So excited that Saiga Vietnamese Eatery just opened up location #2 in Orange closer to home! Service is quick, efficient, and friendly. Bahn Mi bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the grilled pork is packed with flavor. Buttery garlic noodles went great with the green sauce and poor belly had a great crunch. The vermicelli was the stand out dish though. Juicy BBQ chicken thighs with a spicy fish sauce and fresh lettuce was sooo refreshing and addicting. And they cater too! I had such a fantastic experience at Saiga Vietnamese Eatery in Orange! The place is super cute and modern, creating such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The service was beyond friendly, with staff who really made you feel welcomed. Now, let's talk about the food -- absolutely delicious! I had the garlic noodles with BBQ chicken, and it was packed with flavor. The combination of the tender chicken and the savory noodles was perfect. But the real highlight of my day? The freshly baked cookies! Soft, gooey, and so incredibly fresh -- they were the perfect sweet treat to finish off my meal.I can't recommend this place enough. Definitely coming back soon! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!Ps. I hope they open many more locations in OC! They are women owned so just for that they get extra stars in my heart!

l've been to the Saiga Eatery in Irvine before and loved it, so you could imagine that I was ecstatic that they opened another location so I can drag other friends to come here with me! We tried their staples - the garlic noodles were so buttery and delicious, but still acceptable for someone stepping out of work to grab lunch; the vermicelli is so refreshing (my favorite is their pickled carrots; they very unexpectedly pack a punch) and pairs so well with the bbq chicken; and the popcorn chicken is perfectly juicy and crispy. Their iced coffee has enough caffeine to power the sun, and their lemon guava green tea is so addicting. Highly recommend checking this place out; they also have BOGO 50% entrees on Tuesdays and free refills on drinks 5pm to close!

Since I love the food at their Irvine location I couldn't wait to try their new location! Nice little restaurant! The restaurant is very clean and there is plenty of parking to be had. The service is attentive and done with a smile. Their menu includes sandwiches, noodles and rice dishes. All are ready to be eaten in house or on the go! They also offer many drink choices. We chose the garlic noodles with grilled pork (amazing grilled flavor) and their kimchi fried rice with bbq chicken (chicken is moist and delicious). We also had a cafe latte and their lemon guava green tea. The tea is so refreshing!!

Parking: Saiga is located in a large strip mall plaza. It shares a parking lot with a Target and Raising Canes. There were plenty of parking spots when I went.Exterior: There are some tables outside for outdoor dining. Interior: It looks like a fast food restaurant. There is a small open kitchen and a couple of tables. It was pretty clean.Service: There was a kiosk and a person at the register. It was not busy so I ordered at the register. The staff got me my food pretty quickly. She took my order and went to cook it by herself. Food: I got the Kimchi Fried Rice with Pork Belly. It was a bit greasy but kimchi fried rice was flavorful and the pork belly was nice and crispy. My only complaint was that the pork belly was diced up into small cubes and not into slices like the pictures on Yelp. I wanted to get a nice big bite of pork along with my rice. Overall, it was a bit pricey but definitely pretty good. I would definitely love to try the other things on the menu.

We had an amazing time at Saiga in Orange. The place is spacious with seatings and tables. You can dine in or take out. We ordered several entrees. We enjoyed their Vietnamese pho. The broth was flavorful with a lot of meats. I also had their Banh mi. The bread was crispy and stuffed with a lot of fillings. We also got a few drinks. We highly recommended the Vietnamese coffee to go with their Banh mi. The place has spacious parking. Great service!

I like to get the garlic noodles with grilled pork here - the green sauce it comes with is really good and tops off really well with the pork and noodles. My husband likes to get the rice bowl with crispy pork, which is also really good, but we found that the 3rd time we came here, their rice to pork ratio was astonishing. They only gave like 4 pieces of pork in a whole bowl of rice, so we had to end up cooking something else at home to eat with the rice. The food here is really good otherwise - I just hope their portions become a little more fair.

This place has been on my list for awhile now. I chose the garlic noodles with pork belly which seemed to be the popular pick. The pork had the satisfying crisp which was a nice contrast to the noodles. I will say, the sauce was a little disappointing. Not as creamy as I thought but did have an element of spice.
