I recently discovered this place while scrolling through Instagram. I did not realize that this coffee spot was so close to home. My sister and I needed a study spot so we went to try it out. Here is what I got:The Sabr Coffee: I usually don't get coffee and elect for a matcha or chai. However, this one seemed so popular that I needed to give it a try. I believe the barista told us it had red velvet and something else in it. Overall, I did enjoy the drink because it was on the sweeter side. I LOVED how spacious and clean the sitting area was. There were tons of plug ins and room to breathe. There is also a food spot that serves pizzas and other options right next to Sabr. The parking there was easy to find. I would have to say that my only complaint was that we were there for a few hours, but because the building was under construction, they had the women's bathroom closed off. They did not let us know how long it would take or if there were other restrooms we could use instead. So, we waited and finally decided to go home just to use the restroom. Overall, I will be back to study and try this place out for my usual matcha.

I recently discovered this coffee shop and decided to give it a try. Overall, it was pretty average and nothing special, but not bad either. The lattes were decent, but nothing that stood out compared to other coffee spots. The highlight was definitely the staff! There was a single barista taking orders and making the coffee, he was very friendly and welcoming which made the visit more enjoyable. If you're in the area and need a quick coffee, it's an okay option, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. One negative I will mention was them not having stevia? That's like a burger joint not offering mustard. Cheers,

New coffee shop!! Inside of an office building, this place is great due to the space. Finally a coffee shop that's spacious and has room to not only sit but also spread out to stand. The decor is very beautiful and the workers were extremely nice. Next door is a small mosque open to all as well as a basketball court coming soon.I ordered the matcha einspanner, really good but my main issue is how SMALL the cups are!! $8.50 no tip for a small cup. It was great, a litttle bitter due to the extra matcha drizzled on top. I get it's new but it is expensive, at least get the regular size plastic cups that most shops do.Other than that, they have other items for sell like a chili powder, Palestinian olive oil, etc.

Sabr Coffee House is open to all and located at a corporate building which has a mosque at one side and a large cafeteria with seating for about 100+ people. I've tried most of the drinks here as well as desserts.Biscoff milkcake ($8) - I was pretty disappointed with the milk cake here, it was on the dry side. On subsequent visits I noticed the milk cake didn't look that appealing so it was a hard pass.Knafeh cheesecake ($8)- This was a pleasant surprise and had a different consistency, more like a goat cheese. I would get this over the milk cake. Will have to try the gulab jamun cheesecake one of these days.Karak chai ($5.50 - 8 oz or large pot) - This is popular drink in the Middle East and made with black tea, cardamon, milk and other spices. All the drinks I have tried here have been too sweet, similar to Karak House in Laguna Hills. So now whenever I order a drink here I ask for it to be 1/2 sweet, which is on par with Saana Cafe and Qamaria.Kashmiri chai ($6 - 8 oz or large pot for $18) - This is a popular Pakistani tea from the Northern area. It's actually made with green tea, baking soda and aerating it which generates that pink color and then adding some warm milk. It's rich and creamy and my favorite tea here. I've made it at home from scratch after trying it here and I can say mine is just as good, lol.Overall the teas here aren't bad. I do think the pricing for the 8 oz is too much, especially since all the competitors are offering 12 oz for that price. The sabr latte (cookie butter red velvet - $7) and the desert pear latte ($7) were just ok. Oddly the specialty drinks are 12 oz instead of 8 oz. I know they are still in their soft opening phase, so hopefully they expand their dessert offerings and improve on their milkcakes.

Parking: 10/10. Spacious parking all around since it's located inside a beautiful mosque. Drinks/food: Desert pear latte: 10/10. Fragrant, unique flavor, balanced flavor between espresso, syrup, and milk ratio.Dubai crack pudding: 6/10. Not my favorite and on the sweet side. Would be open to trying other pudding flavors.Ambiance: 10/10. The seating area is enormous! A giant open space with seats and tables all around. Fast service, nice baristas. We would like to try their savory food menu next time.

Cute little Middle Eastern inspired coffee shop and cafe located inside of a brand new mixed use/corporate building. The building is still unfinished and the coffee shop hasn't even had their grand opening yet, but they are open for business! Very kind staff and delicious coffee! I didn't try any of their pastries or sweet treats, but they looked so good. Loved the Cardamom & Rose latte.

Today, my husband and I visited Sabr Coffeehouse for the first time, and it was a delightful experience. The location was easy to find, nestled inside a business building with ample seating. The service was excellent and everything we ordered was amazing. I tried the rose cardamom latte, which was fantastic. They make their own rose syrup and the drink had real ground cardamom inside. It wasn't overly sweet, and you could taste the quality of the coffee--just the way I like it. There were no artificial flavors whatsoever, and the coffee was smooth and delicious. This will easily become my regular drink order here.My husband enjoyed the Sabr latte, a cookie butter red velvet latte, along with a cheese danish. He's a bit of a cheese danish connoisseur and he said their cheese danish was very fresh and delicious. They also have an assortment of milk cakes, which we're eager to try next time we visit. Overall, the service and quality were top-notch. We will definitely be back!

First of all this Coffee House is located inside the building just incase anyone had a hard time finding it. The building itself is a mosque but everyone is very nice and accepting of everyone. This coffee shop has a lot of good drinks to try like Karak tea, pistachio lattes and all the other good desi and Arabic drinks. I love a good Kashmiri pink tea so I got a pot of that to share along with some desserts like the Gulab Jamun Cheese cake and the Pistachio Milk Cake. The desserts were pretty decent and very standard with all the other places that have similar milk cakes and cheesecakes. The Kashmiri pink tea just lacked a little flavor of the tea and the depth like a Karak tea would have. It just tasted like warm milk with sugar and Roohafza. Either way I love the concept and the variety of drinks they have here to try so I will definitely swing by for some other drinks.

I stopped in after work while shopping in the area. Ample parking but after i parked I noticed security looking at me a little oddly, which i assumed was because I needed a hair cut. The coffee shop is shared with the cafe way in the back of the building. As I entered i saw some lovely middle eastern families sitting at the cafe tables and also heard middle eastern music but just thought it was a hang out for many in the area. I got the signature latte iced which came out in about 30 seconds. It was delicious and the place was spotless with a woodfire pizza oven toward the back.As I was leaving on the left of the front entrance I saw a huge room with towels/rugs in cubes on the ground and people praying which I thought was a gymnasium but turns out the building is the Rahma center which is a mosque. No issues with that here I just wasn't sure if this place is open to the public or not. Either way my apologies if I interrupted anyone. The coffee here was solid and I'd love to go back if it is indeed open to the public.

There was soo much seating, not only clean but many with outlets under the booths. The atmosphere was soft and comfortable, making it easy to chat with my friend or study. This is one of the only cafes near Irvine that close late (9pm) so I'll be coming here a lot for schoolwork. The workers were also very sweet and were happy to answer any questions we had about the menu. They hand whisk their matcha and don't skimp out on how much they add, which is rare to find! It can be a little pricey, $7 for a matcha but that's standard for Irvine and it's supporting a small business :). I noticed that they're also expanding their hot food menu to have more options that sounded so delicious that I'll be coming back nexttime to try it.
