My dad loves his hole in the wall spots so he told me to go try and omg definitely hidden but so so worth the try! It's a ma and pa restaurant and they are welcoming. Food took a little while to come out but not over 30 minutes. They have a salsa bar, plenty of seating, and ac. The food tasted like authentic Mexican food can't wait to try their other entrees! Ps they only take cash BUT they also accept Zelle

I really, really liked the chilaquiles from here. I'm very picky when it comes to them, so trust that the flavor is there. They come with carne asada on top, too, which is a great combination. The egg was also cooked perfectly, and the flavor of the beans meshed well. My only complaints about the place are: 1) they don't speak English 2) it's CASH ONLYThose aside, they're very kind and those chilaquiles were I'll 100% be back.

The quality of the Chilaquiles dish and the service is in sharp contrast to the atmosphere. The little corner strip mall is a bit run down and has a CircleK that can be downright scary at night. I ate my breakfast in the parking lot on a clean table under an EZ-UP but I left like a million bucks because the service and food were so good. The Chilaquiles here includes a piece of carne asada, two eggs, rice and beans. You choose red or green chilaquiles. I ordered at the counter and went outside to sit down. You need to know some Spanish but everyone was nice about my horrible attempts at speaking. As soon as I sat down, someone brought me a chipotle salsa, an avocado salsa, and a basket of chips that have been lightly covered in beans and cheese and toasted. A free appetizer, nice!Later the huge breakfast plate came out as you can see in the picture. Rice was perfectly fluffy, with a taste of tomato. The beans were creamy and had a hint of pork and epazote flavor. So good! The piece of carne asada was thin flap meat pounded and thoroughly cooked but had distinctive Asada flavor and wasn't too chewy. I appreciated that there was no fat or gristle so I could eat the whole thing easily. The eggs were prepared as I requested (broken yoke) and the whites were crispy. The star, the green chilaquiles, was delicious - piquant, tangy, sour, and rich all at the same time, like a good enchilada sauce. The chips were fresh, thick triangles - some tender from the sauce and others crispy from the lack of sauce. Garnish was some queso seco (dry, crumbly, salty Mexican cheese) and crema (thin sour cream). I cleaned my plate and now it's time for a siesta.

Food is good just they take forever (more tan one hour) to serve you. In the past, the pineapple water was really good. Now, the water taste like water sugar really bad.Generally I don't recommend this place any more.

I ordered a chorizo burrito in the AM and only ate 1/2 because it was big. Very tasty. I wanted to reheat it and eat the rest in the afternoon, so I went back and asked if I could buy a condiment size salsa. The owner told the girl no, they only sell it by the cup for $6. I didn't need 6oz of salsa. He didn't even look at me, just kept himself in the kitchen. There are lots of taco places in Fullerton. I did notice they like to reheat the rice and beans in the styrofoam containers which I don't like, so it's easy to say this place lost a customer. At least I offered to pay for it and not pull the I already bought something card because they don't even give receipts to customers.

The food is okay. They purposely shorted me on change. I ordered a burrito and before taxes the burrito was $7. The guy working the register fumbled and took longer than usual to put through my transaction. I saw him crouch and reach below the register to look for change, because the register did not have enough change for $10 dollars. I only received $2 back as change, despite the register saying that the change is a total of $2.44. I asked the guy why I only received $2 back. He played the fool and said that because of tax it brought the total to $8. Correct me if I am wrong but the tax is about 8% in Orange County. Tax equating to whole dollar does not seem right for a $7 item. It wasn't worth wasting more of my lunch time over $0.44 cents. For place that is cash only they were not on point with having enough change for the day. Bad first impression. Because of their dishonesty I will never come back again.

Delicious Mexican food! Order this: Quesadilla de chicharrón (they have 'normal' which is pork rinds in salsa or 'prensado' which is a block of pressed pork). I get chicharrón normal, and it's always, consistently good. Quesadilla is made fresh, it's not a flour tortilla, it's made with Masa. Covid recommendation: We called in ahead of time and picked up. Easy and quick Enjoy!
