We came here after going to church on Sunday. It was about 12 noon and it was mellow. Not too busy so the food was coming out fast and fresh. I have been an avid Red Robin lover and I always get the strawberry freckled lemonade! So good! Our burgers were pretty good. Was expecting a bit more flavor but overall they were delicious. I love ordering fries and asking for the fries to come out first. Since they are bottomless, it's a great "free" appetizer

Red Robin itself is great. At this particular location, it is ridiculous that there are entire sections not open on a Saturday at 4:30pm, to make people wait when there are open tables. Better management and staffing is needed.

I recently visited Red Robin craving a juicy, greasy, over-the-top burger, and let me tell you, that's exactly what I got! The burger was everything I hoped for and more. One of the highlights of my visit was the never-ending sides. I opted for the garlic fries, and they just kept on coming, each batch as fresh and steaming hot as the last. It was a delightful treat that made the meal even more enjoyable.Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. She checked on us regularly, refilling our drinks and fries like clockwork. Her excellent service added to the overall positive experience.While the inside of the restaurant didn't feel the cleanest, it was understandable given the number of families dining there. Despite this, the overall cleanliness was adequate, and it didn't detract from the delicious food and great service.Overall, my experience at Red Robin was fantastic. If you're in the mood for a satisfyingly juicy and greasy burger, this is the place to go!

I've been here multiple times and have yet to have a bad experience! It was pretty empty when I came in and got seated immediately with my party. It's a pretty large restaurant, or maybe that's just because there weren't that many people there. Today was probably one of the best experiences I've had with a server. I wanted to try something new so I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Garlic Parmesan Broccoli and a Caramel Apple Lemonade with sides of honey mustard. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich did not disappoint. The crispiness of the chicken was perfect. The garlic Parmesan broccoli was also a solid choice. I ended up getting three orders of it, and this is coming from someone who always gets the bottomless fries. I topped the broccoli off with the Red Robin seasoning and dipped it in the honey mustard. Highly recommend! Towards the second order, Tyler already brought over the honey mustard without me needing to ask. Solid service. The Caramel Apple Lemonade wasn't bad either. Overall, it's a solid go to spot for anybody.

We were in the area on Saturday and the nostalgia I felt for this place, the allure of those bottomless steak fries.. I had to go! My kids had never been. We showed up a little before 5pm and were seated right away. Our server Liz was the best!! Before we even ordered she got the basket of fries going. My son devoured his chicken tenders. I like that you have options for sides, so he could get broccoli but still have fries too. My husband got the garlic parm broccoli and a house salad along with fries with his impossible burger. Honestly, the food is good not great. Like, broccoli is way better roasted not steamed. You can tell it was frozen. My husband wanted his salad to have mixed greens but again, you get what you pay for. But it's a chain restaurant and you get what you pay for. They had my favorite wine so that was great. And my teriyaki chicken sandwich hit the spot. Liz really made the night for us and we would honestly come back just for her and the vibes and fries!

Dinner with my son. Ordered the avo-cobo salad and a raspberry iced tea. The salad is consistently good. A grilled chicken breast over lettuce with bacon bits, hard boiled egg, Bleu cheese crumbles, diced tomatoes, and cheese. It's a meal. Table service with a host, server, and bussing staff. We're generally seated on arrival and occasionally wait for 5 or 10 minutes if we come during the dinner rush. The server normally comes to take our drink order within a few minutes of being seated. The pace is good. Drinks, and about 10 minutes later main courses, an offer of refills for drinks and sides, and checking out at the table with the kiosk when you are finished. The ambiance is casual, the decor is kitschy, and the noise level is moderate. The staff seem to like their jobs and have a friendly smile while performing their duties. We eat here regularly and will continue to return. Also if you're going to be coming back join the Red Rewards program and get benefits, free food, and rewards.

This burger chain has been around since the 70s and still puts out great burgers. Stepping into a Red Robin is like visiting a friend I've known all my life so the feelings of nostalgia make me a bit biased. This particular location is at The Village mall and has an exterior entrance. We came for lunch on a weekday and found it to be relatively quiet.Our server, Kyle, was spectacular, a fellow full of charming personality, very attentive, and the reason I pushed this review up to a full 5 stars. I ordered my usual go-to burger - The Banzai. Rather than being asked how you want it cooked, I like the simple question of "do you want pink or not?" I also ordered a cookie magic milkshake (made with Oreos). The big teriyaki burger was excellent, topped with tomato, lettuce, cheese and pineapple rings. I first ordered a Banzai Burger several decades ago and it remains a favorite. The bottomless fries (steak fries) were seasoned well and cooked perfectly. I always laugh at them being bottomless because I can barely even finish the first bunch served. For dipping sauce I always get the "campfire" which is hard to describe other than it has a smokey taste and one can quickly become addicted to it.A Red Robin milkshake is one of the finest and is served with the tin, making it almost three shakes. Fantastic!I definitely had a great visit at this location and left with a happy face & tummy.

Reminded tonight why I'd rather spend a little more at islands. Way better food and service. This place has never been that good but the family seems to think it's good. Spent about $70 and never got a refill. The waitress stevie said they were brewing tea which is fine but she should have brought us water while she had us wait. But 20 minutes later still NOT a single refill!!! I finally asked for a coke which tasted like crap! Then while I waited I asked for a refill on my bottomless side which we also NEVER received. What a complete waste of money and let down this place is. How do people enjoy this place? The banzai burger is tasteless too go to islands and purchase the Hawaiian you will not be disappointed and their fries are BOMB!
