We love canes lol and always come back.. love their ice! Service was great today. Leo at drive thru was so nice greeting me and then we met Russel that was handing out survey papers in the patio. Ambiance is nice we sat outside and was super clean and not too busy.

I came to order my usual and today i wanted to order the Box combo with no coleslaw and extra fries. I came home to open the box and see that there was not extra fries. It actually seems less than the normal amount... They have to step up their game with the chicken finger size as well. Its gotten smaller and smaller over the time.

01/23/25 Love the vibe here! The indoor dining space isn't as spacious as other Raising Cane's I've been to, but there's a good amount of seating on the outside patio. This location for some reason felt more inviting as well. The cashiers were so busy but they stayed professional and diligent. The food of course was perfection. I always order the 3 finger combo and it hits the spot every time. Besides the food, the best part of this location is that they have disco balls turning and reflecting! I love it!10/10

EVERY TIME I COME HERE THEY ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDER. I asked for extra sauces, didn't get them. I Asked to replace toast, the only gave me for one box combo. I even had the worker repeat myself my order. I don't understand how such a EASY job gets still messed up. Please at this point hire people with degrees because I have no clue where you guys find these workers. You think a fast food place would be probably the easiest job anyone can find. Go figure

Chicken, crinkle cut fries and Texas toast! Wash it all down with an ice cold soda and you're good for another visit to Disneyland!I drove through and took the huge bag back to my hotel suite just to have it all taken by a few little rascals. It was a massive meal good enough to feed a family lol.The chicken was moist, the fries crispy and the drink, just the right amount of fizz and coldness. Exactly what I needed after walking over 15k steps. Quick service and a smile. I wouldn't hesitate to drop by again when in Anaheim.

Alright Canes, bffr. One of my tenders was the same size as the Canes sauce. How's that even happen. I observed that the food gets plated pretty randomly too, one dish will contain a good portion of fries and others contain significantly less.

Geez. I'm not really sure why there are so many low reviews for this particular Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers but I sure am glad my visit went without a hitch... Being that my daugher is super picky when it comes to her eats and us newly discovering her love for Raising Cane's, visiting the establishment was a no brainer!!! This particular RC was the closest in proximity to our location. First things first, this place was packed!!! Interior seating was a struggle and the only thing available was some seating outdoor due to the windy weather that day. Patience is key if you plan of scoring a table. Chicken tenders and fries were scorching hot. Chicken was meaty, cooked well, and seasoned perfectly. Staff works efficiently and promptly. 4 stars

We happened to stop here during a very slow period, guess we got lucky. No line to order, food came out quickly, service was friendly. The inside was super clean and it was pleasant to dine here. The menu is the same as all Raising Cane's locations and the food was as we expected it to be. Quality chicken strips, hot French fries, and toast that was fresh. Everything was just as we thought it would be and the cleanliness and short line made for a pleasant surprise.

I'm going to be honest here. Generally not a huge fan of Raising Cane's. I think it's very overrated to be honest. However, it's a decent spot for fast food style chicken that's open later than most fast food chains. I come here every once in a while for a late night meal since I work nights nearby.I usually just get the Box Combo since it's the best bang for your buck. The chicken fingers and texas toast are always so soggy. The coleslaw is always packed frozen tightly in a small container so when you open it up, it explodes and gets everywhere. My biggest complaint is that the cane's sauce at this particular location lacks flavor. The service here is god awful. Sometimes the line goes by fast but other times, it'll take 3-5 minutes per car. Nobody knows how to make eye contact, let alone do they know how to talk to their customers. Most of my interactions have been with spoiled teenagers that have ZERO customer service skills whatsoever. This location is the worst of the Raising Cane's franchise by far. I wouldn't be surprised if this location closes down soon but probably not because they're open late in a location where many people are here for vacation.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Terrible service, the chicken fingers are average and they always skimp your fries, spent $30 for what looks like kids meals. And the best part, all the workers are laughing having a good time. This new generation of teenagers/college-kids are worried more about their makeup and looking cool rather than being a professional and having competence in what they're being paid TWENTY DOLLARS PER HOUR TO DO. Pathetic. But yah, Yall can keep crying about your depressions and fake self-diagnosis. Buss off with all that fakeness , yuh filter-face nuh foolin anyone. Bless Up.
