I always come here for prime rib. Yummy as I remembered for years. The only reason I took off one star is because of the service. I rarely saw our server Ramond the whole dinner time. He never checked on us to see if the food is ok or if we need anything. But luckily, Tony checked on us throughout the dinner. He refilled our water, bread, picked up plates, provided to go boxes. We're glad to have him. They have dance floor here. It's fun to watch people dancing while dining. However, if you like absolutely quietness during the meal, this might be a bit loud for you. I do personally enjoy it though.

Raving Review: Steven's Steakhouse - A Prime Rib Paradise! If you're looking for an unforgettable prime rib experience, look no further than Steven's Steakhouse! My wife and I recently satisfied our cravings, and I can't wait to share our amazing night.First, let's talk about the prime rib. It's hands down the best I've ever had--firm, juicy, and easily cut with a knife. But the experience doesn't stop there. The salad, baked potato, and the spaghetti side dish that comes with the entrées were all delightful. What truly made our evening exceptional was Lori, our server. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and just a joy to be around. It's amazing to learn that Lori has been part of the Steven's family for 45 years and will be retiring later this year. Kudos to her for such dedication! All the staff at Steven's Steakhouse are super friendly, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming. As for value, we enjoyed coffee, dessert, two glasses of wine, and a meal without breaking the bank.In short, Steven's Steakhouse offers a delightful dining experience with excellent food, superb service, and great value. Highly recommend!

Atrocious. I do not leave reviews but this was absolutely terrible I can't let a person come and pay for food at this "steak house"To start a whiskey sour with no egg white or bitters at a "steak house" is criminal. And to charge $13 for a dive bar style drink is the tale of the night . 2/10Then calamari frittes the size of onion rings. Probably freezer packaged and tossed on top a mountain of frozen fries. 6/10Garlic bread, I think they tried copying Little Cesar's crazy bread. Close but not as good, little Cesar's got them beat. 3/10 Cesar salad, probably the best dish of the night. 8/10 I ordered a small 10oz steak and New York strip. Both flavorless. Not a sprinkle of salt or pepper. 2/10They give a side of spaghetti before your protein. And as you may have guessed cooked by Chef Boyardee himself. 1/10Best part of the night, the Salsa. And it's not edible 10/10 Server was nice enough to comp the food once he saw I barely touched the steak. It seems like they try to make up for the lack of taste by the size of the portions. Overall, theservice was great and food is terrible.

It is hard for people who have not lived in Los Angeles to realize how radically the Santa Ana figures in the local imagination. The city burning is Los Angeles's deepest image of itself; Nathanael West perceived that, in The Day of the Locust; and at the time of the 1965 Watts riots what struck the imagination most indelibly were the fires. For days one could drive the Harbor Freeway and see the city on fire, just as we had always known it would be in the end. Los Angeles weather is the weather of catastrophe, of apocalypse, and, just as the reliably long and bitter winters of New England determine the way life is lived there, so the violence and the unpredictability of the Santa Ana affect the entire quality of life in Los Angeles, accentuate its impermanence, its unreliability. The wind shows us how close to the edge we are -- Joan DidionSouthern California has definitely been on edge this week. I saw the Palisades fire flying in and checked in daily with my LA based friends. Two of them based in Beverly Hills needed a break from the terrible air quality and stress so we met up at Stevens for dinner and salsa dancing. It's in East LA County outside of the disaster zone. It's a large facility for both dinner and private events. The food is mostly lowbrow steakhouse with a few Mexican items added to flesh out the menu. Started with sashimi and enjoyed that very much as well as the bread and onion soup. All of our steaks were cooked medium instead of medium rare but they were still decent as were the sides. Mojito tasted nice and corkage is very reasonable at $15 for first bottle, $30 for second bottle. I brought a magnum, didn't see what they charged us. Service was super friendly and efficient. Of course you don't really come here for the food, you are here to dance and that did not disappoint. The salsa band was great! Big dance floor that was filled with people wanting to let off a little steam from the tough week. There were a few openers before the band but they are just for ambiance. The 9:45 pm salsa band is why we were all there and it did not disappoint! Food is just okay but the salsa music is worth it! Recommended!

Popped in just to have their special holiday $19.95 steak and lobster and it was amazing. There was a lot going on that night, so we found parking on the street since the lot was full and the valet queue was kinda insane. But, super festive inside! We didn't even bother with the menu, so just ordered our steak & lobsters, which came with their rolls and a soup or salad. It's super nice that the salads come tossed and not drowning in dressing. As for the rolls, the garlic butter is drizzled on top. The serving size was solid; steak & lobster tail + mashed potato and veggies. Service was friendly, but a bit slow; too be expected of a place that was packed with holiday events happening just before Christmas.

Ambiance was amazing. Singer was awesome. He did a nice array of Sinatra, Martin, Diamond and others. So much fun. Service was fantastic, but did notice as it became busy, the "checking in" decreased.Food was good. Portions were large. Everything was tasty. We had two strip steaks, one ribeye and one chicken Ceasars salad. French onion soup. Bread basket. Cocktails consisted of Lemon drops and pomegranate martinis. Can't wait to go again!

We came in on a Friday night for dinner and dancing. We were told we didn't have to pay the $10 cover charge for the DJ/Dancing since we were having dinner but would not be able to order from the drink specials. Our sever was attentive and brought bread and ice water for our table immediately. The bread was cold but very soft. I had a glass of wine and the salmon with veggies and garlic fries. It was good. My partner had the spaghetti with sausage and cheese bread. The serving was HUGE and he enjoyed his meal. The atmosphere was fun and lively with the small dance floor filling up quickly. We had a great time and look forward coming back soon!

Stevens Steakhouse and Seafood - A Seafood Lover's DelightAfter a long day of traveling to LA from MD for a film festival, my BFF and I desperately needed a good meal. Although we only eat seafood, the hotel concierge recommended Stevens Steakhouse and Seafood, which initially made us a little wary. But let me tell you--we were pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in.The restaurant's aesthetic was beautiful, comfortable, and inviting, with perfect lighting that created an intimate but relaxed atmosphere. Eddie, the doorman, greeted us warmly, making us feel like VIPs. His old-school charm set the tone for the evening, and I knew we were in for a memorable experience. Our waiter, Ramon, was equally impressive. His knowledge of the menu and prompt, professional service made everything easy. We started with a Coke and a Sprite, and before we could even mention how hungry we were, the most amazing warm, garlic-buttery bread arrived at our table. It was soft, delicious, and plentiful--an ideal start. Then came the watermelon margaritas, which were perfectly balanced, not too sweet or overpowering. They were refreshing and absolutely delightful. Next up: stuffed mushrooms, which were massive and filled with a seafood dressing that was nothing short of addictive. At this point, I wondered how I could possibly eat more, but the meal was just beginning. We shared a crispy salad, followed by a small plate of pasta with homemade marinara sauce that was simply succulent. As each course came, Chris, the busboy, quickly cleared the table and neatly packed up our leftovers, ensuring we were never cluttered. We both ordered the sea bass for the main course and wow, it was perfection! The outside was crispy, while the inside was so tender it melted in our mouths. Paired with garlic-buttery mashed potatoes and asparagus, the dish had my taste buds dancing. To cap off the evening, we couldn't resist dessert. I chose the red velvet cake, while my BFF chose the chocolate cake. I enjoyed my cake later that night, and it was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable dining experience. From the attentive service to the outstanding food, Stevens Steakhouse and Seafood exceeded all expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our vacation. This place gets a well-deserved 5 stars! Special thanks to the manager. He stopped by our table at least twice to check up on us. I believe his name is Janie.
