Subway

As I always do, I placed an order via the app for pick up, but it was not registering. So I go in to place an order in person, and I mentioned the app to the cashier. At checkout, I pull out my app and scan the barcode, but it declined. The cashier called another employee for assistance. They verified with me that I had $15 and some change, I showed them that I had $55 on my gift card. They said that I need the physical card, I told them that I received these virtually, and clearly the money is there, as it shows on the app. At this point I was already annoyed, and what made me walk out without getting food is when they said the problem is with my phone. Despite the fact I told them the issue appears to be on their side. Not once they tried assuring me that they will try to solve the problem, but told me the issue is on my side twice. Y'all need better customer service and escalation process.

Can't view the meats to see how fresh it is.Walked in and the guy was eating something probably some deli meat. Ordered tuns sandwich and he took the tuna to the back and came back with it. Looked like he just added water to it.Skimped out on the tuna, just overall poor service, definitely avoiding this subway from now on. ‍

It's weird because I used to have subway all the time when it was the $5 foot long (don't tell me the jingle didn't play in your head when you read that). When they took it away, I stopped eating it, but now coming back, I've really been missing it for years LOL as good as I remember it!

This is specifically for the owner of the subway. You made your employees were gloves, mask, and wash their hands every time they finished ringing someone up. Why were you without a mask, without gloves, cleaning were they're making peoples sandwiches, then start staking soda cups and touching money and rub your nose while placing your hands again were they finalized the subway. I get you're the owner, but have some respect towards the rules the of owning a franchise. Be a roll model towards your employees . Never again will I come to this particular subway.

Was standing by the chips trying to give some covid space to lady in of front of me when 2 people cut in front of me. I mentioned the cutting in line they didn't respond. Guy behind the counter didn't say a word. The lady at cashier didn't even apologies. Will not return to that location.

Best subway I've ever been to! super clean, food was great, and to top it off the service was beyond excellent! shoutout to Angel and Rita for making this subway a better place!

I came for some meatballs and they delivered . Chill employees and really professional. I've been coming for years and never had an issue. Clean store. Employees always hustling working hard. 11/10 all around! Amazing atmosphere!

The eatery is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and efficient. It is my go-to Subway in the neighborhood for a piping hot cup of coffee and a cookie!

They messed up my sandwiches horribly. I ordered pickup and I guess they wanted to make their own sandwiches instead of what I asked for cause this is not what I ordered.

This restaurant always has bad employees. They always have bad attitudes, rude and do your sandwiches wrong infront of you. If you don't like your job, quit and stop being miserable.
