I don't eat here often and normally when I do - I enjoy the Kung Pao Shrimp with Asian Noodles. Sadly today the food was over salted. I tried to eat it because I didn't want to complain, but the salt was just overwhelming. I told the young lady at the register and she apologized and immediately requested for a new portion to be made. The staff here are young people, I assume most of them are students. I was happy to see how promptly and respectfully the young lady reacted when I told her about the salt issue. The restaurant is small, but it is kept clean and organized.

Adding extra shrimp for $3.75 that consists of just 3 shrimps that's a complete rip off ! My first time getting this and I am super disappointed with the order .

This place keeps getting worse and worse. I came and order an entree for dinner and I got a lunch portion entree. Normally you get bigger portions for dinner and the traditional Chinese Togo boxes. It's a first I've ordered something for dinner and got my entree mixed with rice. Either they're getting cheap or stoped carrying dinner entrees. Seems to me this place is going out of business and have can't afford to dinner portions which they did charge more but it looks like they got rid of it completely. Unless online ordering had nothing to do with this. Well looks like I have to order something else bc these lunch portions are small.

I've been eating at Pick Up Stix for years and it is consistently good. This location has been in this center for years and it is managed well. Food orders are made to order and from my experience, the customer service has always been great. The restaurant itself is small with just a few tables, but their bread and butter seems to be take out orders. My take out orders are always well prepared, organized and labeled well. Definitely recommended!

Drive to the placentia location- you'll get friendly customer service and condiments without dirty looks and mango tea always made. This location NEVER has the mango tea made. It doesn't matter what time we walk in, it could be lunch time or dinner time they never have it. We ask them if they're going to make more and each time it's the same response we're done for the day making it. These kids are just lazy. Too bad because we live right around the corner. But we will just drive to the placentia location. Sad this customer service doesn't exist anywhere anymore I guess .... Welcome to gen x society where they want more pay less work. Sad world we live in, where they no longer take pride in their work. Thank you Gen X.

I think this place is great. The staff is so kind and welcoming and I didn't really know that we had a place like this in the Anaheim Hills area. Prices are decent and good value food. Food is delicious! This is very different from your normal Chinese takeout experience where it is in a box and you see the food on display.

The server was awesome on July 4th. Really pleasant and friendly! Unfortunately, the salmon teriyaki was overcooked and not even well seasoned. Least favorite salmon experience I've had in years. It's a small location. Not really for eating inside. But they do have tables outside. Not a place to go to for ambience but if you need something to eat in the area, it will suffice.

Had a large online order for pick up. It was ready when I arrived. When I checked it at home, we had no soy sauce no dipping sauce for our cream cheese wontons. The young man at the desk was snarly when I picked up my order and said I didn't need anything else. I wasn't very happy with the young man at the counter, nor by the fact that we didn't get the sauces put in the bag I guess you have to request them so don't forget.
