The Ceviche Spot

My fiancé and I were in the mood for ceviche this weekend and stumbled on this place on Yelp. It only had one review but we were intrigued since it was close to our home yet had gone unnoticed. So we hunted out the place and found it in a commercial office area next to the Fullerton Airport. My fiancé is a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to ceviche and was a bit hesitant when he realized that there were no seating available. However, we decided to stay when the server (possibly owner) came out and was super friendly. He explained they had only been open for a month with little marketing so that's why there hasn't been a whole lot of reviews. We ended up ordering the fish (Pescado), shrimp and yellowfin tuna ceviche. The fish and shrimp were prepared in traditional ceviche manner with lime while the yellowfin tuna was more like poke with soy sauce. All were served with tostada and crackers. We ended up eating the ceviche in the car and really enjoyed it. A few hours later, my fiancé had the leftovers again for dinner and he said the extra time marinading actually made it even better.My fiancé and I are extremely impressed and can tell the chef has worked professionally and this is not his first rodeo. The ceviche is definitely worth revisiting which we plan to do. We just hope they expand their opening hours/day.

We drove and we drove and we couldn't find this spot. We called and no answer. The food in the pictures looks great but perhaps the address is in correct???

This place always hits the spot! The freshness of the ingredients is evident. Perfect for lunch on a summer day or cruda Sundays. The Samurai tostada is a must try!

The Ceviche is delicious and great service. The food tastes so fresh and good portions. My 7 year old was a big fan also.

Ordered online, drove to the spot, some lady opened the door and told me to call for my food, there is no phone number to call on Yelp . Now I have to call grubhub to get my $60 back. Please update your yelp and close the online ordering.

How do you get in here :( I checked the reviews since people were mentioning it's difficult to find. I came at 4:33pm and the door had a giant lock. It would be helpful to have some signage to know where to come in and a phone number listed. The website page also isn't working. I'm bummed, was looking forward to trying it

At first I was a bit conflicted about buying from a ghost kitchen instead of a traditional restaurant, but I had to try it out as we are living in a changing world and moving away from traditions in the restaurant business. I was so happy I gave this ghost kitchen an opportunity to prove me wrong and make me a believer. Ordering is easy and I will know exactly what I will get when I order. The prices are in line with quality food off this type. The servings are as expected and the presentation shows the dedication and time they take on each order to make sure that it goes out to the customers expectations. The only downside is that they are not open all the time, if they were then Ii would order more often. Keep up the great work and making great food.Bellflower, CA

It's just an empty parking lot of various shops. There's nothing here. No cerviche or Mexican food.

Had the tostada El Samurai highly recommend, all their ceviche's are on another level. Would give 6 stars but it's not an option.
