Seabura Garlic, must add soft boiled egg with this order!
Definitely get the chicken karage!! Light, crispy, juicy!
Karaage!!!! The best around this side of town! And I do not say that lightly.

An updated review after several visits:There isn't a single thing to complain about with this restaurant. My fiancée and I stopped by on a rainy Thursday, it was a full house, with just the owner working. Yet he still was able to crank out everyone's order with the exact same quality and consistency he's provided us on every visit. He just does not miss. I also thought it was wonderful that every single customer looked happy to wait for their food. Despite having a full lobby, our order was completed within 5-8 minutes max, along with other tables. Nothing but smiles on everyone's faces. I would like to see him get some more help though. This man is working extremely hard between bussing tables, serving, cooking and still providing customer service for everyone that walks in. Either way, his work is acknowledged and appreciated greatly. PS: for my JRPG fans out there, the music is something straight out of Persona. 10/10 ambiance ;)

This is our new go to ramen shop in the area. Their broth is flavorful and rich, and the noodles have a nice bite to it. I always order their spicy tokotsu and the spicy karage. We really enjoy the sauce that comes with the karage (lemony, tangy, and spicy). The chicken is fried perfectly and always comes juicy and crispy. My only critique is that the chashu isn't as tender as I'd like it to be. They messed up on my order today, but the owner was nice enough to void the bowl of ramen that they made a mistake on instead of having me drive back.

I stopped by for lunch recently after hearing good things about this new ramen shop and I had a delicious bowl here. The shop is run by a friendly older gentleman who cooks the food, and busses the tables. You order via QR code when you sit at the table and he brings the food to you when it's ready.I ordered the Spicy Seabura Garlic ramen which sounded great from the description and it was one of the best bowls I've had in a while. The pork broth mixed with the pork fat and garlic was rich, creamy, and flavorful. The noodles were chewy and tender and held onto the broth well. The chashu was tender and juicy and melted in my mouth as I bit into it and the green onion and bean sprout added a great texture to the bowl overall. If you are a garlic lover, this bowl is for you.The inside was clean and modern and there are plenty of tables available for seating. I did want to note that ramen does take a while to come out since there is only one staff person cooking all the food and I waited around 20-25 minutes before my bowl showed up. Overall, I had a good meal here and would recommend coming here for lunch or dinner if you are craving ramen. Just be prepared to wait a little for your food since it's a one man show!

You are missing out every day you do not come here! This is hands down my favorite ramen place. EVER! It's ran by the nicest man! He is incredibly hard working and he makes everything bowl of ramen with love and you can taste it! I truly appreciate that each dish comes a specific way. This is how you know each bowl you get is going to taste delicious as you'll be eating it the way the chef intends it. This time around I ordered a Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen with an added egg and my friend got the shoyu ramen. He gave my friend a small ramekin of yuzu to add to the ramen. We loved every bite of our bowls! The spicy tonkotsu was incredibly silky and rich. The chashu is beautifully crispy and fatty. The egg was perfectly marinated and jammy. The portions are also so generous. I most definitely had a food coma after my bowl! Can't wait to return :)

Came by myself between 12 and 2 PMIt was super busy considering the time as well as there was one person working congrats to him. He did absolutely amazing. He was making the orders busing tables. Luckily, we ordered at the table with the QR code and paid for it so that helped out a lot. The food came out absolutely amazing. I finished to the last drop. I did not take a picture of that But I promise I did. I will be coming back.

Decent ramen, slow service, and a bit pricey. My bf and I tried the Tonkatsu Ramen for $14 and he said the pork broth had a weird Robitussin or soapy taste to it. There was a bit of an aftertaste to the soup but maybe it's the ingredients they used. When we walked in, we waited in line to order and then found a seat. The chicken karaage came out a couple minutes after but it took about 30 minutes for us to get our ramen. The pork chashu was a bit on the drier side and was only 1 piece. Although the soft boiled egg was delicious and the chicken karaage was gently fried with a light seasoning, but it was about $2 per piece of chicken which I found to be a bit pricey. Their sauce had a nice lemony kick and they had cups, utensils, and takeout containers for ease of access. Their noodles were cooked well, but the ramen itself could be improved.

