Love Bungalow! Such a cool set up and concept :) I love how much space there is and the overall vibe there is every time that I've been. Drinks are pretty reasonably priced and the DJs are always on point Do yourself a favor and check this spot out! (It does get busy so make sure to get there early lol)

If I could rate this ratchet ass place a zero, I would. Some worker stole my friend's phone and said they couldn't find it. Tracked it down and it went from an apartment in LB and then went back to this place. Went back the next day and said it wasn't there or no one "returned" it. Also, they don't have a lost and found. The day my friend "lost" her phone. We asked if we could get someone's number to call and they said they didn't have one. What type of business doesn't have a contact number? Mind you, we also had the biggest table and tipped the workers really good so for their workers to treat us like shit and steal from us is crazy.

Last night was my second visit to The Bungalow - (the first being Christmas Eve 2023). This time, I met up with some friends to celebrate a send off and my, my, my... was this the way to do it!! As Long Beach natives that are now in our thirties, we are constantly on the hunt for an elevated home town experience. Easy and accessible parking right across the water (it was raining pretty heavily the first few hours so the balcony was not part of our experience this time) nonetheless, the most optimal view of the marina, especially around sunset. I walked in and was greeted warmly by the host and security upon entering the most warm and hospitable, but very grown and sexy foyer with nearly a clear shot of the most well decorated spaces I've seen in a while - I mean talk about feeling like you get to experience being invited to your aunt's rich bestie's house for some drinks, bites, games, and good music. The music was the perfect subtle addition to the ambiance as I was drinking it all in and making a b line for the girls seated in the main living room space where the biggest bar was. As a fellow bartender, my first point of action is to obviously take a gander at the cocktail list. An extensive list of some very reasonably priced renditions of classic cocktails that made it hard to choose. I was feeling fancy and wanted to wrap my freshly done manicure around a coupe glass to which our server recommended the cherry picker with Roku gin. Beautifully made cocktail with the perfect foam to liquid ratio but a bit too syrupy in my opinion. We ordered so much food - wings, Persian chicken sliders, tater tots, pizza, nachos to share, (all the perfect type of shareable, and again, reasonably priced! starters for the occasion - felt like we had a 5 course meal) I needed another drink to keep things moving so the girls and I ordered a fresh start - our bartender NAILED IT! Definitely more of a summer drink but everything I'm looking for when I'm home - some strawberry, mezcal version of a margarita with a tajin rim?! Keep them coming please. We close out the tab, to which we were all gobsmacked about... by the general feel of the place we were expecting a much steeper bill! We decide to move our group into the pool room to play and settle down and we continue to drink in the surprises of the space - the lighting and cool framed black and white photographs and art work on the walls - the cassette tape library! As my girls and I gather around the pool table, watching this gorgeous home fill in, I can't help but take note on how every person that works here is tending to every guest as their own. The bus boy, the host, the bartender, the server.. I mean consistently making circles to gather empty dish-ware and checking in with the guests to see if they'd like to order more to drink and eat. The overall atmosphere, service, flow, design, furniture comfort, lighting, music selections, should all be a studied model for how to design an experience that caters to the human in us all who just longs to feel at home in a warmly lit, soft lux space without feeling like we have to button up or pretend to be something we're not. The community deserves to have access to experiences like these and gives us all hospitality folks, whether you're FOH or BOH something to aspire to. Well done and thank you for helping us send our world traveling girl off the RIGHT way! The girls and I will all most definitely be back soon. Xoxo10/10

I met my ex at the bungalow. The we got back together at the bungalow. AwwwAight so I'm just a chill OC guy, so I've been to the HB pacific city location like more times than I've been to church (in my whole lifetime) and it's probably my favorite place to go perrearrr, drink and meet pretty people. Let's face it, it's not like OC has much in terms of nightlife. And ever since Mesas epic tragic downfall due to its dog poop mgmt, nasty clientele and just overall boring and shitty vibes ...that really only leaves Bungalow and the whaler at least in the coastal area. But we're not here to talk about boring basic ass OC.We are here to talk about this lovely ratchet and hella diverse location. The energy feels completely different than HB and that's surprisingly the intrigue and value proposition here. Good music, spacious, unpredictable, slightly ghetto and ohh they serve food here. What's not to love? Yeah, definitely a good spot cus so so so many bars / nightclubs in Long Beach are more on the unpalatable side. This one is good.Salud

Great spot to hangout and enjoy some drinks and views! The Bungalow in Long Beach is located on the 2nd floor of 2nd and PCH. It's a cute and charming spot, and they have a nice patio area to enjoy the breeze, music, and drinks. The patio is quite big, so it's nice for a big group if you just want something casual. I tried some of the finger foods like fries, chicken, and pizza. They were decent. Nothing amazing but no complaints either.I'd come more for the ambiance and drinks!

