For Rowland heights, I will say this place is by far my favorite restaurant to get their rice rolls / Cheung Fun. I tried it for the first time in December, and crave it so much it was the first place I went to visit when I was back in California. The rice noodles is so soft and chewy. Their pineapple buns comes out hot and with a nice piece of butter in the middle. 10/10 recommend those dishes. We really wanted to try the baked spaghetti, but they were sold out. The Portuguese sauce was alright, but when we went back and got the baked spaghetti, I would highly recommend the baked tomato sauce over the Portuguese sauce. Although I don't have the picture, Their salt and pepper wings were fire!!!! Crispy and flavored with lots of garlic crisps. Service was great and attentive. If I can, I want to try everything on their menu.

I've been wanting to try Tam Noodle House, so I was happy that my best friend wanted to try this with me today. We ordered the beef and shrimp rice noodle, pineapple bun, garlic, string beans, grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce, beef chow fun, Yang Chow fried rice (not pictured) and HK milk tea. Our favorites were definitely the grilled chicken steak (lots of flavor in their black pepper sauce), beef chow fun (my BF's fav), garlic green beans (my favorite), and beef rice noodles. It definitely gets crowded on a Sunday morning, and the service may be a little slow, but the food is definitely worth trying.

First time visiting the restaurant, it has a great dish selections. The interior design and traditional dinnerware are a great plus to the overall vibe and atmosphere. Mushroom with Chicken Clay Pot Rice: Comes a great large portion of chicken and mushrooms on top, and nicely seasoned. However, the rice is a bit soggy, so there was no rice crisp on the bottom (kind of disappointing). Salted Fish with Diced Chicken in Hot Pot: Great tofu option, but it can be quite salty. Not really recommend unless you enjoy salted fish. Not everyone can handle the flavor and smell. Ong Choy: Seasonal veggie dish (May-September/October) and a must order choice. A simple stir fry dish, the jalapeño adds a great crunch and hit of spiciness. The best dish of the meal. Sizzling Chestnut Chicken Pot: Average chicken pot. It got a nice balanced flavor, but the chicken is covered with flour and not super tender. Steamed Rice Noodle Roll with Chinese Leek & Shrimp : The noodle roll is nicely made and served all day. It's a hard combo to find, so it's worth a shot (only if you like Chinese leeks). I assume their noodle options won't go wrong. Overall, the food is average (3.5 stars), but the service is definitely outstanding.

Tam's is always a great bang for your buck. Breakfast is where it's at for your typical Hong Kong breakfast. Porridge and rice rolls will keep you satiated throughout the day and there is plenty of seating. Parking lot is empty as the 99 cent store is no more. I definitely recommend coming here for their rice rolls which are so soft with the right amount of chew.

Tonight, we've stopped by Tam's Noodle House, and skipped the traditional Chinese New Year staples and opted for simple dishes to celebrate Year of the Snake. Tam's Noodle House is a Hong Kong - style cafe and this place hits the spot every time. The menu offers classic dishes that feel like home, from congee to savory noodles, all served with that warm, familiar touch. The staff are just efficient and friendly (maybe more chatty tonight)!!We orders several dishes - on and off the menu. The spicy curry veggies dishes was an off menu. I always love the tofu with brown sauce. It's perfectly healthy and flavorful food, and both dishes is authentic comfort in every bite.We have to always get the traditional soy sauce stirred fried noodles! The crowd is close to none during weeknights compared to Friday - Sunday.

Tam's Noodle House is very authentic for Cantonese classics! I came here for breakfast and the menu is a great value. Breakfast hours are before 11:30 M-F and there's a good variety. I got the Thousand Egg Porridge + Beef Steam Roll and both tasted great. I liked how the rice noodles were really soft and not thick like at some places and it kind of melts in your mouth.Service is quick even though it was packed and they even come back for refills on Milk Teas. Definitely a good spot to hit when you want value + quality.

I've been to this Tam's Noodle House several times and the food has been good. I usually order the wet seafood noodles with the sauce in a separate container. Price is fair and the quantity of food is good. I plan on returning to try some HK breakfast items.

My favorite Hongkong cafe! Come early or during the weekday, or else the wait would be long.Got to get the classics like: pineapple buns, HK milk tea, Pork & century eggs congee. The portion here is huge and we always come back with leftover! The menu is expansive and there is a dish for everyone!Salted egg yolk french toast: sooo good, the salted egg yolk filling and the crunchy outer edges of the bread, perfection.Service is quick and no fuss. Plenty of parking
