It's nice inside, clean, everyone there is nice and they took good care of us. This is the service you expect. Definitely 5.The food on the other hand. It wasn't bad, but it's ok more than memorable. If you need a place for a quick lunch, definitely go for it. The tri-tip is much better than fast food, but it's not the best tri-tip either. The sides, ok as well, but what you'd expect from a can. Anyway, nice folks, ok food, fast service.

I'm still trying to process our visit to The Stone Fire Grill. The cashier greeted us warmly, and the manager was super nice especially after things took a turn for the worse. But let's get to the burning questions (pun intended): How do you burn chili?! and don't even get me started on the cornbread it was like they tried to create a new culinary genre: Charcoal Bread.But the pièce de résistance was when I overheard employees discussing customers while I was, ahem, taking care of business in the restroom. One of them even joked about, ahem,"contributing" to a customer's meal. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure that's not exactly what you'd call "customer service." Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

We walked in at around 8:30pm and ordered. Salmon and tri-tip with 1/2 rack ribs with breadsticks and a side each of garlic mashed potatoes. We were told that they were closing in 30 minutes but we can stay until 9:30pm. We were the only patrons there. It was nice. Our food came out with the meats first then the mashed potatoes. The food temp was warm, not hot. That is the only complaint. Otherwise it was a good experience!

I catered my event for 25 people with Stonefire Grill. The portions were generous, tasty, and fresh. The staff on the phone was incredibly helpful throughout the process and even allowed me to adjust my order with 48 hours' notice. We chose marinara pasta, pesto pasta, breadsticks, and Caesar salad. At just $10.99 per person, this deal is unbeatable! The food was so delicious that everyone at the party asked where it was from, and I can't wait to go back for more. I highly recommend them for any catering needs, and I'm sure their in-person dining experience is just as excellent.

8.1/10 Feasting on Stonefire Grill. I've been eating here since my high school days, and returning after a while just reminded me of how good their food is!! They're known for their family-style American meals. The Stimulus Package was what I'd always get in the past, such a good deal and value. Perfect for a family of 4, or 2 with leftovers for the next day. What I've tried: Stimulus Package (Half Pepper Garlic & BBQ Tri Tip, 8 Breadsticks, Pesto Pasta, Caesar Salad) $41.99 | Full Slab Baby Back Ribs (2) $68.58 | Garlic Mashed Potatoes Family $12.99. The Mashed Potatoes are my favorite.Tri Tip is nice and tender, the Pesto Pasta is al dente, savory, nutty and creamy, the Caesar Salad is refreshing. Since we needed to feed 10 people on Father's Day, we also ordered Ribs and Mashed Potatoes. The Ribs were decent, tender but not the best seasoned. Not the best I've had, good for a crowd but not sure if I'd get again. However, YOU MUST GET THE MASHED POTATOES, they've always been some of the best in the game. They're creamy, buttery and cheesy. Also, since they're not completely mashed, they have chunks of potato in them, which make them unique and I love that. Even for 10 people, this is a lot of food, we definitely had leftovers.I hope they consider eco-friendly initiatives in the future, as I didn't spot any specific sustainability practices or see any mention of them on their website. They're located in a big shopping plaza with plenty of free parking in their lot. I didn't pick up the food so I can't comment on the service but it is usually good. The interior is a blend of casual, warm, modern and rustic with wooden tables and chairs. There's plenty of inside and outside seating. This is a fast-casual spot where you order at the counter, seat yourself and the food is brought to you. Most recently, I ordered ahead for pick up on Father's Day, a Sunday, around 2:45 PM so there was no wait. For the quality and quantity, I think the price is fair.

Tried to order online, app, and via the phone for the Anniversary special pricing and was left on hold for 45 minutes and the items I wanted order were not listed anywhere on the online menu. Thus, I am taking my business elsewhere and will not be using the app, phone, nor visiting any locations of Stonefire Grill for the immediate future. This was ridiculous and a waste of time.

I order from here a lot for working lunches at work and also for family gatherings. The family feasts are always such a great value. The food is pretty good. Some of my faves are the tri tip and pork ribs. Their pastas are pretty decent as well. I always order online for delivery for work lunches and it always arrives on time.

First time at this location, I typically frequent the FV location and it's typically hit or miss. This Irvine location is spacious, clean, and bright with natural sunlight. Employees were helpful and courteous! I saw one of the employees helping a customer with her large order, to her car. Food was reasonably priced for portions.
