I can now confidently say I've found a ramen spot that I think is the best and the only sad thing is that I don't live nearby. Honestly, all the other well known ramen places don't compare to here in my humble opinion. I love how simple their menu is. I've only been here once and only tried their koku ramen but it's seriously the best broth I've tasted. Not salty like other places these days but full of flavor. I really couldn't get enough of the broth. I usually always go for a spicy ramen bc I'm afraid non spicy ramens are usually bland but the koku broth was awesome. I also love they have refill noddles for $2 (hope that doesn't change). The servers were very friendly and attentive with refilling our waters. The inside is clean and has pretty ample seating for a smaller narrow space. There's plenty of parking bc it's located inside a large plaza area (it's next to burger lounge). I honestly hate driving in this area but I just might be back and make plans here with friends just so I can eat here.Edit: I came a second time a few days ago and enjoyed the koku extra chashu and spicy tuna rolls. The ramen did not disappoint.

One of my new favorite ramen spots! Very kind and attentive staff as well.Went on a Sunday evening around 5:30 and was seated for 2 right away. Our waitress brought us a little table side holder to put my bag, etc! I tried a few vegan potstickers as well as the vegan ramen. Both were super flavorful. The potstickers were packed full and I believe they had tofu or a vegan meat inside. They were good with the vinegar/soy mix and chili oil. And they're crispy because they have the pan-fried coating. The ramen dish came with a lot of noodles. The green onions added a good flavor to the already flavorful broth. There was also mushrooms and bean sprouts as well as a very tasty fried cauliflower on top! I don't usually like cauliflower but the breading on this made it taste like a fried chicken. Definitely will be back!

We went here on a Sunday night and it was a little busy but we were seated immediately. Our food also came out fairly quick as well! The servers were also very friendly and helpful and checked in on us throughout the night which I appreciated. I ordered the Vegan Ramen and the Vegan Gyoza. The Vegan Gyoza was very tasty especially with the chili sauce! They were nice and crispy too! You get a decent amount for the price as well. I also really enjoyed the vegan ramen! The broth was nice and creamy and I also really liked the cauliflower. Usually I am not a fan of it but it tasted so good in the ramen! I will definitely be back soon!

I have been here twice - and both times were excellent! This time around they had their liquor license, and nothing goes better with ramen than a nice cold beer!My friends and I had a variety of their ramens, from the Koku Tonkostu, and the Spicy Miso. Both were delicious, and service was prompt and timely!Ambiance was very clean, reminded me of Tokyo! The bathrooms were quaint and reminded me of Japan as well (without the automated toilets)Great experience, would highly recommend as a lunch spot or maybe a post golf meal after playing at Newport GC

Came in on a Thursday evening since the yelp average was solid.Located in a large strip center so parking was in abundance. The eatery is clean and nicely decorated and found out that this is their third location in So Cal. It was early evening so there were only a few patrons dining in. I'm a big fan of karaage chicken but unfortunately this isn't offered here. I selected the Koku extra chashu ramen with thin noodles. Within a short amount of time my friendly waitress arrived with my piping hot bowl of ramen. The bowl was a good portion and the amount of chashu was generous. I took a sip of my broth, and was rich in flavor, noodles cooked perfectly and the chashu was tender with the perfect amount of fat ratio. I was in ramen heaven! The bowl was really filling, and I was impressed and totally satisfied. Before I was ready to depart the restaurant really got quite busy.Overall, I would recommend this eatery and will be checking out their Pasadena location.

This is one of the best ramen broths I have ever had. It has depth in its flavor. And the consistency of the noodles is perfect! The way the broth flavor clings to the noodles creates a well balanced experience in every mouthful.Service is very friendly and fast! Ambiance is relaxed and casual. Perfect spot for a quick lunch.Tip: you can order the non-spicy tonkotsu broth and just add the chili oil and paste to your liking.

Delish! Didn't want to cook and since the weather was cooler, ramen came to mind. Always down to get soup but not the husband. He does consider ramen a legitimate soup and this place is! Broth was really deep and rich in flavor! Hands down, amazingly yummy!

Went on a Saturday night, it was pretty busy and they were expecting a big group that made a reservation. Luckily they had an empty table for 2.The service is really good, the server was attentive, gave me a cart to put my purse in and constantly refilled my glass of water. We both ordered the lite ramen, which I found still a little salty. The pork was tasty, the broth as well. They had an option of ordering extra noodles but we didn't need it, the order was sufficient.

I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, and it was absolutely divine. The broth was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor--it had the perfect balance of savory and umami. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the chashu pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Everything about this dish was perfect, and you could tell they use only the freshest ingredients.
