coffee and one of their mini croissants with strawberry cream and sat outside on the back porch to enjoy it. If you need to get away and feel like you're in someone's old country house, stop by here and stay a while. I saw people working from here and honestly it's a great place to stay and take in all the ambiance. I found parking on the street but there is parking out back.
