The food was so flavorful , we went in for a quick lunch and we were amazed on how fair the prices are For such good quality chicken!

What's the point of having an app to order ahead if the food isn't ready when promised? I ordered ahead with an estimated pickup time of 35 minutes. To be safe, I waited 40 minutes before arriving, only to be told at the drive-through that it would take another 25 minutes because the chicken was just being prepared. Are you kidding me?! So, you basically have to order an hour in advance from now on. Whoever is managing Pollo Campero needs to seriously reevaluate how they're running things--or they need to be fired.This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location, but this was by far the worst experience. Every visit seems to come with some sort of issue: not enough chicken, long wait times, or being told I can only have fried chicken when I specifically ordered grilled. If you can't fulfill the menu items you offer, DON'T list them! I'm genuinely questioning why I even bother to keep coming back to this place. This location is worse than others I've visited. Have some people in your service and organization. The service is never like this in Guatemala.

I went out of my way to come to Pollo Campero, expecting to have the flavor explosion I remember from when I was a kid in Guatemala on Sundays when our familyUsed to go to Pollo Campero for Sunday lunch! I was so disappointed. I had a 2pc chicken meal with yuca. I believe it was overpriced and the chicken was lackluster...it did not stand out in any way.I could have gone to one of the other chicken places to have an equally satisfying food experience. I'm so sad! I went thru the drive thru and the service was ok, the girl answered my questions. I did not go in so I can not speak to the ambience.

Salad review only.Price: $13.11 IMO the salad they offer does not have any value when compared to other places. It's $3 overpriced. you get a ton more add ons and portions at chipotle. They have fried chicken and grilled. But only have fried chicken for the salad and bowl. I've tried the bowl and it definitely beats the salad. Would I recommend the salad? No. Do I want to try the chicken meal? Yes.

This is nothing more than a cheap ripoff of Chick-fil-A. I ordered the classic sandwich combo with a bottled water. When I walked up I told the counter person that I had never been here before and she didn't seem to care. The sandwich is very basic chicken, pickles, and bun which I am fine with. The fries were old, they use sweet pickles which I find disdisgusting. The chicken was good with little seasoning added to it. The dining room was clean and neat. I didn't find anything special about this place that would bring me back here. If I want a basic chicken sandwich I'll got to Chick-fil-A. My 2 star rating is based on cold old fries.

Such a good spot for fried chicken/fast food! I got the three piece meal with yuca fries and plantains. Everything tasted great! The chicken was lightly crispy and less bready than other fast food fried chicken places. It had a slight kick of savoriness as well. The best part was the chicken pieces were larger than the ones at KFC, so you can actually get full off of this meal. The yuca fries were starchier than fries and felt a bit heavier. And then the plantains are soft and sweet. For $11, I was pleased with the meal.

Roommate decided to give the new chicken spot a try after we got a flier in the mail. Picked up some of the chicken, some of the empanadas, and fries. This place isn't bad, but it also is right in between Popeye's and Wing Stop. It doesn't have the flavorful kick of Popeye's and it doesn't have the satisfying crunch of Wing Stop. To their credit, the chicken is cooked well, and it's very flavorful without a ton of breading. The option of getting empanadas in addition to your chicken is great, but I hold the empanadas themselves in the same regard as the chicken. They're aight, but if I'm really in the mood for empanadas, these aren't going to scratch that itch.Fries were pretty good, but I don't really see myself going here all that often. There's a KFC less than a block from where I live, and this is right in the middle of superior chicken options. I think it's better than El Pollo Loco if you're looking for that type of citrus-forward chicken, but I don't really ever go to El Pollo Loco anymore, I'm just gonna go ahead and cook that up myself.A nice option to have, just not one that I expect to be partaking of. Would not turn it away if someone brought some to a party.

Was going to KFC but the street was closed so my co-worker mentioned Pollo Campero. First time here.Food: The chicken was cooked good. Crispy skin with flavor. I liked that it wasnt over powered by breading or skin. The mash potatoes were ok. The gravy was missing something. The rice was better. The star of the meal were the beans. This place is missing a slasa bar like Pollo Loco. I think a salsa would enhance the flavor of the chicken. Anyway, dont know if i'd return but im glad i got try it.
