I stumbled upon this little shop on my way home, it's very unassuming outside but the inside of the shop is exquisite and cute, covered in cherry blossom elements is very cute!Two people ordered their sashimi platter, the portion is very large, and they told me that I don't like white fish, but also helped me to change the scallops!The service is really given 5 stars!Tempura Vegetables, fried shrimp, crispy and refreshing, fried things just bring full happiness !There was also the salmon rice pilaf, a super large serving with two pieces of salmon, a sufficient amount of protein intake for the day!For the veggie portion, we went with the mozuku, cucumber, which is a bit sweet, and the mozuku As always, I loved it!He also has salmon hand rolls, which are very special triangular shaped!Below is some some rice drinking crab meat, everything is fresh!Kind of a treasure little shop The shop also gave me a dessert with special hospitality will come back often!

A hidden gem. Just a matter of time until this place gets really popular/busy!Fish quality is great, their combos offer a good value for the buck. We came on a Saturday early evening as soon as they opened so that we could beat the crowd and ate an early dinner before we had to begin bedtime routine for the baby. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to the fact that we had a baby. We had been door dashing sushi since the baby came and this was our first in-restaurant sushi dinner since and we're so glad we came here. Support your local small business!

If you're looking for top quality sushi at a reasonable price, this is it! I've heard raving reviews before it remodeled so I was excited to try it out. The interior is beautiful, modern, and intimately lit - perfect for a date night or a small gathering. We tried a few dishes and we were impressed with everything we got. Here's what we ordered:Sashimi Bravo ($35.50)This combo came with 20 pieces of sashimi. It's Chef's choice, but we got 4 each of tuna, salmon, yellowtail, albacore, and escolar. Each piece was thick, fresh and buttery! I'm salivating just thinking about it! At less than $2 per sashimi, I think it's an unbeatable price for the quality.Starry Night Roll ($14)This is one of their new rolls that came with 9 pieces of deep fried shrimp tempura, crab and avocado with eel sauce and white sauce on top. The tempura was perfectly fried without being greasy and the combination of all the ingredients was well balanced. I could taste each of the ingredients without them being overpowered by the sauces.Eel Sushi (2 for $7)Eel was fresh and I like that the sauce was not too sweet.Overall, the sushi here have exceeded my expectations - both in terms of quality and value. I like that the chef doesn't try to add so many sauces and he lets the ingredients speak for themselves. I would 100% come back!

Great place with amazing decor. The driving directions from iPhone will get you a bit lost, and parking is tough in the front. The trick is to park on the side. We ordered take out so I can't say much about the service. The sushi is really delicious. I heard this spot was amazing 5+ years ago but I didn't live around here at the time so I can't say. Definitely hit up the rolls with albacore as their albacore was on point.

Was so glad to see the business reopened after an unfortunate electrical fire some months back. Owner and sushi chef Jin was also welcomed us back with a friendly chat.Enjoyed all the fantastic food, all sushi rolls freshly made. There is a separate chefs' specials menu.They also offer a soju cocktail, tried the lychee one. Sweet and served in a large mug!I liked the soy paper wrapped rolls: crunch burrito (spicy tuna, tempura shrimp) served with delicious four ingredient sauce: gochujang, mayonnaise, sriracha and soy sauce; also the rice free protein roll.Specials menu had the Amazing Spider-Man roll : spicy tuna, tempura soft shell crab and Rising sun roll. Most of the rolls are made with inner mixture of tuna or spicy tuna, topped with various raw fish, creative combinations. Carpaccio sampler : salmon, yellowtail and albacore. Great renovated interior, several tables plus chairs and banquette seating along both walls. High chair available for use. Server very kindly accommodated us ordering in stages, since we had different arrivals for our group. Requested the kids menu grilled chicken with rice plate, teriyaki sauce on the side. It came with a green salad and dressing on the side.Good for families or young or older couples on a date night.

Good service makes great food! I believe that the service can make or break a restaurant experience. This place is a cute and intimate restaurant located in a strip mall across from the Bingo place. The fish was fresh and the servings generous. Highly recommend.

First time back since the remodel. Great vibe. Very nice. Good date night spot. Had an Aloha roll and a bunch of nigiri. All very fresh and flavorful. Still has the welcoming and friendly Sushi Forest service. I'm going back for sure and highly recommend it.
