My friends and I came here to celebrate two of our friends birthdays. The celebrants made a reservation from 3p-5p. Typically the tea has a 90 minute time limit. They were accommodating since we were running a little late so we stayed until 5pm.The Royal Tea Experience is $45 per person and comes with a wide variety of teas broken down green black, herbal and decaf teas. You get to pick one tea of your choice and it comes with the following:- 5 Assorted Tea Sandwiches- 2 Freshly Baked Scones with Strawberry Preserves & House made Cream- Fresh Fruits - 3 SweetsWe were greeted by our server and she was kind enough to go over the menu with us. I was torn between the Mango Peach Tea and the Berry Essence. Our server recommended the Mango Peach as they use Philippine Mangoes (I was sold!) My best friend went with the Berry Essence and she was also craving a hot chocolate. The server recommended the hot chocolate as they melt chocolate bars to make it (yes please!)Our teas came out first followed by our tower of foods. We let the server know my best friend couldn't eat deli meats so they kindly heated them up of for her. The food was good! I especially loved the scones! It was a lot more food than I thought so it was worth the price! It was nice sitting with our girl squad and catching up for 2 hours. Our server came by to ask us who were the birthday celebrants and at the end they came out with two cupcakes for them! We sang happy birthday and took and bunch of pictures! The place is decorated with flowers everywhere and gave a Paris cafe vibe. The colors were vibrant so it made the cafe feel lively. It is part of a strip mall so there was plenty of parking (2 hours limit). Definitely a great way to spend time catching up with your friends!

Sip and Sugar is such a cute spot with pink, flowery, IG worthy decor. I booked a reservation via Yelp and were seated right away upon arrival.Service was top notch, our server was very attentive and someone was always coming by to refill our tea pots. My friend and I got the tea service for $40 per person, which includes a pot of tea, 4 tea sandwiches, 2 scones, and dessert. The table has honey and the cutest heart shaped sugars to put in your tea. While I enjoyed the sandwiches and scones, the desserts were just ok, and the tea was average. On the way to the restroom, I saw the tea settings, and tea making area on the shelves. They have boxes of teabags that you can buy from the market, as well as some loose leaf teas, so depending on what tea you get, you could be drinking the same tea you can buy from your local Vons (ie Stash)They have a dessert case with a variety of cupcakes and macarons, as well as various breakfast pastries that I just had to try: Guava Cheese pop tart, cinnamon roll, almond croissant, and chocolate croissant. They were all amazing, I especially liked the chocolate croissant, it was chock full of chocolate, very different than the ones I get from the French bakeries with a sliver of chocolate in the middle. I wasn't too impressed with the red velvet cupcake I had during tea, so I didn't buy any of their cupcakes.Overall this is a super cute place for tea and wouldn't mind coming back!

I enjoy afternoon so I decided to try this place out with friends. It was 40$ per person. The interior is cute and gave a Galentine's feel, perfect for the season. The staff was friendly and efficient. They had a good variety of teas on the menu, accompanied by sweet, savories and scones. Teas- Each person gets a pot each and we went with apricot and plum, caramel apple, and pumpkin chai. They were all delicious! Sugar cubes, honey, and milk were provided and they all brought out the flavors wonderfully.Savories- The roast beef on croissant was my favorite! It was flavorful and garlicky. The cucumber sandwiches are a classic and they were seasoned well. The turkey pinwheels were tender. The egg sandwich and tuna was hard to mess up.Scones- Not the my favorite as the texture wasn't what I've come to expect from scones(I prefer them fluffier), but they were good. It came with cream and jam.Sweets- These took the (pun intended) cake! The apple tart was delicious and fruity, the chocolate mousse was rich ans provided a good contrast against the rest of the desserts. The strawberry cupcake was the perfect way to end the meal. The side fruit provided was nice and fresh.Great find for the price!

I used to come here often for their cake bars (before I moved away from the area), and I only recently discovered that they converted the dessert shop into a tea room. There is a small selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches you can order separately from the tea service, but it will likely have to be to go - they only allow non-tea service dining-in if they're not fully booked. Case in point, we arrived at 9:50 am and were the only ones there, but were told only one table was still available for dining in on their cafe menu. Eventually people started to filter through for their tea party reservations, but the place was still only a third full by the time we left over an hour later. It felt somewhat disorganized and inefficient - like they could better utilize the available tables around their various bookings, rather than wholly blocking them from use. Anyways, during our first visit to the transitioned shop, I ordered The Basic breakfast croissant sandwich and strawberry horchata latte. The croissant was amazing! Made in-house, the croissant was perfectly flaky and utterly delicious, and it paired well with the egg and cheese. The latte, on the other hand, was mediocre at best. I actually wanted to order some tea but was told I can't unless I'm there for tea service, despite it being listed on the cafe menu on the shop wall. Just another example of how things could be organized better, as it seemed the items available to order changed depending on which employee I spoke with. Our second visit was for the tea service ($40 per person). We were given a variety of mini sandwiches, scones, and a few other desserts along with our choice of tea. Everything was fantastic, especially the scones and tea. The strawberry shortcake black tea I selected was truly the highlight of the tea service. So much so that I asked if they sold their tea blends separately. I was first told no by the waitress but then when I went to pay at the counter, the guy manning the register said they did sell their tea bags at $4 per individual tea bag. That is a ridiculously exorbitant price for a single tea bag! I've bought housemade tea blends from top-notch tea rooms at $12-20 total for 4-8 oz of the custom tea, (so more than 10 servings). Truly, I've never seen a normal tea blend as expensively priced as they tried to sell it here. To end this review, I'll just say the chaotic disorganization was vexing, but I'm rating this place 4 Stars because the food and tea were at least delicious.