UMAMI!! I'm so glad I tried Ramen Boiler Room, I love my clear broths and I saw that they had a shoyu. The shoyu was delicious and served at the perfect room temp. The broth was flavorful and not too oily. Noodles were perfect - firm, so they get softer as you eat and they sink in the broth. The egg was marinated and cooked well; it was the nice custardy texture. I'm not sure how I felt about the chicken, maybe it just wasn't for me (I prefer a ham/sliced pork), but I will say it was also cooked well and it's great protein! We also ordered gyoza, which I thought was pretty good but didn't necessarily stand out to me. I enjoyed the crispness and thinness of the gyoza as well as the crispy of the vegetables of the filling. This restaurant is on the more casual side, you order at the front (and I think you can also order through the QR codes on the table) and they deliver the meal to your table after. Service was friendly and fast! I'm excited to come back to try the other ramen they have.

Thank God for social media that lead us here!!Great music, vibe and atmosphere. You can order at the front and find a seat or use the QR Code order method at the table with your table number. We got the special full blown garlic ramen and it was DEFINITELY that.If you're a garlic lover, it's a garlic lovers dream! It was rich, creamy and delicious! The pork was cooked to perfection!!!We tried the gyoza and the chicken karaage. And 10/10 would for sure get that karaage again. Super crisp, lightly battered and super tender and flavorful chicken bites and the dipping sauce soooo sooo good. And definitely give the chicken a squeeze of lemon for acidity!!Will come back to try the other ramen options soon!!!

I've ordered twice from here. For my first to go order I got the seabura and extra chashu on the side. I think only waited maybe 15-20 min and it was recommended for me to heat the broth up a bit in the microwave for the fat to dissolve. It was delicious but it was missing the soft boiled egg that was forgotten in my order. The chashu pieces were thicker and more tender than I'm used to receiving at another establishment. So this was a nice surprise. Last weekend we dined in. This visit took about 30 min to receive our bowls of ramen, so definitely exercise some patience and perhaps order something to hold you in the meantime. The kaarage chicken arrived quickly and was honestly really good. The chicken was juicy, breading packed good flavor and a nice crunch that wasn't overcome with oil. For myself I ordered the shoyu and to me it was perfect and will be what I order again next time. The broth has great flavor and does not seem to be made with garlic (which I was avoiding for this visit). The poached chicken was tender, and the noodles are a nice bite. I will say that my leftovers, when heated at home, didn't have the same experience so consider finishing it during your visit. I also got to sample the tonkotsu broth. I think it tastes good. I do like the other establishment's ramen broth and topping offerings a bit more, but this place is easily going to be among one of my go-to places for a warm bowl of ramen. Service was very friendly both times.

Ramen Boiler Room had me screaming "DELICIOUS!!!" The tonkotsu ramen's chasu (braised pork) is so tender that it melts off the chopsticks. The pork had the texture of brisket with the juiciness of a fatty steak. SO GOOD!!!The moment that I bit into it, I broke into a uncontrollable smile. The hype is absurdly real. I am so happy![FOOD]I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen ($14) and additional soft boiled egg ($2). The order arrived within 15 minutes. The Tonkotsu Ramen is satisfying and delicious. The noodles are thin, firm, and bouncy. They are generous; the bowl had a large amount of noodles. The broth is full of flavor. It's savory and filling. The soft boiled egg is fresh and silky. And the chashu (braised pork) is so tender and juicy. I am sincerely stunned by the high quality ingredients.[SERVICE]The location is managed by one man. He's friendly, helpful, and hardworking. You order via cash register (pay upfront) or scan the QR code on the table. There's a utensil, napkin, and ice cold water station while you wait. I arrived at opening (Tuesday, 12pm) and there's already a line outside the door (about 5 other people). As I sat down, I noticed even more customers arriving via online orders. Very busy and popular location! There will definitely be a long wait, but it's so well earned.[AMBIANCE]I liked the ambiance. It's very clean and crisp with rhythmic techno instrumental music playing on the speakers. The tables and chairs continue to look brand new. The location is also well ventilated. It's definitely a comfortable area to eat with family or friends.Overall, I can easily recommend the Ramen Boiler Room. This location's Tonkotsu Ramen is the best ramen in the area. I will return.DELICIOUS!!!
