Despite living in Huntington Beach for the past five years, my first time visiting Primecut Taqueria was during their recent fundraiser for the LA fires. It's seriously been so cool to see Southern California rallying for the community! Our crew ordered burritos for takeout. I chose the chicken burrito with all the fixings and guacamole. In the future, the only edit I'd make is to go lighter on the onions. They have a full salsa bar where you're able to grab cilantro, lime, onion, and a number of different salsas that range in spice level. I loved the green verde option, which was sweet and packed a small punch. This spot is located in downtown HB and has the perfect patio for lounging and people watching.

The food was really good. The nachos were the highlight for me. The toppings were really hot and so the cheesy was really stringy. It was really good. The shrimp tacos were surprisingly good too. I didnt expect that but the shrimps were nice and plump and cooked to perfection. I think i would skip on the adobada next time and try some of their other meats. One neg for me was that the carne was a tad too salty but i added some salsa and picked onions and cilantro from the bar and it helped.

I always have a great experience at Prime Cut! This is my third time here. The pork belly is definitely the highlight--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with so much flavor. I'm also a big fan of the loaded papa and the burrito bowl; both are super satisfying and made with fresh ingredients. One thing I really love is their salsa bar--there are so many tasty options, and for someone like me who can't handle too much heat, the medium salsa hits the spot perfectly. On top of that, the service is always fast, and the cashiers and servers are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work--I'll definitely be coming back!

The tacos here are so delicious! The quality of meats and the variety of options make Primecut Taqueria one of the best go-to spots for tacos in OC. They have a great salsa bar with plenty of toppings available to spruce up your tacos including radish, onions, & limes. They have 8 different salsas to choose from with varying levels of heat and flavor and one of my favorite is the habanero with a great amount of spice but good flavor. My favorite protein options here are the adobada, chorizo, and arrachera. The premium options are worth the extra upcharge and the smell when you walk in is incredible from the kitchen and the grill in the back cooking all the meat. One of their more unique menu items is the loaded papa which a potato loaded with cheese and sour cream and topped off with meats of your choice. A very filling & shareable dish. The staff here are friendly and the food does come out quick and the atmosphere is usually pretty lively and welcoming. Definitely gotta come by here if you are in HB and want some delicious tacos or Mexican food!

Tacos in Huntington Beach? Walking distance from Main Street with a nice half-open seating so you can enjoy the beachy breeze? Surely this is some white-washed establishment looking to serve you gentrified "tacos" right? Nope - these are legit delish and authentic as you can get. They have a lot of different selections of meat. They're all very very tasty, but are they worth the premium price? If you have a craving, go for it. Personally their asada is very tasty and 3x cheaper than the ribeye. It's the same argument about In-N-Out vs Five Guys. The Five Guys burger is definitely tastier, but never worth the value when a Double Double is amazing and much cheaper.I liked the Ribeye, but I LOVED their asada. Seriously one of the best asada I've had in the over 80 taquerias I've ever tried.

This place is located near where I work and I heard really good things about it so some coworkers and I came by for lunch on a Tuesday. The line was a little out the door when we arrived around 12:30 pm but it went by quickly. They have both indoor and outdoor seating which is nice since it's right along the beach! We ordered and grabbed a table inside. There's a self service sauce bar for sauces and condiments and the food came out pretty quickly.I shared a loaded papa with steak and it was not only amazing but huge! Definitely something that needs to be shared but I will be back again for it. The flavors worked so well together and it was incredibly filling. 10/10!

Flavor flavor flavor. Great little taco shop. Great amount of meat on the taco. Chicken was good, prime steak better. Don't miss the rice. Excellent flavor profile. Not just plain rice really excellent taste. If you do t like hot sauce the have a very tasty mild tan saucer that packs flavor and no heat. Love it comes with just meat and there is plenty on the bar to customize. Loved the radishes, onions and cucumber slices. A must . Great taste, great cake and great ocean view.

Visited Primecut for the first time two weeks ago and was not disappointed. I got an adobada taco and a steak bowl and they were both flavorful . The wait time was short which was even better. Definitely recommend this place over Taco Los Cholos.

The food was hot and fresh out of the kitchen ... and it was so DELICIOUS! The "premium" upgrades in meat are excellent! We loved the beach (sunset) views and overall vibe. Definitely a gem of a find for my woman and I. The only gripes I have are that they don't offer chopped lettuce, onions, and tomatoes for the burrito bowls or for the heaping amount of guacamole and chips. Otherwise my rating of an "A" would have been "A+".

I got the (Filet Mignon) Burrito, and it was not so bad, I had tried the asada as well which had great flavor to it. I'd honestly just go for the asada as it is cheaper and in my opinion does taste better overall. Food here was served extremely quick and the staff was nice. We had to wait to be seated though due to there being no seats available given that it's pretty small.
