Taco's El Rey

Tacos el Rey is always great!We loved their breakfast burritos, they have the best tacos de papa. I highly recommend this small Mom's and Pops place. You won't be disappointed.

Came by to pay a visit and have noticed they have changed their view. Very inviting and homey as if we going out on a nice picnic date. I love how it's more brighter now. Finally I was able to enjoy my Jamaica, was pregnant so I stayed away from it. It really hit the spot. Their burritos were flavorful and that being said, my husband ate it in 3-4 bites while telling me he has to slow down and breathe.. he forgot instantly. Cashier and cooks and busser they were super friendly. We are so thankful they had high chairs. Our baby felt included in our little food date. Thank you for your service!

Stopped by chance, we were looking for some tacos dorados and the were so good. Place was crowded but we still found a table. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

My Father an I went to El Rey for dinner. My dad ordered a # 1 Flautas Combination plate. With no sour cream. But with guacamole. And he maid sure to say guacamole 3 times to the cashier. The cashier said yes and then took my order. We get home to eat and and my dad opens his food to find taquitos. With no guacamole. He is like I did not order this. I call El Ray. And a man answers and then transfers me to someone else. So I explain him the situation. And he is not apologetic or even trying to fix the situation. He just say Flautas are taquitos. I said yes but one is maid with corn and the other is flower. And he says they don't do guacamole. But that's weird. The number 1 picture shows the combination with guacamole and sour cream in the picture. So I said thats false advertisement. And that my dad pacifically said he wanted to guacamole three times. The cashier should've said something right away. Not agreeing with him.After about 10 mins going back and forth forth the person on the phone still did not trying to even once fix the situation or the problem. Did not try to offer anything just said what he said and hung up. So honestly I would not recommend this place. They come off friendly but they don't care about their customers or even if customers ever return.

Amazing tacos, quick friendly service, fantastic value. Plenty of seating though not plenty of parking. I wish we had places like this where I'm from. One of the things I love about SoCal is taco shops like this

This place will be on our list for go to place for some tacos. This is our second time visiting the restaurant. The first we were so hungry and forgot to take pictures of what we got The service from staff is great. They bring your food to your table if you're dining in. They make sure to check up on you and ask if everything is OK. The place is clean and they made sure all the tables are clean right away after being use. Everything we ordered was delicious I will try their carne asada nachos the next time we come here again!

Their rating is definitely accurate. Been coming here for sometime now and it always feels like their food is cooked and served with love. So just off my last visit we had the chille relleno and the lengua burrito. The lengua burrito will now be one of my go to's in the future. They don't skimp on serving but it's not a mess at all. Perfectly portioned burrito. The chille relleno is awesome. Not greasy, batter seemed a little light with a surprising crunch. Will definitely be coming back again.

Always the best food and customer service by Monica. I eat here 3-4 times a week. I love this food so much and the comfort and cozy home feeling via their service, ambiance and food. Thank you for always showing why you guys are #1.

Excellent Mexican food and super affordable! Just beware, if you ever get a burrito wet, the red sauce is HOT. Bit it's also very tasty and addicting. My favorites are the tacos: asada, lengua & chorizo. Everyone has been really nice there every time I have visited. Clean, friendly environment. Local gem!

I was in the city looking for a place to eat glad we found this place. We ordered the tacos dorados and the Caldo the res it was so delicious! Caldo had lots of crispy vegetables not like other places where the vegetables are overcooked . The tacos were on point you can taste the chicken well seasoned. You can tell the ingredient are fresh.
