I really really love Popeyes fried chicken lol. Some of my Yelp friend posted and made me crave it lol so tonight got the chicken tenders half spicy half regular with biscuits, cajun fries and mashed potatoes, and the fried shrimp baby girl loves those. All came out perfectly crispy, the Mardi Gras Mustard is my favorite dipping sauce and the Blackened ranch. Sometimes it is hit or miss with the service but mostly always friendly service and quick too. Usually go through the drive through but they also have indoor seating too. The parking lot is small but usually enough spots if you do want to go inside.Thank you for our delicious meal tonight.Have a beautiful day, share kindness to everyone :)Aloha

We stopped in for lunch because the other place we wanted to eat at had a line out the door! We actually want to sit and eat so went inside the restaurant. Inside, it was fairly clean, which was nice. You don't order at the counter anymore but through the machines. And dang, the prices!! A two-piece chicken dinner was $14! We opted for some chicken tenders and a regular sandwich instead. Two people--$28.00!! For fast food!!The people working there were very friendly and efficient in getting us our food. The drinks are self-serve unless you get Lemonade (just under $5). The chicken sandwich was as expected, but the tenders were laughable. It was all breading and very little chicken (see picture). We both loved the mashed potatoes and gravy, though. It might be better than KFC's!Still, we left full and went on our way, which was the goal.

Worst service ever, rudest managers, no knowledge on how to run a business. No people skills. This is what happens when a corporation owns a restaurant..... they hire anyone and don't care if they run the business into the ground. I will never return to this low class establishment ever again

They were out of water cups. Rather than offering me a different kind of cup and apologizing for the inconvenience, he kept hammering that he would have to charge me for a different cup and that they were out of water cups. Every other restaurant I've ever been to that was in the similar predicament would have just given me a different cup without charge because it's not my fault that they're out of water cups. This was supposedly a manager there too but he was behaving like a punk the whole time. The food was fine, but the "customer service" sucked.

Girl behind the register seemed quite dumb with no personality. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches for $26 and was told I can't get more than 2 sauces total ! Absolute joke. I am not surprised reading all the negative reviews.

Just went through the drive thru and asked if I could place two orders and they said no, so I said I guess I will have to pull around again and they said to go place the order inside, I was already in the drive thru and it was hard to back out. So I placed the first order and drove forward, when I got to the front Bryce was waiting on me very nice and I explained nobody was behind me if he could take my 2nd order and he did. The. A very rude female manager walked up and shoved her way in and said "no double orders, company policy" so I explained nobody was behind me, so she says what if someone comes, I said I could wait out front and the. She says fine! Just this time and never again with an attitude. Bryce gave me the first order and asked me to pull up front and there was still no one behind me, so I did. Then the angry female manager came and handed my food, with the same attitude. Bryce was amazing but because of this manager I will never visit this location again.

Came here on Tuesday at 6pm, shout out to the staff working there! I usually don't review major fast food chains on Yelp, but I feel like the staff here really elevated the experience. They were very nice and helpful and the food came out great. I saw them patiently explain all the special deals to a woman who spoke very little English so she could save $. And they also helped another woman search for coupons to use. The staff actually care about the customers. Thanks for all your hard work!

My favorite chain for fried chicken! This is a nice newer location and love that that have a drive-thru.We went through the drive-thru and service was friendly. They got our order right and even let us add an item at the pickup window.We recently ordered from a nearby KFC and the chicken was so bland. The chicken at Popeyes is still even good eaten leftover and reheated in an air fryer.

This place is terrible. I don't know what it is. My granddaughter loves the chicken but it's been twice that she got spicy instead of mild chicken. I don't know if they just don't care, that's what they have so that's what you're going to get or they don't look at what you ordered. It happened once but for it happen twice, I have to think they just don't care. Before this place opened, I went to Anaheim and they have always honored what I ordered but this store in Yorba Linda is striking out so back to Anaheim where I can trust the people and honor my order.

Terrible experience !!I tried placing my order several times at the kiosk but it would not work. They refused to take my order at the counter. When someone finally came to assit me at the kiosk i was informed they no longer sell the item I was trying to buy listed at the kiosk . So why is it there ?!! John said they cannot remove the item. OK but they could put up a sign a note something. I tried ordering 3x and there was no way to know they no longer sell it because THEY HAVE IT FOR SALE AT THE KIOSK. Asked for corporate number. They are not a corporate store. Ask for manager Info john refused. Terrible frustrating experience. And Terrible nonchalant attitude from John. I won't be returning
