Customer service was rude since the moment I walked in to pick up an order. As soon as I walked up the register and informed them I was there to pick up an order I was asked to literally move two steps over to pick up the order in right spot which was right next to the register. I informed them my first name when they asked what was the name and they informed me it wasn't at that location. I showed them my order confirmation to an Asian guy and was told that I had only given my first name and they needed my last name (they never asked for my last name) he did not apologize instead wanted to make sure he was in the right. I told them I wanted to purchase a soup and they asked me to come back to the register. Horrible experience never coming and sucks since I live right next to the spot.

Don't really go out of my way to leave reviews but one of the workers, Vianca, was so kind, positive, and genuinely respectful in her customer service. One of the best interactions I've had at any Subway location. She deserves some recognition or a reward! Best worker I've seen

I had a ridiculous experience here this past Saturday, the 22nd, and I will not return to this location. My order number was 0A08BDDB-86.I ordered my sandwiches through the app at 2:20 pm, and my order was to be completed by 2:45 pm. I was close, so I went inside at about 2:25 pm and told the three girls I was there to pick up a mobile order. They said okay, nothing was being made yet, and I knew I was still about 20 minutes early. I sat down and waited as people came and went, it's now 2:50 and I'm asking the lady about it and she said there was no order. I then showed her my app, which shows my order was completed/paid for, and she started to be the rudest person I've ever met. She's like we didn't get a bing so you didn't order anything.. I said I have the app confirmation right here, and the email confirmation and both show I paid for it. I then asked nicely what I should do in this case, and then she kept being nasty towards me for no reason. I pride myself on not being rude to people and, especially not to people working in a service setting;; they deal with a lot of stuff, and it's not fair. Then she's like, well, you ordered the wrong location, and I'm like, no, if you look at my phone, you'll see it's this one. Then she said, " well, no Bing came through, so we can't do anything for you. I asked for her name. I can't recall what it was because she had a mask and told me in a shallow tone, but it was Ilsion or something like that. I then proceeded to leave because, at this point, I had wasted 45 minutes of my life.As I'm sitting in my car figuring out what I'm going to do, the lady from Subway comes out and says oh, one of the co-workers made it and didn't tell me. No apology for being rude, No apology for insulting me, and no apology for anything. Just it wasn't my fault, and it was there. Also, she never asked her co-workers about the sandwich while I was inside...Then I go inside, get my sandwiches, and guess what? They were made 40 minutes ago and were ice cold. I just left, and now I won't be back.

Worst subway ever. Worst customer service! Uneducated workers. Walked in to order a sandwich and stood in line. I asked the key to the bathroom and the Hispanic women there (Sat 9/14 6pm shift) said I have to order first. It was a long line, but I waited. When it was my turn I asked to have the key, she said not until I bought a sandwich. Totally ridiculous! Woman to woman I feel like there is a shared understanding there. I gathered my family and told her I would just take my business elsewhere if she wouldn't let me go to the bathroom. Her loss! If they can't get business then they will go out of business. Don't support a business that hires insensitive people who don't keep their word and the owner/manager doesn't care to train them properly in a customer facing position. This subway is a great location! Small, clean, great employees and customer service! The service is quick and friendly. The reason I gave them two stars was they no longer provide any type of free water cups for you to consume at the restaurant or to go. I'm avoiding sodas and sugary drinks. I didn't feel like buying a bottle of water! I will not come here anymore and will visit a different location. This location is about 1-mile from my home. I'd rather drive further.

If I could leave a lower review I would. This was the worst subway I have ever been to because of the customer service. I was attended by a lady who made my sandwich and then a girl with a big bow headband on her forehead who charged me. We paid in cash and said she wasn't going to accept it because it was ripped. Then I asked if we were to tape it would she take it then. She then responded with an attitude saying "no it's fake". I said, "What do you mean it's fake you just said because it was ripped and we just pulled it out of the atm". She then continued with her attitude saying she wasn't going to accept it because it was fake, it's paper. I know what paper feels like and I know what money feels like, it wasn't fake. The place next door ended up changing it for us and said they didn't have a problem with it. I emailed the company and never received a response back. I would suggest going to a different subway because they clearly don't care about anything at this location. Worst service ever

I came in to get two sandwiches for a quick and easy dinner because we are going to visit my dad in the hospital. I came inside wearing my halloween costume and Immediately Bianca complimented me!She did an excellent job making my sandwiches quick and perfect! She asked me all the right questions and listened to my answers with care. honestly this was the best experience i have ever had at a subway and i have been eating subway for 10+ years.Thank you Bianca for being a diligent hard worker:)Happy halloween!!

Today is the first day of the promotional Footlong Pass that I purchased for $15. I think the Footlong Pass is too good to be true. Ordered a footlong sandwich online this morning and only received 6 inch sub. Went back to the store. Showed the owner the receipt and the sandwich. The owner proceeded to make the other half and then toasted the entire sandwich. Now one half is hard as a rock! Do the stores know about this promotion Subway?? The owner kept the receipt so now I can't send a review to corporate because the info required is on the receipt the owner kept. How dumb is this? People, do yourself a favor, go to the subway on Main Street where the Starbucks is across from Mainplace Mall. Get your awesome 1/2 price footlong and then go grab a great iced coffee at Starbucks and enjoy!

Went here to eat a little healthier and saw every employee with a mask on. This is March 2023, both federal and state government has said pandemic is over. I awkwardly had to ask if employees had a choice and finally got a no. Their franchisee requires it. I personally do not wish to patronize a business that requires such an outdated practice on their staff.
