Roy's Restaurant

Crazy great place! Firstly, I told them I was celebrating a birthday! Let me tell you I have mentioned "birthday celebration" to countless restaurants, and some give out a free dessert. Roy's went the extra mile! They placed a card and flowers on the table before we walked in! WOW On top of that thoughtfulness, the fish was ABSOLUTELY delicious...I'm salivating right now! I got the "Classic Four" off their dinner menu, and I couldn't believe that the "buttery fish" was exactly as advertised! I can't remember the last time I enjoyed fish this much!

The place was nice but no waiter available.. only bartender served all the tables We had to wait a long time I was very surprised

We decided to relive Hawaii at home and well it wasn't quite what we were expecting. Service was amazing and always on point but food really didn't meet our expectations. After Hawaii we couldn't stop thinking about this place and kept wondering why there were so many mixed reviews. Well after coming to this location it explained it all. Our apps were ok. The raw fish app was hard to chew like it had a fiber that we couldn't chew. Our main means were cold like they had sat at the window for a bit. Service was taking a bit longer than expected even though the restaurant was not busy. The booths are hard to slide into. Wan if you're wearing a dress ask for a table, thank me later. There was a pesky fruit fly that kept landing on our food but we couldn't kill. Drinks were good although very pricey. The menu didn't have what Hawaii had so we had to pick other items. Overall the place was ok. The seafood was a bit too fishy for our preference which made us wonder the freshness of it all. The mash on our plates was completely foul, tasted like rubber. Would I come back? No. I was bummed that we couldn't relive our Hawaiian experience here.

Have not been to this location years ago and it is still the same I actually love Roy's It sucks because a lot of their businesses have closed down so this is the closest one for me. I decided to go on Christmas Day to get a drink at the bar! The Roy's Hawaiian martini was right on point and good! They had a prefix menu for Christmas that was good pricy but a lot to choose from. The host and bartenders were amazing and easy going!! I will come back here to eat dinner since their food is so bomb! They also have happy hour during the week. Parking in the structure right next to the restaurant! -Marshay D.

Had a fun tropical meal at Roy's before catching a show at the House of Blues. We started with the Tempura Shishito Peppers (terrific), the Lobster Potstickers (just ok) and the Crispy Wok Fired Shrimp (amazing). I paired it with their Mai Tai (this drink was perfect and strong). Next, I had the Misoyaki Butterfish (light and tasty fish) with the furikake rice cake and bok choy (the rice tastes a bit premade/dry and little small and it could use one more bok choy). For dessert, I tried both the chocolate lava cake (very good classic lava cake) and their pineapple upside down cake (so good, tastes like an upgraded pineapple butter cake). While service was good, larger parties disrupted the timing of the food. So don't count on getting out on time or be sure to go earlier. Overall good experience.

Roy's is always a hit regardless of the location. They really make you feel at home when you visit The lobster potstickers are phenomenal! My wife who doesn't care for lobster enjoyed them as well!I always go for the seared ahi and poke and they were divine!Service is amazing.

We've never had a bad experience at any of the Roy's we've been to, and this is no exception. We took the office here for lunch, and it was a much needed deviation from eating lunch in the office. The cocktails may have helped. ;)Service was great, and we pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves, which was nice. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and I came away from it floating on a cloud. They only do the Chocolate Souffle for dinner, but I asked, and they were kind enough to make one for me. It's my favorite thing here! Thank you for the decadent dessert!!!

Still a fan of Roy's. Dined there again tonight. Good way to start off the new year. My go to favorite is still the Ebi roll for my appetizer. My favorite meal to order is the Roy's Classic Combo Misoyaki 'Butterfish', Braised Short Rib of Beef, Baby Bok Choy, Furikake Rice and mashed potatoes. Everything is so tasty :)

Really good rolls, drinks, and yes a really great wedge salad! I have never enjoyed a wedge salad and sushi roll in one sitting, but it was the best of both worlds. I went with my coworkers after an event and our waiter was great with asking about dietary restrictions, providing recommendations, and even letting us know about if we wanted to order a dessert ahead of time since it'll take a bit to bake. The only complaint my coworkers had was that the booth was hard to get in to. It was somewhat sticky and we struggled a bit to get in and out of the booth.Overall, fantastic experience!

We tried Roy's this Sunday evening for the 1st time. Our server was Q and he was fabulous! I loved the coconut crusted Mahi Fish and the pineapple cake dessert. We had outstanding service and amazing food. Thanks Q for making it a perfect evening. We will definitely be back to visit you and have dinner again soon.
