I'll start by saying the food was fine. It was standard subway, no complaints. However, the customer service here is horrendous. The owner is a snob. Arguing with me over a name on my online order when I had the confirmation, not honoring the same price in store that you can get at the same location online (6.99 meal deal). Initially completely ignoring me when I was talking to the guy just creates a hostile and awkward environment. The young guy working was cool. I placed an order on the app and paid with Apple Pay, for some reason the order was placed under my phones nickname I made over 10 years ago. I told them the phone number, exactly what I ordered with the customizations and had the order confirmation. The lady and the guy flat out refused to give me my order until after dealing with them for a while and they finally looking at my order confirmation. Just ridiculous all around. When I initially walked in the owner was at the register looking down at something just standing there. I said hello, no response, told him I was there for an order pick up, no response, wouldn't even look at me. Then turns around and walks away.

Came in for lunch with my friend and placed an online order while at the restaurant . Went up to get my order and the girl who helped us had a nasty attitude and when we were done with our food I went to fill up my cup that I paid for and they turned off the fountain. the manager was very rude to me and told me I could not get a refill. I will never come back to this subway.

I placed a mobile order ahead of time and they managed to get the simplest order wrong. When I went to pick up the restaurant was empty so I don't think they were too busy to get my order wrong I tried calling afterwards to see if I can get it remade and they don't answer the phone and their voicemail is full. If you order maybe order inside so you know your order is made correctly

I enjoy subway sometimes and this location has been good. The bread wasn't cracking and the meat is ok, I love the vegetables and Jalapeños. it doesn't matter what type of meat, just add a handful of them and it will be fine. This place has horrible reviews and it has been decent. Subways are disappearing.

The food was not good really old tasting raw food they served .The owner was there and we had a coupon and he did not want to receive it because he didn't like what the offer of the coupon so he rejected when I have never had that happen ! He had an attitude when serving the food stay away from this subway as much as possible if you have to go to different please do so they have no manners. WORST SUBWAY OF MY LIFE ,STAY AWAY .!

placed order online and didn't make either of sandwiches correctly. the order stated lettuce for both and it was missing both. the amount of turkey was terrible. if you want just bread then go here would not recommend this location.

Went for late night dinner. Website and sign on door says they close at 11 but it's wasn't even 10:30 and they locked the door. They both had earbuds in and pretended the didn't hear/see us. Very unprofessional. Another lady tried to come in while one employee left and the lady employee looked her in the eyes and double checked that it was locked. Change you times if you don't want to honor it. Wasted gas and went out of my way for nothing
