PV’S Prime Grill & Tequila

The food was really good and our waiter Angel was really amicable and patient throughout our time there and made our experience perfect. The environment was very special and welcoming compared to other restaurants I've been to.

What an amazing and beautiful place to celebrate my birthday.The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, with great and attentive customer service !We got to enjoy their yummy Sunday brunch with many options to choose from...The food tasted amazing and so did our drinks not to mention the violinist was the highlight of our visit..I can't wait to go back and take my family with me..

Reminded me of a version of Javier's Restaurant. They had live music which was a saxophone guy and that was cool. The place has a very romantic vibe, low lit feeling, they had cute decor for Valentine's Day and overall all the waiters were very good and attentive. They had a photographer come around too and take pics and if we wanted to purchase a bigger one etc. it looks like an upscale spot for a date night or a girls night out. We got the lobster enchiladas and the cheese Oaxaca as an appetizer. The cheese was soooo good, the fondue was super hot and they come with fresh tortillas to dip with. Highly recommend it was so good. The lobster enchiladas are smothered in some sauce and at first it was overwhelming. I thought I didnt like it but I ate the leftovers today and it was quite tasty and comes with a good amount of lobster. I wanted to try the steak next time, I saw someone wheeling it in and it looked super interesting. I'd go back, the vibes, ambiance and for that cheese fondue for sure!

The Good: The decor and ambience are impeccable! Whoever was in charge did an amazing job and the executed flawlessly. I ordered the Chicken Taco plate with Enchilada and it was decent. Not the best I've had but by far not the worst. The Tequila Old Fashion was amazing, I highly recommend!!!The Bad: Before I dive in I do want to say that we were a larger party so keep that in mind; however, we were sat promptlyWith our reservation which I appreciated but it took 15 minutes before anyone came over and offered any service (I.e. Chips, Salsa or even water). When he came by, the waiter was super attentive but would then go away and we wouldn't see him for long stretches of time. Overall: I would recommend this place and even perhaps go back myself with a smaller party to see if it was an off night or experience because I had such high hopes.

My girlfriends took me to PV's in Rancho Cucamonga for my birthday, and it was such a unique experience! The upscale vibe and ambience set it apart from other Pancho Villa locations. The atmosphere feels modern, classy, and perfect for a special night out.Now, if you're looking for authentic, traditional Mexican food, this might not be the spot for you. PV's is more about elevated Mexican cuisine--they take classic dishes and give them a more refined, upscale twist. For instance, my chile relleno had no batter, which was unexpected. While it wasn't the traditional style I'm used to, the flavors were still very good. The food is delicious, but it's definitely not your typical authentic Mexican fare--it's all about presentation and the elevated dining experience.The highlight for me was definitely the vibe. The interior design, lighting, and overall atmosphere were perfect for a celebratory evening. And I can't forget to mention their beautiful bathroom--it's spotless, chic, and even has a full-length mirror, which is great for snapping some nice selfies!Overall, PV's is a place I'd absolutely return to, especially when I want a more upscale take on Mexican food. If you're here for the vibes, a great ambience, and a little twist on your typical Mexican dishes, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a night out!

I recently attended a work luncheon at this upscale restaurant and was impressed by the overall experience. The decor is absolutely stunning. Thoughtfully designed with an elegant and authentic touch that creates a vibrant yet sophisticated atmosphere. It's clear that the ambiance is a big draw for this place.Our waitress was great attentive, friendly, and efficient, which added a lot to the positive experience. The food was good flavorful and well-presented, but not quite the best I've had. That said, it was still tasty and enjoyable.Overall, I think this restaurant thrives on its ambiance and service, making it a great spot for special occasions or group gatherings.

Overall good experience for an afternoon lunch with family. The kiddos had a chicken quesadilla and they loved it. The mocajete to share was perfect size for 2. The server was quick and attentive. The inside was spacious and clean.

Would recommend if you're in the Rancho area! I'd definitely love to come back to try other options on their menu. First impressions were great. It's a lovely environment inside of PV's. One thing I specifically appreciated was the lack of music and TV's. When you're at a place like this, I think less is more! There's a few reasons why I think PV's is not deserving of 5 stars. I felt like at times, our server was nowhere to be found. We were constantly asking other servers for water and other items. Mind you, the restaurant wasn't busy. There was less than 5 other parties inside, including us. I also didn't appreciate the lack of updates we received after we ordered food. We waited almost 40 minutes for our main courses (which is totally fine), I'd just like some transparency! Unfortunately, we were not updated. That highlights the lack of attentiveness from our server.The food was good! Everything we ordered tasted like a blend between authentic Mexican food with their own twist. My wife and I specifically enjoyed our molcajete! The meats was high quality and cooked perfectly. The shrimp was very tender and flavorful - the blend of flavors in the dish definitely left it marinated. I did not enjoy the churro dessert option they had. The Churro tasted as if it was frozen or had been sitting out. I would opt for something else on the menu. Although I enjoyed my food - I feel like I left wanting more; unsatisfied even. However, I'd love to come back and give other options on the menu a chance!

On our way to Glamis, found this place on yelp. Pulled in and OMG!!! WOW!! Amazing food amazing ambience amazing service. I will be driving back from Los Angeles.