Seems like the new hot spot. Not my type of fun but the music was great. When we left, there was an actual line to get in..so there's that.

Nice bar for hang outs.Came here after work with coworkers for drinking. This place opens at 5pm on a Friday and our group showed up at 5pm. There's free parking at the structure. It's free for 90 min without validation and Bungalow provides validation but I'm not sure how much longer it validates for. Bungalow is located on the second floor. It's right next to the second floor of the parking lot which was convenient. Interior is fancy and as you walk towards the back, there's a balcony that overlooks the ocean. I don't drink so I just ordered bungalow sliders ($18) and two cookies ($3 each). The cookies were below average in my opinion. The chocolate chip cookie just crumbles when you try to pick it up. There's no way of grabbing it. The peanut butter cookie was better in that it holds its shape but didn't taste the peanut butter much. The sliders and fries were good. Our group ordered nachos, pretzel bites, hot dog pretzel bites, and couple pizzas. They were really good and had no complaints of the food. Servers were nice and accommodated our large group and provided bunch of water and water cups. They brought food to our tables. Very beautiful interior, good food, and the price is very fair.

After spending some time riding duffy boats in the Alamitos Bay and Naples Canals me and a group of friends celebrating my best friends birthday decided to stop by here to grab a bite and get some drinks. The service was great, our servers were attentive and efficient, the ambiance and vibes of the place are immaculate, there's a pool table and an out door patio with huge couch seating. The food was delicious we ordered the Mediterranean Dips, which came with Tzatziki, Hummus, Marinated Olives and Pita the pita was grilled to perfection and the hummus and tzatziki were seasoned by the Gods. I don't eat olives but the group cleared them! We also ordered House Pretzel bites with Gouda cheese sauce and spicy mustard.....Gouda me down every thyme! The Spicy Wings which were spicy but exceedingly flavorsome. And lastly the Bungalow Sliders which were delectable, the slider melted in ya mouth!I ordered the fizzy naples, which was delicious and not as Smokey as I suspected, the table ordered sangria and a couple of margaritas and a couple round of shots!

!!!!This establishment is not a restaurant, but a bar that serves some food!!!!I cannot express my anticipation for this establishment and how disappointed I was. So let's talk about it. Food: 4.5/10I was mostly disappointed in this department. There weren't many brunch/breakfast options to pick from, and on top of that, there weren't many protein substitutions. With so many dietary concerns for people, it shocked me that they didn't even offer turkey bacon as a sub. Wild. Just wild. Needless to say, I ordered the breakfast burrito with no bacon... because, yeah. Anyway, It was yummy; the tater tots saved it.Service: 2/10Our waitress was lovely and kind but lacked being attentive. After she dropped off our food, we never saw her again. I really hate that I experienced this. I wish I could say it was a packed house, but there were three tables seated in total. Physically, I had to hand signal "check" to the bartender, and she finally returned and dropped the check. Ambiance: 10/10They absolutely killed it on the design. Interior and exterior were gorgeous!!! Inside, you have the dim-lit lounge vibes with rich, earthy tones. It's giving speakeasy vibes inside. Beautiful. The outside is stunning!!! Views of the water, a massive patio with comfy couches, and oversized light fixtures that fit the design beautifully. Let's not forget my favorite part: the beautiful plants that tie everything in.

Been coming here for a while with my roomie when we feel like dancing, so thought I'd share some tips/thoughts. The vibes for the place is a lot like a house party. Depending on the DJ, it's a great place to go dancing, but on other nights, it feels more like a kickback and everyone's standing around. Music ranges from 90s/2010s throwback hip-hop and R&B music. Occasionally they sprinkle in throwback pop music, white girl anthems, and top 100 music. Only giving the place 3 stars because I wish the music were more consistent. An occasional relaxed song is great, but when you're in the mood to dance and that's all they're playing, it can be frustrating. Especially when the line gets long to get inside. But if the DJ is playing dance hits, it's a great time! Tips:- Friday and Saturday are always packed and busy- Park in the Whole Foods parking garage and validate your parking with the ladies in the front- Line starts forming around 10pm and will take 40 minutes to an hour to get in - Tables start at $500 minimum - Drinks range from $15-$20- During the colder months, they blast the heat inside. I'd avoid heavy coats because the body heat combined with their space heaters can make it really hot - Bars on the inside sell water bottles only and they're on the expensive side. Bar on the balcony gives free water - You're going to be packed in pretty tight. Especially if you're hanging out on the balcony. If you don't like having any room to move at some points in the night, I would avoid coming here
