Sumo Tacos

Updated review* Had the opportunity to come back to try the famous Sumo Tacos Nachos. This place is very much worth the hype. Portions are VERY filling and big enough to share between three people so make sure you come with an empty stomach!! My boyfriend also ordered a burrito for his brother and portions were so generous, we had so much leftovers. Despite ordering for takeout, nachos were very crunchy after an hour and a half of ordering (even with all the loaded sauces).My only complaint is that they share a lot with other businesses so you have to look hard for where they are located. I would come back again next time I feel STARVING because we ended up having leftovers.

This place was recommended to me by some family members and it did not disappoint. Literally the best thing I've had all year!Ordered carne asada fries, and the asada sumo taco, and omg. The carne asada fries were so delicious, the carne had perfect texture and flavor! The fries were crispy, with the perfect salsa to cheese ratio. The salsas were fresh, delicious, spicy! The sumo taco, wow, the cheese was crispy, soooooo goooood. And all its filings just made the perfect bite each time! I would 10000000% recommend this place!

Gaaaahleeeee. This is probably the best, if not, one of the best, carne asada fries i've ever had. I don't even like beans on fries, but they have managed to change my mind. From the flavor and tenderness of the steak to the cheese pulls, this is a winner. The only problem, it's $21 for an order, which is the most i've ever paid for some carne asada fries. Good enough to share, and if you can split the cost with others, seems worth it. Plenty of parking can be found along the street. Got our food with 10~15 mins.

Finally got around to trying this spot. Ordered the carne asada nachos and they were fire. My only complain, there wasn't enough beans and asada on them. The chips were perfectly crispy, the beans were super tasty and the asada tender seasoned well. Both the red and green salsa had great flavor. The guy taking the border was super nice and the food came out pretty quickly. Definitely will be coming back.

FIRRREEEEEE We ordered: *Asada Nacho*Asada Sumo Fries *chicken tacos nachos were sooooo good, they're everything you want in a homemade style nachos. Melty Cheese, chorizo beans, onion and cilantro it's just really really good. Fries, same thing all the toppings are fire and make for some of the best asada fries out there with the chorizo beans. Owner mentioned to us that the chicken they make is halal, really juice and well seasoned and that it was. It's hard to find good chicken in tacos or nachos but this chicken right here IS IT compliments to the Chef. Owner was really cool and greeted us with a coolVibe. I definitely recommend this spot if you're curious, it's really bomb. We will stay hitting up sumo tacos !!

The food being served here is an experience. Ordered the sumo, the burrito, the mulita, and the half & half (w/ half chicken, half beef, and half of each salsa). Be aware of what you're ordering because the portions are huge! I ordered for three people and we had leftovers.The tortillas and the fries were like regular ones you get at the store. The tortilla chips were fried perfectly. No complaints here. Only issue I had was ordering the chicken burrito but when I got home, it was beef.Both beef and chicken were seasoned and cooked beautifully. They were tender. They were juicy. They were flavorful. Love 'em! And the salsa...wow! They have a little kick to them, which I don't mind at all. I love it! Definitely coming back. Getting there: Follow your GPS, which would take you to Public Storage on the little side street parallel to the Main Street, keep going until you see a black trailer and an orange trailer. Orange is the churros trailer (try this also, if you can). Sumo Tacos' trailer says "TacosPlease" and has the praying hand symbol.

I came 4 times already where their supposed to be located but their never there. Don't get your hopes up (Update) They just took a break for the holidays which is completely understandable. Best carne asada fries in So Cal. Go! Go GO!

10/10 would recommend! Every time I visit California I have to make this stop ! Everything is so tasty and such amazing people ! I think I've tried just about everything on the menu Currently craving the burrito!

Normally it's really good but yesterday I dropped like 85 bucks and the food was cold and chips were soggy and the horchata taste watered down Hopefully it was just a hiccup in their service

Asada Fries but half tater tots and half fries. It was very good. I preferred the tater tots over the french fries. Sumo Tacos hooked it up.
