Ramen Hub & Sushi - Fullerton

Who doesn't love ramen on a cold winter night? Ramen Hub is located in the middle of a strip mall. The parking lot is not large but on a Sunday evening we were able to park right in front and there were plenty of other spots. The seamless windows make it look nice on the outside and large on the inside. There are about 20 tables inside and barstool seats and a long table along the front window of the restaurant. You order at the counter and your food is delivered to your table. They are open from 11am to midnight seven days a week, great for those late night cravings.They have a wide variety of menu items including appetizers, sushi, ramen, poke bowl, boba, beer, saki & soju, and even desserts. They have happy hour all day every day with excellent deals when you buy a sushi, ramen, or poke bowl item. They also a lunch special and they will give you a free deep fried ice cream dessert on your birthday.We started with a fried gyoza appetizer which you can order either fried or grilled and it was $3 off thanks to happy hour. I also ordered a spicy tuna roll and both the gyoza and roll were great. I had the tonkotsu (pork) broth ramen and you can customize the heat level to have mild, medium, extra, or extra-extra heat. I had the medium heat and the first few sips of broth had more heat than I expected but I got used to it. Be careful if you order extra or extra-extra heat since it will likely have scorching heat. The broth had great flavor and there were three slices of pork, a half egg, a few veggies and a great portion of noodles. There are a lot of extra toppings available to order. It was great and I practically licked the bowl clean. Two vegan ramen bowls with tofu were also enjoyed at our table. We will definitely be back soon!

I think that Ramen Hub and Sushi is targeting the college crowd and does a really good job to attract them. Good drink options, TVs featuring k-pop and Instagram videos of their food, long tables that allow for medium to large groups. I could see spending a few hours here with friends.But I am not that target demographic, and I came for the food. They offer an entree plus appetizer for discount deal. I selected the Tonkotsu Ramen, added an egg, and the rice bowl with Chicken Karaage. Ramen was good, chicken was not. The tonkotsu ramen had a robust broth, good umami flavor balanced with creaminess, would get again. The chashu was nicely seasoned and cooked, allowing for it to be tasted over the broth in each bite. The seasoned egg good flavor, though a bit muted relative to the other parts of the ramen. The picture looks great but the portion is deceptively small due to the bowl shape. I, a taller adult, would need to finish both the ramen and app to be filled. The chicken from the Rice Bowl with Chicken Karaage was only slightly better than a McDonalds Chicken nugget, lacking in flavor and crispiness of the breading. There were also no dipping sauces to go with it, though I found dipping in the tonkotsu broth to be acceptable.

Honestly, this is my go-to ramen spot in the Fullerton/Anaheim area! The ramen is always a perfect 10/10, and I love that they offer more than just pork broth options for non-pork eaters. I usually go for the miso chicken and make it extra spicy!**Plus, all their fried sushi is amazing.

Definitely a college student spot. Menu is limited. Food was pretty tasty, served warm with decent flavor. Service was ok, looks to be about 75% student employees mixed with slightly older team members, not all of our order came out at the same time halfof our table was just about done with their meal before the other half received their meals. It's simple and hipster trendy inside with plenty of seating. Perfect pregame spot before hitting DTF, they have alcohol & small bites.

First time here and the food was really good. Unfortunately they were out of Black Milk Tea but they came over and offered us a different option or a refund. Which I for one truly appreciate, for two ramens, one with extra meat, a Tornado Potato, Edamame and what would of have two Milk teas for $50 honestly not bad pricing! The vibes are very relaxed and giving a nice date night experience but allowing students to come study and eat as well. Overall Ramen Hub did a great job!

Quick service with hella parking and seating. Classic menu and there's always deals with entree purchase (drink and the potato tornado was free!) broth was decent and they char the cha shu with a hand torch. Amazing late night option!

Updated menu item, they now have Tonkatsu rice bowls. So that's yet another new option available at Ramen Hub & Sushi. Sunny was the cashier that mentioned this option, which we didn't try this time but will the next. She was friendly and helpful with the selection of the meal this time. We were set to have our regular orders of Tokotsu Ramens and sushi rolls, so next time rice bowls.One thing that I noticed this time is the table number holder, has a QR code that you can add more items to your meal (dine in only) but at this date the menu was empty.

Great Food and super easy going vibe!Their happy hour specials are a great value if you're on a budget

Good Ramen spot in fullerton. Been to both locations and love the ramen and sushi. Fast service and always have music playing. 10/10!
