I had an amazing experience at Simply Pho! The pho was absolutely delicious--rich, flavorful broth, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked noodles. You can really tell they put care into their food. The service was just as impressive. Lyn was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Likes:+ Despite the lack of clientele on a weeknight, the food's good! Yummy, homey phở.+ Small cup of dessert after your meal.+ Pleasant ambience.+ Polite, helpful staff.Leave a review for a free tea/soda.Plenty of parking, although often crowded.Non-likes:- When I first stepped in, I thought the restaurant smelled stinky. Also the restroom smells stinky.- Despite the empty restaurant, the waitress never noticed I'd been waiting 1 min to be seated. Had to speak up.$16 Dac Biet +$9 side of oxtail + tax= $27.18

Wow, just Wow! This cute little restaurant is within walking distance from home and that could be pretty dangerous for the waistline. We stopped in for lunch while out and about. Have been wanting to try it for a long time, and now was our chance. We were seated in a booth right away. Water was delivered to the table, and our server was so nice, offered great suggestions, and helped us navigate the many choices.Mr. B decided on the Shaking Beef, which was tender chunks of filet mignon, with onions and scallions, served in a tasty sauce over crispy French fries, and topped with a fried egg. White rice was served on the side. I snuck a bite, and man it was delicious! I chose the Vegetarian Pan Fried Rice Noodle dish. It came with 4 generous slices of Fried Rice Noodles, and steamed veggies, there was tender tofu, carrots, bok choy, broccoli and onions. The gravy the veggies were in was scrumptious. The restaurant is immaculately clean, tables clean, and the colors modern yet comfortable. The service couldn't have been any better. The parking is easy, as it is located in a shopping center. It does get crowded, but you should have no trouble. What a gem of a neighborhood restaurant and we will absolutely go back.

Service was great! However the food could use some help. Had the steak and fries (lomo saldado) and the meat was tender and seasoned ok, the fries were not fresh. We also had the rare beef pho and after two scoops of the broth we were looking for water. Too salty. Won't be back. With a 4.7 rating I'm not sure if people just don't know good food so they give a higher than deserved rating. Again service was great food not so. SUP in Irvine has good Lomo Saldado.

Arrived today on a Sunday around 10:15am where their sign says open at 10am but it was completely dark and they were closed. No notice on the front of the store either so they were just randomly closed despite store hours saying otherwise.

I came here for lunch earlier this week after craving some pho and I had a great meal here. The server who helped me was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I settled on the Pho Tai and a thai tea for my drink. There's plenty of seating and tables here if you are coming here with a group for lunch or dinner. My food came out pretty quick after waiting only 5-10 minutes. They have a variety of pho bowls to choose from with various protein options and they also have other Vietnamese dishes like fried rice or crispy noodle dishes if you don't want pho.My pho tai was filling and delicious. The broth was flavorful and rich, the noodles were chewy and springy, and the meat was plentiful. They give you the usual toppings you can add to your bowl and the overall ambience was bright and friendly. If you want a good quality bowl of pho at a reasonable price, come check out Simply Pho!

Swung by on my way to my parents in HB and picked up 4;orders of pho ap chao. I really like how they crisp up the fried pho noodles and the sauce was the right thickness - not runny, but not too thick either. Lots of yummy ingredients and well-seasoned. Will be back to explore more of the menu, since my picky parents approve.Restaurant is nice and clean and the staff is attentive.

Had a craving for Pho while shopping at TJ Maxx so decided to stop by here. However, decided last minute to try the #A8 House Salad with Grilled Pork. (Also looked at the rice and vermicelli versions but wanted to go low carb after workingbout this morning.) So glad I did! The salad had fresh lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and fried crispy onions and cane with a surprisingly big amount of grilled pork. Love that it wasn't too fatty either. It was tasty, refreshing, delightful and came with a side of fish sauce. My server (Vien) was super polite, friendly, and helpful. He offered me a free Thai Tea and served a small bowl of hot tapioca pudding. Everything was delicious! The restaurant is modern and clean, playing Top 40 music. Vien was the only server, but was fast and efficient and quickly cleaned the tables after each guest left. Very glad I found this restaurant and will definitely be back!

This place is one of the better Vietnamese restaurants. The ban mi pork has a good mixture of veggies and pork. The waitress Lin was wonderful.
