I would def come back it's so good what the heckkkkkkiePhoenix milk tea is giving a closed boba shop that closed in Irvine.. not a dupe I would say it's deadass the same, I can down 3 right now Mans got sesame bliss and it is very good too (coming from a person that doesn't rly like black sesame) Worker dude w chin length hair was super nice w recommendations! Couple tables, bar seatings not too bad it's very cute here.

Review 13/365 Challenge I use to come to this shop when it was 1st Cha Time and then it changed to R & B Tea House when I visit my mom in Fullerton.It is now RYO Coffee & Tea. Came during their Grand Opening weekend 2.01-02 along they had a celebration for Lunar New Year.1st came on Saturday with my family in the afternoon since I was headed to my moms house. They were doing raffle tickets along w giving away red envelopes with coupon for free drinks that was included if you got a lucky or certain percentage off was a few of the offers.Determined to return Sunday morning w my mama friends for the 1st 50 to get free drinks. Since we did plan to grab coffee before heading out for our spa Sunday Funday along with I'm a bit obsessed w the Garden Violet Latte. It's Ube flavored Latte. And wasted my man's friends to try. What we ordered ~ Garden Violet Latte definitely recommended. Has Ube in it. Loved it w coconut milk. Requested it at 50% sweetness and is still sweet. ~ Almond Delight Latte has a hint of Almond. Is good and not too strong of a coffee taste along w the next 2 Brew below is recommended and good. ~ House Fusion Brew. Loved the cheese foam on top. ~ Caramel Cloud CoLd Brew cheese foam is perfectly topped. Like icing to the cake. ~ Phoenix Milk Tea is good. Traditional milk tea. ~ Sweet Milk Tea requested for 75% sweetness is best. This drink can be a bit overly sweet. Met the owner Peter who was taking our orders.Very nice gentleman. Really simple nice bobs shop with board games to enjoy. With a few seatings outside along w a handful indoor. Hopefully it'll do good since it's right across the street from Fullerton College/Fullerton High School. There's a dozen of parking in the back. SmallArea or if you get lucky. There is a few street parking right out front.Located next to Alegro tacos between Subway sandwich shop.

Great tasting coffee and super friendly service.Came in on a Saturday morning and we were lucky to have been helped by Uyen. He made recommendations and even let us sample the almond delight latte. Plus there's a 15% discount on weekends!I ended up going with the almond delight latte with oat milk. Less sweet. Perfect choice. I'd recommend this coffee shop to anyone in the area. No public restrooms, I believe.

Loved this spot! Uyen was so pleasant and very friendly! I felt very welcomed and the coffee was delicious to say the least! I will be going back when I'm in town ! Very cute inside and there is board games !

Thomas was so friendly and since we had never been here before I wanted to try it. I saw my Yelp friend Les tried this place. I met my bff and her son with baby girl. Was so hard to find though lol, we parked in the back you sort of go by the college and go through the parking lot. Look for the building with the green trim on the roof top. We parked in the back they had handicap thank goodness i didn't know you could either walk from the back or the front. Lol so we walked in the front area, they have outside and inside seating so nice. They also have games you can play too adults or kids of course. So the kids went straight to those lol a giant tic tac toe, Monopoly, Janga how cool! We had no clue what to order, thank you so much Thomas for being so helpful and fun to talk to. He is awesome he helped us make a choice and explained the drinks to us. They also have small samples of some of their drinks in a plastic little cup which was awesome of them by the cashiers area I knew I was tired but I went in wanting to try Toro Dream, looked so pretty lol it's so creamy and cold and not to strong of a flavor, I got it 75% sweet you can choose your sweetness. My bff ended up getting the Violet Garden latte it was delicious I tried it lol. We sat down talked for a while hung out let the kids play games. Was nice to see my bff and have a cold beverage together. I would come back here for the ambiance I really liked my drink next time I would like to try something else. Really friendly service, May was so kind and accommodating!Sesame iced latte was strong and tasty. Phoenix drink which is basically their black milk tea was decent but the added sesame cream on top made it amazing. Boba was nice and chewy - semi sweet.

Came during soft opening and absolutely loved their drinks! The owner was very friendly and gave great recommendations on their drinks.- Phoenix Milk Tea - so good. It's a stronger type of oolong milk tea. If you like oolong or jasmine milk tea, I think you'll like this! Tea flavor is on the stronger side. I recommend getting normal sweetness as recommended by the owner since they make their drinks less sweet (I normally get 50% sugar)- Genmaicha Milk Tea with Oat Milk - one of the best genmaicha milk teas I've had! It didn't taste overly milky and the genmaicha flavor was distinct. Also got normal sweetness on this and it was perfect.There is a parking lot in the back that you can enter the store from with seating inside. Will 100% come back again when I visit OC!

How do I give this place 10 stars?!The owner has the BEST customer service and if he had a stand up comedy show, we would attend it. FRONT ROW! We were in the shop in tears from all of the laughter. You can tell this is his happy place and we love that for him. We tried 3 different drinks. My personal favorite is the Sesame. I have never had a sesame cold foam and it is roasty, toasty, and lightly sweetened. The coffee is smooth and I opted to have the coffee with the whole milk which is standard. My husband had the almond delight and it is rich in true almond flavor, not that artificial almond taste. It's a true almond flavor. The owner recommended getting it with oat milk to amplify the nutty flavor and it was perfect. There is plenty of seating inside and along the wall. They have a bar too that faces the street so natural light comes in. Just talking to the owner makes you instantly happier. It's so nice to see someone in their true element loving what they do! There's something special about that. Will absolutely be back!!!

I've been looking for a tea house similar to Orobae and I finally found it. This place Ryo just opened up and their Phoenix Oolong did not disappoint. It is super creamy and the perfect amount of tea flavor. The owner is kind and provides great customer service. He adjusted the sweetness to my liking!
