Came by for dinner the other night and it was a tasty experience. Tai Ping Sa Choi Kee is now located in Hacienda Heights. Parking is available in the private lot or on the street. Dining is available indoors exclusively.Started off with the beef pan fried noodles and it was tasty. Noodles were crispy and the gravy was perfect. There were several slices of beef along with a few pieces of veggies.Moved on to the fried fish with the cream corn and it was tasty. Fish was lightly fried and served with a creamy corn sauce. The salt and pepper chicken wings were freshly fried. The chicken wings were juicy and hot.The garlic pea shoots were also a hit. Generous portions, fragrant, and perfectly stir-fried.The beef brisket large entree was gigantic. This was served over a bed of lettuce and was a generous portion. The beef brisket was tender and flavorful.~$35/head after tax and gratuity for dinner. They take credit cards.

I might be biased because Chinese food is one of my favorites, but Tai Ping Sa Choi Kee is DELICIOUS!My favorite dish was the Salted Shredded Chicken! Served cold rather than hot, which was unexpected (never had this dish before hehe). I really enjoyed the salty and sesame flavors. Goes great with chili oil!We also had the wontons in a clean broth. Simply put, the dish is ELEGANCE. Might be the perfect cure after a night of drinking. The salt and pepper chicken wings were a textural flavor bomb! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Covered in garlic and green onion, these wings were fall off the bone PERFECTION!Spare ribs with Garlic were a genius twist on ribs! I've never had a battered rib before, but this is how I need all my ribs to be made from now on!Every great meal isn't complete without a vegetable balance. Both the cucumber dish and spinach dish we had was a compliment to our carnivorous side. Great palette cleanser! The chef knows what they're doing. Especially with the fried rice (Japanese fish egg fried rice)! They brilliantly added masago to the dish giving it a beautiful orange hue. I was drooling!Stewed beef tripe is a savory, beefy appetizer I WILL be ordering again. All of the dishes compliment each other so well; which is impressive because there are so many menu items. I can't wait to try them all!Last dish I was blessed to have was the House Noodle Braised Beef Sauce Noodle - at $8.88 it is a steal! The restaurant space is small, so make sure to come early to beat any lunch or dinner rushes. Tai Ping Sa Choi Kee WILL get crowded! To sum everything up, this place is a hidden gem, must try. Customer service was very polite and prompt. Food comes out so fast! Flavors are balanced and all around a great bite for anytime of day. I will be back again, thank you Tai Ping Sa Choi Kee!

Soooo good for authentic Cantonese food! My favorite dishes were the XO sauce rice rolls and the beef brisket noodle soup. The rice rolls were soft in the inside with a slight crispiness from being pan-fried. The beef brisket was tender and the broth had great flavor. Ok and their CHILI OIL. Excellent. I think they make it in-house. It has a nice, roasted chili pepper flavor and definitely packs a punch. The service was amazing. We called in advance for a party of 7 and they had our table ready right when we walked in. We were treated so kindly by the servers and the food came out quickly. Note that it does take longer for the rice pots and the rice rolls to come out.Ambience was lively but comfortable. Good for a party of 2 or 12. You can bet I'll be here the next time my family and I are craving some Cantonese food.

I moved down to Ontario and good Chinese food is really hard to come by. Nowadays I drive to Rowland/West Covina area for food as going back all the way to Monterey Park/SGV is a bit far. Was recommended to try this place by a friend and I can't say more good things about this place. I ordered salt and pepper chicken wings and "fried noodle" not sure how to say it in English. The salt and pepper chicken wings were fried hard to my liking, and the flavor is to die for! They have just the right amount of seasoning while maintaining a hearty/homey taste. The noodles offer a dual texture, being soft and a little "crunchy" at the same time. The flavor here didn't taste like pure MSG like what I usually get at the Hong Kong cafes in Monterey Park. If you're looking for an authentic Asian "cafe" style restaurant I would highly recommend you come try this place out! I'm 1000% sure the food would be even better then me getting take out as it takes me a bit to drive back home.

Pretty interesting Cantonese place in Hacienda Heights and I believe they have been here for some time now. They are in the older side of the strip mall where Vons is but on the Haliburton side/corner where JJ Bakery is. In fact, they are connected to the Quickly and I think they are both owned by the same person now based on layout?Service was a bit sub par but its a legit Cantonese joint. The chili sauce is very spicy here.Check out my pics!

They used to be in Hong Kong Plaza but this is a new location. They have a larger area for lots more tables and it's very nice inside. The service is outstanding. I didn't even need to ask for water because the server was asking me if I wanted more before mine was even gone. The food is some of the best authentic Chinese food that I could have but here is the best. My favorite dish here is definitely the beef entrails. Not a lot of places in the area have that. Their claypot rice is better than other places in my opinion. Everything is so delicious. I didn't have a single thing I didn't like.

My husband and I really like this place. I cannot recall the name of the soup we tried and that was really tasty and I really like the pan-fried crispy noodles. It has a nice crunch to it with enough sauce. We still have yet to try other dishes.

I came here for lunch with because of a radio advertisement. Tried their Wonton Noodle Soup and was not satisfied due to the texture of the noodles. Some are not evenly cooked and not chewy as expected.Service was okay since they only have two servers. The restaurant have limited seating and it can be packed at lunch..

Food is delicious. Not too oily, fresh, delicious. Our daughter goes to Kumon, and we discovered this place waiting for her to finish her class (this place is less than a block away). We have been going every time we drop her off to kumon. We have a problem. The mapo tofu is ma la, which I like but my wife isn't a fan of ma la. Crispy noodles is delicious. We haven't had a bad dish here yet!

Down to earth and solidly good food. The claypot rice dishes are very good, the meats are tender and very delicious. The braised beef brisket with daikons is flavorful and very tender. The food arrived quickly but you don't feel like they are rushing you. The ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming.
