We came here for Sunday funday last weekend and had a great time! The three of us only waited for 10 mins during sunset hours and it wasn't too busy. The views are awesome, right on the beach with the pier view. I ordered the calamari strips and it was soooo good! I ordered it twice. I've actually never had calamari strips before, most places serve just calamari rings. It hit different! The sauce was a good addition to the dish. I also had the locals burger, delicious and juicy... I know we should have seafood by the beach.. You could say I'm basic for ordering a burger but it hittttt! To my surprise I decided to try the blood orange IPA from 4 son's. It was a local brewery down the street. Very nice of the waitress to provide me with their business card after sharing with her that I enjoyed the drink. Good times and definitely good vibes.

ordered the clam chowder as an appetizer and it came out SO fast - like within 30 seconds. it comes out super hot and tastes delicious. i really enjoyed the big pieces of clams in comes with. i also got the fish and chips which i thought were a bit meh. they give you two huge pieces of fish, but the flavor is lacking. the fish also seemed a bit dry. the french fries it comes with are good but i didn't like the kale salad much. this dish also came out super fast, but when i came on a weekday afternoon there were very few other customers there.

Excellent Food, Service, and AmbianceWe had a wonderful dining experience! Upon arrival, we were promptly seated by the window, offering an incredible view of the sand, ocean, and pier--such a serene setting to enjoy a meal. Although it took a little while for our server to arrive, it gave us time to look over the menu and be ready to order both drinks and meals when she came.When the food arrived, everything was served at the perfect temperature. We ordered 2 Caesar salads, one side Caesar salad, 3 cups of clam chowder, and a kids' cheese pizza with a side of fries and ranch.The clam chowder was served first, and it was a standout! Each bite was rich, flavorful, and had a mild spice that elevated the dish. Next came the entrees: the Caesar salads were fantastic, featuring pickled onions, fried capers, parmesan cheese, and crunchy croutons (on one of the salads). The balance of flavors was just right.The kids' cheese pizza was a hit--it had a thick, crunchy base and was generously cheesy. The only minor hiccup was that the cheese tended to slide off a bit when bitten into, but it was still delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy and paired wonderfully with the ranch.The combination of great food, friendly service, and a stunning oceanfront view made for an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely return for another meal in this relaxing and scenic spot!

Relaxed vibe on a weekday lunch time. Big dog friendly and my pup loves it here! He gets lots of attention - LOL. He also gives his full four paw approval for their large chicken/kibble bowl. Service is always awesome, you can't beat the view (today there were fighter jets showing off/buzzing the beach,) and the food is awesome. They should bottle that habanero salsa! Street, small lot or $9 Valet parking. After lunch, walk the pier and soak up that sun. #surfcity

primary reason for 5 stars is that the fish pieces are very good and very large and honestly... you could split it with another person and be satisfied. The chips fries were terrific .. crispy on the outside. Sat at the bar ... service was great. Tiki bar feeling on the beach .. open air patio ... inside also but wide open to patio. Firepit at night TVs for sports everywhere Definitely will stay on my radar.

It takes a minute to find this place if you've never been here. It is on the bottom floor beneath Duke's on the ocean side - enter by going down the stairs next to the pier. Beach parking is $12 or you can get a nearby meter ($6 for 2 hours).The ambiance of this place is great. It is exactly what you would hope for a beachside taco spot and their patio is right on the sand.The taste of the food is great and is 5-star worthy on its own, but the miserly amount of food you get for the large price is just shameful. I know they are on the beach and have high rent, but come on guys! I had the fish and chips ($22.95) which is ale & malt vinegar battered Alaskan Cod served with great French fries and kale slaw. (The kale salad was good but needed more dressing which I had to ask for) Again the quality & taste of everything was great but the reason for the 3 stars is the portion size for the price. It only came with 2 pieces of fish and about a quarter of the fries you would expect. I would have expected at least 3 pieces of fish but really would have liked 4 pieces at this price and twice as many fries for that hefty $22.95 price tag...and I left still hungry. Not the way you want to feel after a pricy meal like this.My girlfriend got the blackened swordfish tacos ($20.45) in flour tortillas topped with cabbage, Acapulco crema & quest Fresca and habanero salsa served with kale salad. The tacos were really good, but again for this price I would have expected another taco or 2 and she also left feeling hungry.There are so many other great restaurants close by that I don't think we'll be back. When I'm paying these prices for food, I want to leave satisfied and I did not get my fill here. Very disappointed!

Very good, brunch is delicious. Service is always great! Last week we had Nichole as our server, she is very enthusiastic and engaging with a great smile. She checked on us often and the atmosphere is great for beach lovers. I recommend the local's burgers with adding an egg, omelettes are very good and the house potatoes are chunky yet cheesy and creamy.

The view and food was amazing. Our waitress Lexie was the best! Have the chowder and the guac!

Some of the better food I've eaten I got the chicken tacos which were very flavorful and in all good. My parents got a platter which I believe had coconut shrimp an egg roll looking thing and other seafood, my cousin got Hawaiian French toast and my other got the "surfer sandwich" which is pretty much just a chicken sandwich. The French toast had a variety of fruits all evenly and perfectly cut, ripe, and sweet.

It was so good !! Fish and chips are so tasty and savoryI wouldn't had the entire plate Super crispy and tartar sauce was a little salty to me but still good
