Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Consistent, Accommodating, and CleanI have been coming to this Popeyes for 8 years now and it has always been one of the better locations in Orange County. It has its ebbs and flows in terms of service but has always been the better pick of the batch. This last year especially, the young men and women who run the place have been doing such an excellent job and deserve my commendation. The place is clean, the food comes out consistently good, the job is done right, and they themselves are very helpful and sweet. A fine group of young adults. A job well done!

Order 12 piece dark meat. Came home to only find out 2 wings were added to the thighs and drumsticks. Chicken look bad, dry ASF. These were the pieces I got as well. What happened to presentation? Hate that chicken from Popeyes.

My mom lives this place. I typically order for her lunch on my days off. This time she ordered on the app. We ordered large sides & while the mashed potatoes were filled nicely, this was clearly 2-3 inches empty. Is that normal? It's a rip off.

We walked in today 11/29/2023 for lunch time. I must say its not very inviting at all... The customer service LACKS BIG TIME!!!! I ordered my 3 piece chicken tender meal, it took about 13 minutes because my pie was taking too long to cook. I told the cashier, please just give me my food first so i can enjoy it while I wait for the pie. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! By the time I got my food, the fries were cold, the chicken was not as crunchy and i did not enjoy it what so ever! The place is very run down and needs to be cleaned often, the tables were dirty from previous people eating - thats disgusting!!! I hope the owner of this establishments puts some love into their BUSINESS... MORE PEOPLE EXCITED TO WORK AND BE AT WORK!! There was no thank you for coming in or hi how can i help you attitude. Everything seemed to be a bother when asking for items. The ice machine was not working, so having to ask for ice was like stepping on egg shells with the female employee who worked there. She slammed the cashier drawer super hard when I was just asking for some ice, THE LORD HELPED HER, BECAUSE SHE WAS ABOUT TO SEE JEUSUS OVER SOME ICE!!!!! Anyhow, I will NEVER EVER BE RETURNING UNTIL YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!! ALSO - $20.00 FOR FOOD ???? SERIOUSLY!!! AND THE ITEMS WERE COLD AS HELL!!! NOPE, NOT FOR US!!!!! MANAGMENT, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR TEAM!

I can't give this place in lower of a review cause the food is good, but the service at this location was kinda bad. Showed up at lunch rush -with no one in line - and they didn't have any chicken ready?"Love that chicken from Popeyes" is their motto I'm pretty sure? How do they not have chicken ready to go during the lunch hour? The woman was vastly confused about my wanting two spicy wings. Wanted a large Sweet Tea and ordered one. "You want a Dr. Pepper?"I pull up to the window, and got back the wrong change. The woman refused to look at me or even acknowledge me.Then, I wasn't allowed to sit at the window for the six minutes I was told it would take to cook the chicken. I told her I'd wait for regular chicken, and she said no chicken was ready. I parked and waited an entire minute and my food was ready. The man who brought my food out to me seemed almost embarrassed about the entire thing.The food was good though.This location is always on point and friendly, and I hope today was just an off day.

I've always enjoyed fried chicken. At this particular restaurant staff are very polite, and courteous. Give a try definitely.

I do like popeyes fried chickens but this price is ridiculous.For the location on Haster n 22 Fwy in Garden Grove. As you can see a total $44 for 8 pcs meal.What in the world we paying now...must have gold inside the chickens....

Hmmm fast service but they got my order wrong clean and neat cool staff but the kiosk is the worst also they had a promotion on the all and could not honor it on the kiosk

Just ordered from uber eats because they have a buy one get one special. I got the spicy chicken but one get one free. PAID extra for the cheese and bacon. Both just came with cheese.. To top it off the sandwich was not what I expected. Idk if the quality just got worse over time since I've last had one. But, that was disgusting. I also bought the buy one get one chicken tenders. Asked for classic spicy. I got sweet and spicy.. They didn't bother to properly even mix the sauce with the chicken.. the sauce was literally on the bottom and with dry pieces on top.. I don't even like sweet sauces like that. To top it off they missed the butter milk ranch I ordered. I thought I was getting a deal. But, instead just felt robbed at the end of the day. Highly disappointed.. The worst feeling when you haven't ate all day, and come home late night to this.. Do better guys. Not acceptable..

They first got my order wrong and when I went and them they said that they were too busy got home and found that my chicken was raw!!!
