Brian our server was awesome and the food was amazing.Everything we got from the drinks to dessert was fantastic.Service was spot on!!thank you Brian!!!

We came here for our anniversary & they printed out this cute little card that said Happy Anniversary! It's the little things that matter. I got the Shoman Glory as my cocktail & my partner had the tropical hibiscus! Both were really good. The presentation was whimsical & gorgeous. My favorites: bacon wrapped shrimp, the A5 wagyu ishiyaki, green beans, baked cod & the carnival cake. Yes the carnival cake is absolutely insane that it's a cheesecake with Oreo ice cream and cotton candy but honestly it tasted good lol. The service was great & I'd definitely be back!

Great location! We went there on Valentine's Day for a lunch. It was a beautiful restaurant. We were warmly greeted by the reception and waitress. Some of the food were amazing!The reasons for the 3-star only were,1) We ordered a soft shell crab roll. We waited for one hour and half before it was served. We were told that it was not cooked properly so they made a new one for us. The waitress was very nice and polite. We accepted it. However, at the first bite we knew there was something wrong. The soft shell crabs were cold, tasting like they were cooked yesterday. They were not crunchy at all. 2) We ordered a shrimp skewer which was NOT served at all. But we were charged for it. I pointed it out to our waitress who was surprised that it was not served. Then she removed it from our bill.We don't want to give a hard time for the waitress. But we want the management to be aware that your service quality should match the location and price.

Just amazing. Hands down quality sushi. I'd say it's closer to upscale but affordable, so mid-scale if you will. The decor, the ambience, the menu, cocktails and entrees everything was spot on. I'd definitely will go back to peruse the menu.

Where do I start? I LOVED this place. Came here for dinner and couldn't decide on what to get so we opted for the Roku Izakaya Feast. The waitress told us she can tell us exactly what will be served or we can have each plate as a surprise. We decided to make it a surprise and it was so fun! It was honestly such a great experience and totally worth the price person. Not only was the food great, but the atmosphere was beautiful. I loved the moody lighting and the trees. The service was great too! Our server made sure our table was always cleaned and our glasses were always full.Each dish was fantastic. The Brussels sprouts were so good! I could eat those all day. I loved the truffle oil. The crispy rice with the spicy tuna was so fresh. A perfect start to our dinner.Next was the seared albacore and tuna crudo. Both delicious but my fave of the two was the tuna crudo because it was so fresh.Then there was a nigiri trio. Such a treat! Loved the two rolls- white lotus and the katana. The katana stole the show for me. Lastly was the dessert. A chocolate molten lava cake with ice cream and raspberry. Yum! Sometimes I'm skeptical of pre-fixe menus but this was absolutely worth it and gave us a taste of some of the restaurant favorites. If anything, it made us want to come back again and try other things on the menu. Definitely recommend!

Great service, ambiance, food quality and amazing drinks. We went to celebrate birthday and really enjoyed everything. Our server Larra was very friendly and gave us great service. Manager also came by to say hi to us.

Sushi Roku is situated at the hub of night life and bougie dining at Fashion Island. They've created a posh space - I didn't see a bad seat in the house. My partner and I enjoyed a cozy date night on the patio - banquettes were super comfy and the heaters kept us the perfect temperature. We're early birds and we beat the Friday night rush - they sat us immediately when we arrived at 6pm. By the time we left, there was a bit of a wait and the restaurant was humming, and looked like it'd be that way all night (DJ was jamming out).We love sushi. This isn't your typical sushi. In fact, we wouldn't have put sushi in the title. We shared the Deluxe Sushi Plate (and a few other small plates) - each piece of sushi had a special additional ingredient and we felt they stole the show from the fish. I'd describe the menu as a creative chef playing with fish as their blank canvas and splattering colors all over it - delicious but different. All of this comes with a wonderful collection of spirits including sakes and whiskeys.Recommendations: Spicy Tuna Hanabi and White Lotus RollSkip: Baked Crab RollDylan took great care of us - we noticed the excellence of the service as we observed other tables. We enjoyed our meal and appreciate what they've created in this restaurant, but will probably stick to our more humble/traditional sushi spots in the future.

Delicious food but their location in Vegas tasted a little better and had fresher fish surprisingly. The yellowtail hanabi (crispy rice) had a strong teriyaki flavor, but it was barely crispy. I think they put too much sauce and it got a little soggy, please go lighter on the sauce so that they stay crispy! The fish melts in your mouth.. the yellowtail was the best in my opinion. BE CAREFUL with the shishito peppers. I get shishito peppers at other restaurants all the time and they have never actually been spicy. It's like playing shishito roulette at this place.. some are deathly spicy and others not at all. If you don't have a high spice tolerance, I wouldn't risk it because I'm not even that weak with spice but these peppers had my entire soul on fire

We came for dinner on Valentine's Day evening and our server Nubia was absolutely spectacular! She was so nice and gave us great recommendations off the menu! We were served everything we had ordered. The food was phenomenal! I highly recommend this place and the ambiance was very romantic! We're definitely going to come back!

This is my favorite Japanese restaurant!! Food is always awesome!!! And the waiter (Jay) served perfect food for us. I would definitely come back again
