This place usually has a line, but if you go early enough of during off peak hours you'll be served quickly and efficiently. The staff are always friendly and the quality of the food is very consistent. My wife picked up the vegan yasai ramen which is a ginger mushroom broth base, while I ordered the standard spicy tonkotsu. If you come during lunch their $1 special is an incredible deal, if you come after lunch then their other add on deals are still definitely worth it! We shared an additional rainbow roll which was an assortment of their salmon, tuna and or yellow tail with a crab combination. A great deal and option if you wanted to try all their fish. The ambiance is very nice and easy going, a small quaint space with lines and tables moving quickly even if you're outside waiting. Definitely a worth while spot if you're looking for sushi or ramen!

Disappointing Experience with Undercooked PorkWe visited Ramen Mura in Orange today and ordered three bowls of Tonkotsu ramen. Unfortunately, all three came with pork slices that were visibly pink and tasted off--almost spoiled. I tried a piece before the rest of my party could, and I'm glad I did because it was clearly not safe to eat.We immediately brought it to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged that the meat didn't look right and admitted it shouldn't have been served that way. However, the only resolution offered was a 10% discount, which didn't feel like an adequate response for serving potentially unsafe food.While the rest of the food was decent, the experience was completely overshadowed by the spoiled meat and lackluster resolution. I would highly recommend checking other reviews before dining here--our experience seems to align with others who have had similar issues.

Yes, a spicy tuna roll for $1 is real, and yes, it's actually good. Add in some gyoza or a jalapeño popper, and suddenly you've got a feast without breaking the bank. If you're with a group, it's even better--you can mix and match add-ons to try a little bit of everything. Ramen Mura has some undeniable strengths: great food at unbeatable prices and a lively atmosphere that makes it fun for groups. But it's not perfect. If you're willing to deal with some noise and occasional service hiccups, you'll be rewarded with a meal that's well worth the price.

Located in a strip plaza with plenty of parking and air conditioning is Ramen Mura. Not too large of a restaurant but if you go between 11-3 any day of the week, they have certain specials which we were intrigued by. The Black Ramen broth was so delicious: warm, rich and savory, balancing out the chashu and noodles. Great portion for $14.95. The sesame chicken was good and very large and fried well. The speciality sushi rolls were 50% off so we ordered the Philadelphia Roll which had a beautiful presentation and tasted so fresh.

The ramen here is pretty solid, and the combos they have are hella worth it. I ended up getting the black ramen and combo's it with the jalapeño poppers which were so filling and spicy.My friends order did end up getting messed up where she had asked for tofu instead of minced beef in her ramen since she is a vegetarian, but they brought out the ramen with the beef. They did replace her ramen though with the tofu after though!!If you are looking to try a new ramen place, I'd definitely recommend trying this place out!

Friendly service with delicious sushi and Ramen. I loved the black sesame Ramen which, apparently, the broth is cooked for 16 hours. It was super flavourful and not salty like most Ramen places. The sun-kissed rolls were also well made as it was a good mixture of both salmon and tuna. I was never a fan of Japanese Ramen, but this place made me change my mind. It's a small restaurant with limiting seating, but easy to find. Would recommend if you're in the area~

Another ramen place crossed off. This place wasn't initially on my radar, but I was in the area and chose this place based on the review and photos. We ordered the Chashu bowl, Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, and the Spicy Tuna Tempura Roll as part of the combo special (50% off). I thought the chashu was flavorful and soft, where as the chashu in the ramen was a lot tougher. The ramen broth tasted average to me and the egg was pretty plain as it tasted just like a regular boiled egg. There was like no color to it so it didn't seem like they soaked it long enough. The Spicy Tuna Tempura Roll was pretty good though as the tempura gave it some texture.A one time visit was enough for me.

Always a great experience at Ramen Mira. Food is always delicious. Today I got the Special Combo Habanero Ramen and a side of Gyoza and my husband got the Special Combo Habanero Ramen with the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. Ramen was flavorful, hot, spicy and filling. Perfect for a rainy day. For the first time, I tried their Gyoza and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice and WOW delicious, full of flavor. Highly recommended.

My brother and I stumbled upon this location for late lunch. Friendly staff. we ordered ramen and sesame chicken. The ramens were good and sesame chicken was kind of burnt lol, but it's still good. Atmosphere was super cute. I'll come back one day :)

Everything from the food to service was great! On top of that the price was super reasonable. We wanted to try something new and it was cold. My wife wanted Ramen and I wanted Sushi. This place is a perfect fit! We both got the veggie ramen extra spicy and it was awesome! Plus we got some sushi rolls that were also amazing. This was a cool little place in a small strip mall that was worth the trip!
