Rumba Room Live

Had such a great time here at Rumba Room Live last Saturday (June 11th) I had to write a review. For having been my first time here, by far it exceeded my expectations. One thing I can say some of the nicest and friendly staff here (Shout out to John the bartender). Primarily came here to take my friend to his first night club and we gave him a night to remember. The combination of great music (Latin Urban, Reggeaton, and some EDM), the wide dance floor (The photos added were taken near opening), and great bartending service (drinks averaging around $15-$18) helped make it a perfect night. John who was our bartender was funny, a great host, and talker. Can't wait to come back in the near future. 2 suggestions I'd have are the following. 1) Having a Cumbas or Dance night or even having some songs mixs into the music set.2) I'm not sure when the website has been updated but just some food for thought. Thanks again!

RUMBA is one of my favorite clubs to go. I haven't been since it closed due to maintenance. Has anyone been back to rumba recently ? I always wondered if it opened back up.

This is my go to and recommend it for anyone looking for a good time. It doesn't matter if it's VIP or general admission, you will have fun dancing the night away!!

First of other customers game the manager crap so she asked me if she can add people to my table and yes I have bottle service, I said ok to help her out. I didn't see that the club was about to close so 10 til 2AM I order an extra bottle. They won't let me drink it or touch it but I pay over $200 for this bottle. And I recorded everything. They push me out while other people are still inside drinking. I don't recommend this place at all. Go next door to heat. I'm still waiting for a call back from the manager Dont go I promise you it's not worth it and this was for my birthday so yes I'm upset. I'm posting the video on YouTube if they don't give me my money back.

This place is wild!Came here for a birthday celebration and it was packed! We had bottle service in one of the seated areas. It was spacious and comfy. The waitresses were very helpful and pleasant and were making all of our drinks the entire night, I've done bottle service before but was not expecting that, usually once the drinks and mixers are set, they let us fend for ourselves.The bartenders were equally awesome, they were knowledgeable and very fast. Excellent service. I had a great experience as a firstimer here. 4 stars because the directions from the parking garage were not as clear as I felt they could have been.

Entrance is going to cost you $20 if you're not on the guest list, even if you arrive before 10 pm. The inside was clean and spacious. Bar tenders made excellent palomas and the music was great.HOWEVER, at some point my friend and I were collateral damage from security literally dragging some guy violently out of the establishment. It happened so fast that I went in one direction and my friend went in the other direction and was pushed into a nearby pillar. She got an instant bump on her arm (that she still has two weeks later), bruise on her cheek and on her forehead. I went to speak to the manager, Erica, and when I told her about the incident she looked annoyed and asked if we wanted free drinks or if I needed her to file an incident report. I declined both, I just needed her to know that her staff handled that situation very unsafely and should consider different protocol for handling rowdy guests so other people don't get hurt. A "free drink" or BS incident report isn't going to help any future guests that could potentially be hurt by such negligence. Erica passed along her contact information to my friend to discuss the incident further. My friend emailed her the next day (12/22/19) and I guess the email was overlooked per her response on her yelp review, yet there has been no contact or follow up from Erica. I think she meant the email was ignored*Do better Rumba Room.Response to your response Erica: 1) She contacted you for a refund so that's pretty clear in what you need to do because she spelled it out in the email. You haven't followed up with her.2) Take criticism better. Most of your negative reviews have some version of you saying that what the reviewer is sayings isn't true or the incident wasn't that bad, video footage shows otherwise, etc.

Wish this place would open up again ...Was the top nightclub I have been too had it all Ambiance / Music / Service / DJ's all amazing

Does anyone know if this place is open I'm hoping to come here soon I know they said it would reopen April 27th

Was the best club ever. Used to go a lot when I lived near by but then they suddenly closed due to renovations. Drinks were good and the music was the best. Great overall ambience and a place to be at. Does anybody know when or if they will ever open up again. We need Rumba Room 2024!