Made a reservation to try this place based on seeing an IG reel. It looked pretty on socials. FYI - they require a credit card to secure your reservation. It's located in a strip mall. Parking on a Saturday afternoon was just fine, no issues there. Food - my hubs and I got the Royal Tea which is a pre-fixed menu at $40 each. You got to choose your own tea (I got French vanilla black tea and he got a Sun Moon Stars which is combo of three green teas). Teas - my French vanilla was only lightly vanilla. It came in a small pot which is actually the perfect size for an afternoon tea. It yielded about 3 small tea cups of tea. My husband said his tasted just like green tea which I would hope so seeing as it's a combo of 3. He had a hard time holding his tea cup as his handle was a tiny circle and he has big fingers. It was funny. The tea tray had the standard 3 tiers. The bottom tier has a croissant sandwich with roast beef and arugula, egg salad, tuna salad, and cucumber dill. The breads were all light and fluffy. The egg salad and tuna were my favorites. Hubby liked the roast beef. Middle layer were the scones. These were the best scones I've had at a tea place. They were flatter and hard to break but sweet and baked with sugar crystals which made them so flavorful! Let's talk about the lack of cream and jam though: a tea place should have a cream and jam for the scones for each person, not a tiny quarter size amount to share between two people. This part was a big fail here. It was a struggle to ration out the cream and jam between two people and 4 scones. For those who think this is nit-picky, this is what TEA places are known for. Top layer was the desserts. For a place known for desserts this layer was the worst layer for us. The cherry tart (bland), the vanilla muffin (bland), and the chocolate mousse (good). What redeemed the desserts for us? We ordered a cinnamon roll to go and 3 macaroons to go. The cinnamon roll was huge which justifies the $6 each price tag. The macaroons are also twice the size as normals ones and were delicious. The cinnamon roll tasted like French toast or a really yummy syrupy melty roll. Highly recommend getting the cinnamon rolls here. We were stuffed after eating the Royal Tea service. It was quite filling. The tea pot size was perfect. Service here is confusing. When you walk in there's immediate tables and clients seated sort of staring at you. The counter is in the back. No one helps you unless you catch a staff member coming from the back so it's sort of awkward standing there waiting in a sea of tables. Our server was a woman who hustles. There were other staff there (2 guys) that I'm not sure what they do as they sort of ambled around aimlessly while the main woman does all the work. There's a younger girl at the counter for checking out and she seemed throughly confused by order of cinnamon roll and macaroons. Lots of coaching needed to get those 3 items. I'm not sure if staff is new but they seemed unsure or confused. Very nice people that work here, just seemed odd. The tables are tiny for two people it barely holds the tea tray pls teapots. You really have to be careful moving things around so you don't accidentally push something off the table. The decor is cute and picture worthy.

Went here a couple of weeks ago and it was a rainy Sunday. The temps in the Cafe were chilly too so bring a sweater.Service was stellar and the sandwiches were so tasty! (mind you I have been at the dang Huntington Library Tea quite often this year and their sandwiches have been abysmal) in fact I liked all the sandwiches so much I couldn't say which was my least favorite... the Cucumber was so crisp with bread so soft, roast beef was served on a nice homemade croissant and the chicken salad had a balance of salad to crunchy vegetables ratio. The desserts were ok and the scones were fine, we had to ask a couple of times for more jam they were busy when we were there. Also we got some desserts (cupcakes) to go too. Parking can be tricky for some reason this is a very busy strip mall... factor this in when arriving on time. Respectfully Reviewed.

The absolute cutest, most feminine energy place, ever! I am so impressed and literally obsessed with this tea shop. Came here with my sorority sister and was blown away by how gorgeous this place is. The tea set comes with pre-selected sandwiches, scones, and sweet treats. You get to choose two teas. We were recommended anything with mango and the sun, moon, & stars. We ended up getting the sun, moon, & stars black tea and the mango peach herbal tea. We weren't a huge fan of the herbal tea because of it's bitter aftertaste, but the sun, moon, & stars were a hit! This is such a great place to catch up with a friend. We even got to chat a bit with the owner and it looks like they used to be a bakery but now focuses more on being an afternoon tea place. They also can host private events there. The shop is on the smaller size with may seating for 30 at most. We made a reservation ahead of time and was seated right when we got there. Such a great find on Yelp!

If you're looking for Afternoon Tea with a friendly and picture-perfect environment, make a reservation here! All of the staff are sweet and approachable. There was a lot more food on the tiered trays than I had expected - everything was tasty. I brought a few of the desserts home because I was stuffed. There were also many tea options. While we were there, another party arrived in Bridgerton-themed clothes. super cool!
