I want to leave this place five stars because it's obviously a family joint and they have unique menu items. I loved half of it but the meat had that beefy flavor. That's not a good thing I'm not sure how to explain it other than call it beefy. I did really I've the hot sauce

I had the bisté ranchero with rice and beans and let me tell you that was the best bisté rancheros I've ever had SPICY as hell but AMAZING!! Will definitely come back. My mother had the quesadilla ranchero she also loved it!! Everything made to order. Tortillas a mano tooservice was not bad as well.

As a 20+ year resident of Anaheim, this little "hole in the wall" is my Go-to place when I need some Bomb Mexican comfort food. The place might not look like much, but the magic is in the food. Personally, I find it difficult to choose between the Chile Verde plate or the Chilaquiles verdes with carne asada. Regardless, I'll always get a quesadilla de Tinga and take it home if I can't finish my meal. If I feel like a special treat, it's the Molcajete for me. For the Molcajete Regular: So many flavors! So delicious! Comes with Carne Asada, Chorizo, Grilles veggies (onions and cactus), with some cheese and bomb salsa. Plus a side of rice and beans + tortillas.Upgrade to the Molcajete Ranchero for some Shrimp and Grilled Chicken! The services is great! Find a seat (on your own) and the waitress will bring a menu along with some chips and salsa when greeting you and asking for your drink order. If you don't get a bottled drink, you're doing it wrong.

The people here are super nice. They make you feel at home. The food is as authentic as it gets. Brings me right back to my childhood in the suburbs of México city. The prices are very reasonable and the proportions are generous.

The shrimp a la diabla is here is the best I've had! The shrimp with garlic is also excellent! The service is good and it's always busy! It's always busy with Mexican people so you know it's good!

I came to eat menudo with my family because we usually always come here for their menudo but this time when we went to sit down we automatically noticed the waiters giving us weird faces and then we ordered our food and when they brought out our food the waiter had a hot plate of menudo and my baby nephew was sitting at the end of the table and the waiter comes with the hot menudo and passed me the plate infront the babies face when she had the other side open to give it to me and to top it off our menudos came with trash inside and when we went to go tell them about it they seemed bothered.

Terrible service I got trash in two of my meals and they still charged us full price when we complained, the girls are mean and are more worried about flirting with customers than doing their job. They brought out everything separately the tortillas cold af when we were half way done with our food. Never returning here again.

The Tacos and Horchata is trash you have been warned definitely won't be coming back ever even if I'm starving lmao

Been coming here for years and the camarones de la diabla have never disappointed! I didn't catch her name, but the server with the light brown eyes was very welcoming and did an excellent job.
