Pizza Parlor

My friend and I were going to get some tacos when my friend said hey let's stop in here. We walked in and this man was making pizza She said hi and he acknowledged her. She asked if we could get a slice. It was his last 2 slices. He was kind enough to do a bogo since I wasn't prepared to spend that much. I took a bite... I think my eyes rolled back! This pizza was the BEST I have ever had! The slice was huge! The crust was Amazing, the pepperoni was perfect! We both savored our slices. I almost forgot about the tacos!! I can't wait to go back! The parlor was very cool! I loved the neon sign on the wall! They also have a lunch special! If you want Incredible tasting pizza, you've got to go to the Pizza Parlor next door to "the" taco place on Spring and Clark! Say hi to Mike the owner! He is just so cool, kind and caring with a great laugh! I hope you love it as much as we did!

My second time here, but I brought family back with me this time. We all loved the music playlist, the pizza was just about perfect, and the staff was still quite friendly which speaks volumes regarding their consistency!Bacon jamming pizza was a nice touch of sweet and salty if you're into that. Not overwhelming or overpowering flavors at all just simply delicious

Pizza Parlor is probably one of the best options for Pizza in the Long Beach Area. What makes it special is their sourdough crust. I'll be honest that I don't always love sourdough as the flavor can often be overpowering. What's nice about their sourdough crusts is that there is nice, airy honeycomb structure in the crust without having that dominating sour characteristic. On top of this, the flavors of their pizzas are interesting. In the past, I really enjoyed their Bacon Jammin, which has bacon, bacon jam, pickled red onion, and red sauce. It sounds odd, but it's a really tasty slice. This visit, I had their Authentica Papa, which had bechamel sauce, sausage, potato, rosemary, and hot honey. The sweet honey balanced out with the salty, spicy sausage, the herby rosemary, the starchy potato, and the garlicky sauce. The firm sourdough base gave a nice chewy crunch.My wife loved the spicy vodka sausage pizza, which had mozz, spicy sausage, basil, pickled red onions, and vodka sauce over the sourdough. Again - the sour pickled onions balanced perfectly with the sweet, tangy vodka sauce and the mildly spicy, salty sausage. The balance in flavors is a huge reason that these pizzas are special. The pizzas run for about $23-26, but the quality is high and I think that the pizzas at pizza parlor are truly a special addition to the LB community.

Pizza Parlor is a local restaurant not far from the Long Beach airport. It's located in a small strip mall and offers dine in and take out service. Let me start by saying the pizza was delicious! It was so good I went two days on a row. On day one I kept it simple and ordered the Double Trouble, which is sourdough crust (all of their crust is) and pepperoni and sausage toppings. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. I ordered online and my pizza was ready exactly when they said it would be. The young lady who helped me was extremely nice and her service was great. So the reason I went back on the next day was because on day one I had to eat on the fly so I wasn't able to enjoy it like I anticipated. On day two, we dined in and met one of the owners. Great guy and he even allowed us to try their moist and flavorful meatballs. Our pizza was the Chef Mike with sausage. Incredible! This place will be my go to from now on. Gotta try it.

A long time fans of Coffee Parlor and their delicious baked goods, it was about time that I sample the pizza they are producing a few doors down. I ordered the Pepperoni Pizza. It is made with their house made sourdough, that is allowed to ferment for about 48 hours. This makes for the most delicious pizza crust. All the ingredients they use are fresh and each pizza is made to order (20 minutes). The staff is very friendly and efficient. I found them to be attentive to me and the other guests. The store is compact, but there are tables for indoor and outdoor dining. I took mine to go since I live close by. This is an excellent pizza and the pricing it quite reasonable. They also have beverages and an assortment of dessert options I highly recommend Pizza Parlor!

My best friend and I have lunch every week! We have for decades. Our favorite lunchtime is when we find a really outstanding new pizza parlor.Not surprisingly this Pizza Parlor absolutely blew our minds! The counter man was friendly and smiling and welcomed us in a businesslike way! We ordered the Margarita pizza and a couple of sodas. The beverages all come in glass bottles! The dining room was small and comfortable and smelled like ... pizza! Yum!The pizza was just outstanding! The sourdough crust was delicious! The sauce was minimalist and delicious! The cheese was perfectly melty the basil leaves were toasty and delicious! The char on the crust was perfection.If you are a lover of excellent pizza like we are you will be impressed! You might even fall in love like we did!

Some of the best pizza I've had in LB. Little pricey but good pizza always is. And this was worth it compared to others.

First time, let me verify if YELPers telling the truth!Called for pick up... Pizza dough is delicious!!! Salad and cheese cake.. 2 thumbs up!!!I will be back!! Well recommended. Fast service

Mike answered the phone,took my order and was so very nice, even gave me a glass of water while I waited for my pies. I'm confused, the pictures of the Spicy Vodka sausage pizza has cilantro n a creamy drizzle.The description says basil. Also, it was not spicy at all. NONE of their pizza has cilantro on it. I bought this one and the TJ Panther. My husband n I were not fans, Not a lot of flavor. The sauce was lacking in seasoning, the sourdough crust? Didn't taste like any sourdough I ever tasted. I will say their bathroom is immaculate with a masculine decor.

Pizza was small and very greasy. Price was not great either. Would recommend District 4 on bellflower over this one 100% of the time. Workers did not even thank us for coming. First and Last time!
