Say Karaoke

psa: CASH ONLY. probably the nicest karaoke place i've been to & with that, the most expensive. it was $90 for our room, albeit it was a very large room. split amongst our 11 people, it was not much, but it is more than other places around the area. the screens kept turning off and on randomly though, but there is a large selection of music.

We came for an early dinner, no karaoke. If you would like to be extremely pampered this is the place for you. We had 2 very attentive & sweet waitresses who catered to our every whim. Also, the chicken wings were amazing!!! We had a few other dishes and some champagne... all of it was good, no problems or issues- served extremely hot & fresh. The food is primarily Vietnamese... somewhat authentic and not too Americanized, if you like that. Plenty of seafood. We stuck to chicken, beef, salad, porridge and has some grilled octopus for fun. The waitresses were extremely delightful... I had my young son with me so the chit chat with waitresses was fun, etc... they literally spooned ice into my drink, etc...

Awesome! Huge karaoke rooms and the fries are soooo good!!!! I highly recommend. I really like the tablet interface; it makes it really easy to search songs. Definitely has way more Vietnamese songs but still they have some recent English songs.

This place is pretty chill. The rooms are clean and the karaoke system sounds great. I always have a good time here. Great place for huge parties. I had a wedding after party here cause I couldn't find another place that opened late and would accommodate 30+ people. The owner was very attentive to our group and made sure we were taken care of. Pro tip, make sure you call and reserve a room in advance because this place gets pretty busy on the weekends. 100% would recommend this place for a great time.

Poor service. They charged us $5/ bottle of water for the first time I came. When I tried to come back to give SAY karaoke one more try, and guess what. We came in at 9:03pm and get out at 10:40pm, only 1.5hrs. They rounded up to 3hrs, and the cashier kept telling us that they calculated automatic. What kind a stupid machine did that. Highly not recommend

It deserves one star for a very nice room, but the sound system was a problematic. I asked the staff to adjust the sound of the microphone and he refused to do it ( he said just only the manager could do). Then we asked him to move us to different room, with even worse system since the speaker was shaking like crazy. Never comeback again, so rip off

Finally there's a high end karaoke like this open in Orange County that have a huge selection of Vietnamese songs! Huge room with very up-to-date song list and modern design. The sound system is amazing! I l was totally impressed by this new place! But, sadly, there's a few things that I'll have to mention and hope they can make some better changes. First of all is the cleaniness. The restroom someone threw up in there and no one clean. The room looks fancy and huge but there's a weird smell and I found out someone splashed their drink and no one clean it so the floor is supper sticky! But that's not it. The customer service! They really need to hire a nice professional working team. This is the fun place it should be all fun welcoming. There's only one guy works there when we came in. When I pressed the assistant button he came right away it was an empty night. We got helped right away but he's so lack of communication! When I gave him my credit card and asked what's my total I got a "silent" response. Then, I asked how late are they stay open til, all I got is the answer "we close whenever we want!" Is this a new way of Customer service or he's just tired of answering customers questions and running everything by himself? We need to step up on the customer service and the sanitary. I feel sorry for this place if it goes down the hill because of that.

I've been here on here 3 times. I had an amazing time on all 3 occasions. Extensive karaoke list & they serve soft liquor. Management is friendly. This is definitely a more upscale place compared to the area & its really nice! They charge by the ROOM not by person. I recommend coming with a small group unless you can afford paying for you & your partner/company of 2. I would recommend it to all my friends.

Terrible service tried to add 10% gratuity on the bill. We made them take it off. Be careful of your total when you check out. Don't let them bully you into paying the gratuity fee. They didn't do anything. We will definitely will not be coming back.To the owner- definitely cheap because your place suck. Why toss money on crappy services hahahha

This place is ridiculously priced. They nickel and dime you for everything when you're already paying $60-$100 a hour. We went here because all the other karaoke places in the area were full. The sound & karaoke system is the same as other places but about 4-5x the price. I thought since we were paying $60 a hour the snacks in the room were complementary (few bags of chips and a thing of peanuts), but when I try to take the chips with us after leaving I was informed that they weren't complementary and had to give them back.Overall: Outrageously priced for a standard karaoke place.
