Slurpin Ramen Bar is my absolute go-to spot for ramen, and I highly recommend it to anyone trying ramen for the first time. Every person I've brought here has fallen in love with it--no exceptions!I'm extremely picky when it comes to broth, and this place never disappoints. The broth at this location is far superior to the Costa Mesa location, rich and full of deep, satisfying flavors. In fact, I don't bother going to any other ramen spots because nothing else compares. The fatty pork is melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and their chaashu fried rice and sesame chicken are must-tries.

Been coming here every time we make our frequent LA trips and I gotta say..Slurpin' Ramen Bar is a gem for anyone craving a soul-warming bowl of ramen and some killer sides. Their signature Slurpin' Ramen at level 2 spicy is an absolute must-order--it's got this rich, creamy tonkotsu broth that hits you with just the right kick of heat, balanced perfectly so it doesn't overpower the deep porky goodness. The noodles are chewy in the best way, and with toppings like green onion, garlic, and black garlic oil, every slurp is a flavor explosion. Trust me, level 2 is the sweet spot--enough spice to wake up your taste buds without sending you into a sweat-fest.And don't even get me started on the sesame chicken--it's straight-up bomb. These crispy, golden bites are coated in a sesame-soy batter that's got this subtle nutty sweetness, and they come with a sweet chili dipping sauce that takes it to another level. Juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, it's the kind of appetizer that makes you wonder why you'd ever order anything else. Pair it with the level 2 spicy ramen, and you've got yourself a meal that's pure comfort with a punch. Slurpin' knows how to deliver, and these two are non-negotiable on the table!

I was craving ramen and something soup like. I am usually not a big ramen person and the only place I love is Silverlake Ramen. But Slurpin had really great reviews we had to check them out. It's inside a plaza so parking can be easy, depending on the time you go. The inside is pretty small and the table is more communal tables. The menu is pretty simple. I love that they have a small and large size ramen, as I can never really finish the whole thing. They have a la carte for all the toppings you want to add on. _Gyoza ($8) Beef gyoza pan fried. The gyoza is very good. The filling was juicy and hot. The gyoza itself was crispy on the outside but still had a nice chew in the center. _Slurpin Ramen Small (12 oz $14) Tonkotsu rich pork broth ramen. Comes with green onion, garlic, dried seaweed, black garlic oil, and your choice of meat. The broth itself is good. Rich and a bit salty. You can taste the pork and not too oily. The pork slices were okay. Pretty thin and a bit bland. The noodles were well cooked with a bit of a bite to them. For my toppings, I added corn ($1), Bamboo shoot ($3), bean sprout ($1) and egg ($2). Make sure you taste the broth before because once I added all my toppings before I tasted the broth, it got a bit cold since all the toppings cooled down the broth. If you do yelp check-in you get $4 off toppings. When we showed our waitress she said okay but on the check, she never took it off. I don't know it there was a language barrier, but did not want to make a fuss about it. I would come back again and definitely want to try the chasu bowl.

My overall experience with Slurpin was great. This location is in the corner plaza so parking shouldn't be an issue. It has limited indoor and outdoor seating. We came on a Friday and added ourselves to the waitlist. We came as a party of 5 and the wait was about 20 minutes. Ambiance is super casual. Indoor is bar-type seating and outdoor has tables. The servers were accommodating, it didn't take long for our order to be placed and our ramens and fried squid legs came out pretty fast. I would recommend them both - the ramen has a unique broth and the chashu is tender. The fried squid legs is amazing!

Slurpin' Ramen has got to be one of my favorite ramens spots. This was my first time visiting this location. I always go to their City of Industry location, which is significantly bigger. Buena Park can only hold up to 30 or so customers. I got the tsukemen dipping ramen, which I usually order for take out. However, eating in store is a little less enjoyable since the broth cools down really fast. Within a couple of minutes, you're practically eating room temperature noodle soup. The Tsukemen noodles are thicker than their regular ramen, and the chasu is charred, which adds great flavor. Make sure to check-in on Yelp to get 2 free toppings. It's one check-in per person too, not just one per table. You can get two $1 toppings or one $2 topping.

Yum! This really hit the spot on a cold Friday. Slurpin' is such a solid ramen place if you don't want to be disappointed. Traditional tonkatsu with great flavor! I normally don't drink soup broth when I'm done but I actually kept drinking seconds. It was $14 for a small bowl, $16 for a large bowl. The small filled me just enough where I was satisfied but not overly full. My fiancé ordered the tsukemen, the noodles are a bit thicker compared to regular ramen. It comes with more toppings like spinach and bean sprouts. The meat is also more charred. I thought the broth was a bit more lemony and a little bit more salty. You can also check in Yelp for 2 free $1 toppings OR 1 free $2 topping! Awesome deal Pro tip: ask for your ramen mild and ask for the spicy sauce on the side! Then you can adjust the spiciness to your liking.
